Ive been working with Kesha at the Warren, MI location. She and her entire staff are very easy to work with. You cant beat the quality and price of their furniture.

Can I just say how amazing Keisha was. She was so pleasant and helpful. Went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate that. She has earned a repeat customer as long as she is there I am there. If you have any furniture needs do yourself a favor and go see the wonderful woman. You won’t be disappointed.

I decided to stop at Cort Furniture on Mound  just to see what they had to offer.  To my surprise, I was greeted by this bubbly sale associate named Kesha... (Which I found out later was the Manger). Let me just say WOW!!  She was very  professional answered all my questions.  I purchased 2 mattress sets, chest and sofa. Delivery was reasonable  and fast.  Kesha  provided exceptional customer service.  I highly recommend this location!

I was so pleased with the services I received from Ms. K. Edwards on two separate occasions. She helped me to find the right furniture for my sons new home and her customer service skills are exceptional. He is very happy with his furniture and the advice she gave him on what he needed to make his home complete. Terrible!!! Took over 3 weeks to get my furniture delivered,even had to take a few days off work.no one took off their shoes coming in and out on my new carpet..they gave a list of what was being brought and it was very innacurate..old furniture, mismatched..some things they brought were literally falling apart..just an absolute nightmare to deal with these people

This was my first time shopping at Cort Furniture. I was welcomed with a friendly smile by Kesha Edwards who was there to greet me. I love my bed that I purchased from her. It was delivered on time and set up. Iwill definitely shop here again and recommend to my friends.

Never rent here. They will not work with you during the pandemic. I tried to see about returning some items to reduce expenses during this time. Cort corporate told me I could, but I had to arrange pick up with the local branch. When I spoke to the branch they informed I couldn’t and would hold me to the terms of the lease. I will never do business with them again and I suggest you don’t either. They don’t care about the welfare of their customers, only their bottom line.

Kesha was excellent... she didn’t stop until I was 100% satisfied.... I will definitely keep her in mind for all my furniture needs in the future

I was in frenzy looking for home office furniture, and I felt as if I had exhausted all avenues until Kesha assured me that CORT had exactly what I was looking for. I gave her a verbal example of what I needed, she instructed me to visit the site and she could find something in the warehouse immediately. She did just that! I am comfortably sitting in my new home office space furnished by CORT. Kesha you ROCK!!!!The furniture is modern, in great condition, and is everything I anticipated it would be. I dont know if Ill ever buy new furniture again! I was looking to furnish my basement and therefore didnt want to spend a fortune/didnt have a fortune to spend on what will be a playroom for my son. I also want to open it up to small groups for my church and therefore didnt want junk or random, mismatched pieces. Buying new furniture from Zulily or the like might be somewhat affordable, but not completely, and delivery from these during the pandemic would only drop the stuff at my front door, not be brought inside and carried downstairs.Buying used furniture was looking to be my best option, but shopping peoples personal stuff off Facebook/Craigslist wasnt appealing to me. As a single-mom, I have personal safety concerns and didnt want to show up at a strangers home, nor did I have a clue as to how I would get the furniture to my house and down the steps. Too, there IS a pandemic, but of bigger concern to me was bringing in bedbugs/other peoples dander/pet hair/cigarette smoke/etc.I dont know why I remembered Cort Furniture, but am so happy the thought occurred to me! Not only did I buy two sofas, a loveseat, a big flat-screen t.v. and a dvd player for less than $650 delivered!...but my salesgirl, Kesha, assured me all the furniture is cleaned prior to being brought into their warehouse, including being put in a heated room/oven of some sort to kill any bedbugs! Kesha too was this amazingly perfect balance between Professional and Personable! Even if I wasnt getting such an amazing deal on the furniture, she made the whole experience so easy, fun, and comfortable! I was buying furniture, sight-unseen, and having it delivered to my home and the whole process couldnt have gone better! After making my initial purchase, I decided to add another sofa only a few days before delivery, and she processed that without missing a beat!On the day of delivery, the gentlemen who wrestled those sofas down my basement steps were absolutely wonderful! Respectful of me, my home, very friendly. Honestly, I was tempted to invite them and Kesha all to hang out, they were each such a joy to work with. Id later go on to order more furniture for the basement, and there too, Kesha was unbelievably kind and helpful, even working with me through my own medical emergency & scheduling-upset.Its one thing to get furniture for a great price, another to get used furniture in excellent condition for a great price AND delivered!, but how the staff at Cort treated me took this experience to a whole new level! I couldnt recommend them enough!

Very good collections of furniture, I liked the store, they have nice combination of dining tables and chairs. Bedroom sets and beautiful collection of couch, we went to buy dining table set and couch we found really good deal. I will be back for sure.

Some nice furniture, some dated. The used furniture side of the building is an interesting way to get style and not spend a fortune. Rental prices seam high.

We had a home fire on Feb 26th this year (2019). When we finally signed a lease for a rental himhe until ours can be rebuilt, or insurance company deals with THD (temporary housing development) they set up all of our temporary housing furnishing with Cort Furniture. The furniture is in great condition and the two gentleman that came with the delivery and set up on Friday April 12th2019 couldnt have been now awesome out thorough.... they were truly wonderful to deal with. One was named Santiago and Im sorry the other slips my mind, but they were both very gracious and helpful. Thank you Cort furniture and your AWESOME STAFF!!!!!😘
