Bought some parts for my victory. parts were spot on and service was great. if you own a victory this is the place to come for parts. and their how to videos are very good. saved me time and headache.

I have used Witchdoctors on a couple different occasions to get parts for my 2013 Victory Hammer. I live in northern Canada and have had excellent success with them shipping from the US. They even follow up with a personal phone call to make sure your order has arrived and is in good order. I will keep using Witchdoctors, even once I buy an Indian motorcycle.

I have used Witchdoctors quite a bit and normally have very good luck with them, however this past order has been very disappointing to say the least. Ordered a wheel and fender for my bike and was recommended by them on someone who could paint the fender for me. Once i received the fender i immediately noticed all of the dents and dings on my fender along with the jagged edge of the fender. The quality of paint looked great it was the fender itself that was very poor quality. I took multiple pictures highlighting my concerns and reached out to witchdoctors to let them know only to get ignored about the issue. I had emailed a few different times and the only response back about my conern was they were sorry to hear that i had a bad experience with the painter they recommended. I have tried to follow back up to see if they would do anything about the fender as it will cost me hundreds more to have it fixed and start all over from scratch. Still no response after a couple of weeks of being ignored! Will be the last time purchasing any products from them, buyer beware to any future customers who have any trouble with their product! I have since purchased an additional exhaust and fuel programmer and a few extra products that would have otherwise been with witchdoctor if it had not been for the lack of concern/response to my issue with them. Lesson learned!

Just received my new crash bars!!! Again on time and wrapped perfectly as usual! Made it to Canada without a scratch. Through my orders I’ve managed to build a bad a$$ bagger with their help!Definitely recommend and definitely will order again!

They was very helpful in getting me a good sound system for my motorcycle.

Witchdoctor is an amazing store with outstanding customer service! They found my clutch handle for my 2007 Victory Hammer that nobody else could find, not even Polaris. After I received it customer service called me to check if it fit and to see if I was happy! AMAZING

Terrible first and last experience ordering from WD.... I was avoided for weeks after multiple emails and ended up having to dispute the charges with Amex to get a refund...customer service, website, prices all terrible...way better options and businesses to deal with look elsewhere

Orders take 2 days to fill, and if you live in the PNW it will take minimum 5 days shipping(with their free shipping, which Im not complaining about the free part), and if you review them make sure its good or they get pretty snippy(especially the Mgr Jon Petrich) about it, very professional Witchdoctors

Trash... Once you have an issue, and need to return due to packaging issues that THEY DID this company will short change you ever way possible. Just dig in look at how the treat past customers. “I’m one who got burned, but never again will I make another purchase here”

I recently purchased lower black fork flares and found that they were completely out of stock. After reaching out to understand how long it would be to get parts from their supplier, Roxy and Jon advised they had bare metal ones in stock and would powder coat them, rather than have me wait 2 additional weeks to get parts. I got an email confirmation that the parts were shipped out that same day! You cant ask for better customer service than this. Witchdoctors will be my first stop whenever I need something for my Vic.

I have made 2 orders on their sight (4 parts total). The parts arrived on time or early. They were packaged and protected well. Plenty of coupons included.I was surprised to get a phone call from a customer service rep a couple days after my order arrived. She called to make sure I was happy with my order. I have never received a phone call from any company asking if I was satisfied or had questions.There are great installation videos on their site so you know they can help you with mechanical questions.I plan on using them again.

Well, rest assured, I am neither and I am submitting a good review.I ordered my product on their site and it arrived fast, on time and undamaged. They also included a small care package for mama, to keep her happy. Its small touches like these that make me happy to support small american businesses.The website is simple and easy to navigate. Not a lot of drop downs and search bars that take you to the wrong place.All in all, Ive had a very good experience with this company.

This is the best place to buy Victory parts. I have placed several orders with witchdoctors and have always received the correct parts in a very short time frame. I called customer service after I placed my first order and the lady that answered was very friendly and helpful.

Called one day last week asking about their muscle mufflers and if they would accept mine as a core because they had been modified. The dude on the phone was absolutely so rude. (I wish I remembered his name) Saying he couldnt tell me if they could be used as a core and how short handed he was and on and on. Then right after that he apologized. Then he said he would call me back after he found out if they could be used as a core. I told him if they couldnt be returned as a core, I would run down to Coastal Victory and get a brand new set of HOTVIC Powercones. Long story short, he never called me back but thats okay, I spent my money elsewhere like I told him I was going to do after he was so rude on the phone.I purchased my tips through this company because they were cheaper than everybody shipped. I received those very quickly. They are beautiful.So I may or may not purchase from this company again. It depends. Just know customer service isnt the best.
