Reached out and the guys were extremely helpful at first. I was told they would get back with me about a quote. I submitted a ton of info to help move along the bid process. After two weeks I called to see where we stood and was told someone else in the company was handling the bid rather than the person I spoke to previously. A week after that I followed up once more and was told that someone would call me back later that day. I called back the next day and was told they would call me back later that day... The work was awarded and given to one of their competitors.

Nice awning, installation was shoddy and incomplete. NEVER use them again!!!
