I have purchased two accordions from this store, and love them both. I have had accordions serviced here and been very satisfied with the results. This isnt a place to go looking for the least expensive accordions one could find, this is where you go when you want a good accordion. The owner was very helpful when I was there, as were the other staff.
Very impressive establishment. Staff is most professional and accommodating. Unbelievable inventory and quality of products. Johns knowledge of all accordions is unimaginable.
GREAT experience... was like going to Ollivanders Wand Shop. John is the expert and fits you to the perfect instrument. Angela is fabulous and goes above and beyond!
John is the best in the business, bought my first accordion from him a few weeks ago. Its from the 60s but its tight and sounds great!
Super friendly people, and very helpful. I keep trying to get back over there to get beginner sheet music but havent had the chance. Loved this place and the owner when I stopped in for new straps for my grandmothers accordion. Gave me the warm fuzzies!
John is such a helpful guy. I went in looking for an accordion to learn, and he helped me pick them out and answered the questions I had. The next day I had a small issue with a key sticking, and went in there and he fixed it very quickly and had me on my way!
There was only one employee there that knew what customer service meant. She was very helpful and insightful. The older gentleman could learn a thing or two (customer service wise) from her. They were very knowledgeable about the accordions but very rude and belittling.
Good service. Answered questions satisfactorily.
My sister comes from Grand Rapids to get her accordions repaired here.
The owner John Castiglione was very kind and answered all of my questions...and I had many.
THE place to go for accordions!
Pricey. Only game in town though.
Very rude and unprofessional!
