Rude show reps, I would never deal with them after an encounter at a show. Tossed their business card and catalog in the trash, where it belongs.

Just had a very negative conversation with a staff member at gloworks .His name was scrappy and he told me to call him back in 2 weeks when his shipment arrived. I was asking about parts for a budget ebike sold on their website. I called him after 2 weeks and then some and he was very short with me, said to no longer talk to him . He told me he didnt get emails from the company he worked for. After telling me to email him. I was asking about spare parts to purchase from the company . He told me not to call for him but to ask for a fella named Tony and abruptly wanted to end conversation.I really dont get what the hostilty was for ? I like the budget price of the bike but the support for the bike is awful. I really dont get why people cant be kind to each other ?
