They had my commercial mower for 21 days for a simple yearly service. The service wait time sign said 12 days at drop off as well as pick up!?! Also, they are extremely rude.

Very disappointed! They had my lawn mower for over a month to just fix a cable and when I finally went to pick it up it cost double what they had previously said. They did a bunch of things to it that I did not ask to be done and then they charged me for it. I’m not sure how they’ve stayed in business this long with the service I received I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

My husband bought this tractor from Do-Cut a couple years ago. When it works, it works well. We live on a farm, so there is about 10-15 acres that needs mowed. I dont know if the mower is not equipped to mow that much land, or what, but it isnt running again. My husband is pretty handy about making repairs himself.Good thing he is. It it $75.00 for Do-Cut to transport the mower to the shop to repair it. Thats not including labor. If the tractor didnt break down so often itd be great.

First purchase from them. They sell quality products. Sales staff was good but not pushy. I believe they were informative and got me what I actually needed, not what they wanted to just sell me. Price was fair. Id give them a run at my business again. Buying from a local business is a good thing. I Have yet to deal with the parts or service department. But, so far I give these guys a big thumbs up.

Not very friendly, dont take enough time to listen to your concerns and dont even care. Repairs take too long, I will never use them again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. Poor customer service!

Orders motor for my mower. One is good other by right. I call Monday service man Neal say let me look into it I will call you back. 3 days later I have to call him back . Neal wouldn’t get on the phone but has another guy tell me to bring the motor up. I talk to Lisa ( Big Cheese ) and she laughs about the whole thing. I don’t see anything funny about it. I put my old good motor on mower to get buy. Now she said i have to bring the mower and everything in to get checked. Just a FYI spend almost 1800.00 to get laughed at. I don’t think so . Piss poor customer service by far.

I just ordered a tent stake driver, and the entire process was beyond pleasurable! I found the company as a google search result, and quickly moved from the helpful online chat to emailing directly. Lisa was incredibly helpful, and I highly recommend this company. I always say in google reviews, whenever you see a bad review on a company, never judge a company on one or even two peoples bad experience. ALWAYS give a call and see for YOURSELF! Do-Cut, Ill be back:)

This company is a joke. Like other review say this company takes advantage and lies to its customers and Community. Took a friends mower there for warranty work and of course this company finds a way to lie and charge her $125 for work that should be warrantied. I take care of her mower which was basically brand-new. this place charges her $125 almost and tells her the carburetor had fuel deposits in it and thats the reason why it wasnt running correctly even though you could reach down and physically open the throttle up and that mower ran perfect and then if you look on the work order theres not one spot checked off that says they messed with the carburetor and if you dont believe me Ill post a picture of the freaking work order stay away from this place at all cost go to a local small guy that works out of his garage and pay that guy at least hell be honest

I went in to buy a $3 part which I had no trouble finding online. It was a flywheel key for a toro 22 inch push mower. I know nothing about repairing mowers but I was able to locate the part online and replace it with no problem once the part arrived. However, my lawn was tall and needed the part sooner. I figured that the experts would be able to help especially since I had the screenshot of the part and make and model of the mower. It seemed like the one guy in the parts department(not the guy with the long hair) was just not willing to help. I think he just didn’t want to waste his time over a $3 part. I HAD A SCREENSHOT OF THE PART. COME ON! EXPERTS? If you continue treating would-be customers so poorly, you are ruining the business for its owner. This is exactly why people just buy stuff online. You have lost any future business from me.

North East Ohio, BEWARE!! If I could give Do-cut less than one star, I would. This company takes advantage of the community it serves. It’s a shocker to me that they have 5 star reviews, so I’m wondering who they paid to provide them. My elderly mother brought her lawn boy, walk behind mower to them. They told her that it would cost $250 to replace the carburetor. They did not offer her anything for a trade in, so she priced a brand new, comparable mower at Menards which was less than the cost of the new carburetor. Needless to say, she brought her mower home without letting them repair it, and after letting a family member look it over, it was found to have had water in the gas tank. The tank was drained, and with new gas, the mower works fine. It seems to me that the owner needs to pay closer attention to his repair department. They are lazy and have little to no knowledge of the equipment that they are licensed to service.

If I could give a negative rating I would. The place has such a toxic vibe. As soon as you walk in you get stared at by the salesman that doesnt greet you. Its either too hot or too cold in there it just depends on the weather. Its like their too cheap to run a/c or heat lol. The parts department is an absolute joke. The guy that always sits at his desk playing on his phone could care less about helping you. If he has to get up you can hear him bitching under his breath. The other people are carrying on conversations in the corner. The other day I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged me. I guess the cell phone and the useless conversations were more important then helping customers. The only way i got noticed was the phone was ringing off the hook and someone decided to go answer it after about a minute of ringing. The guy at his desk playing on his cell phone was a arm reach away from the phone. He has zero cares in the world lol. Last time i go there, Time to go to another place.

What a rip off!!! We were told the mandatory $50 deposit would apply to the repair of our chain saw, and we would be returned the access. The saw started and ran fine, but would not rev up without running for around 10 min. It did it before and we had the carborator repaired in Florida for a 14 dollar spring kit plus labor. well under $50 dollars. We were informed that it would be hundreds of dollars here, (far more than a new one) and it was returned completely broken. It dose not even start now. They kept the whole deposit as well.

The best advise I can give anyone is, DONT EVER TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT TO (DO CUT SALES AND SERVICE WARREN OHIO) TO BE SERVICED, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!took my mower there because a hole was blown into my transmission they told me this was due to shifting while in gear, which I have never done. now this is the second summer that I use this mower I paid 3000 for it brand new and they cant get me a warranty on this thing.So I called Husqavarna myself and they sent me a new transmission so I went back to pick up my mower to find it in pieces??? When I said something about it they told me the 50 dollar diagnostic fee doesnt cover reassembly!! REALLY??? So now I get to piece this thing back together again. THESE GUYS ARE A TOTAL JOKE!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY LIKE I DID!!!

I am gibing this place two stars instead of one because they are very knowledgable of their equipment and have the parts needed but if you are in a good mood and walk into this place you will be immediately put into a crappy mood because no one smiles or seems happy. EVER. Plus it is always hot in the store and you just want to walk out for fresh air. I feel like the employees are beaten out back or something because everyone seems MISERABLE and its so hard to not let that influence you. ALSO, THEY ARE EXTREMELY PICKY ABOUT THE WARRANTY AS IF YOU HAVE TO PULL TEETH TO GET THEM TO HONOR IT SO BE SURE YOU HAVE ALL THE PARTS ATTACHED TO YOUR STUFF OR THEY WONT TOUCH IT AND WHATEVER YOU DO DONT MENTUON YOU TRIED FIXING IT YOURSELF

I have o disagree with the post on parts department. they are not helpful at allnew he had the cable in stock but wanted a part number. no model numbers are on the mowers.gave him the name toro personal pace 22 recycler mower with electric start. I needed the engine stop cable. I had it with me and he wouldnt even look. they sell the mowers. what the heck.I told him I looked it up on line. he ask what I used for finding it. I typed in toro personal pace engine stop cable. I came right up. I just thought I would buy there instead of ordering online. well had to order online got the part in 2 days. and it was correct.I was seriously considering a new rider purchase from them but after that I dint want to deal with people that dont want to help you./Lazy
