Fantastic! Timely, responsive, and professional. Had new AC unit and furnace installed three years ago and they service it annually. When an issue arose, I called and they were here within an hour. Turns out my issue was mostly operator error coupled with needing an annual adjustment. Truly nice people and I would recommend them to anyone.

Over the course of two weeks, weve been finding it harder and harder to cool down the house. The AC ran 24/7, so thats an electric bill Im not looking forward to. However after one HVAC company let us down immensely, someone we used a lot in the past, we have now found our new go-to company. They were out within 15 minutes and got right to it and fixed our issue. We would absolutely recommend this company for any heating/cooling issues you may have.

Matt came out same day and had everything running properly fast and for less than I expected to be paying. He was super nice and explained everything to me as he was working on it.

My cooling system was not working properly and I only noticed when the temperature started to rise in the house late one night. I called Get Er Done the next morning and they had a technician at my house checking and repairing my system within an hour of the phone call. I was really impressed with how timely and professional the service was. They got the system working again in no time. I got a full brief of what went wrong and there wasnt any overcharging, or up selling, and most importantly I wasnt charged any ridiculous emergency fees. My heat went out Sunday night the 26th of January. My home was very cold 60 degrees. I called Matt and he came out looked at it Monday morning and decided that due to the age of my furnace and the cost of the parts it would be better to replace it. Matt immediately got on it, got a replacement for me and got it installed very quickly. Matt gave me the cost of what it was going to cost and when I received the bill it was not a penny over that.I greatly appreciate that! There are not enough positive words to describe our experience! During this crazy snow storm, Matt came out to save us from our freezing house. He quickly repaired our furnace and made sure that everything was heating properly. Not only was the job fixed quickly (saving our toes lol), but he had great prices despite it being a holiday. Get Er Done HVACR LLCI highly recommend this company! My husband called them first thing this morning and they were able to squeeze us in their already busy schedule to fix our heating and cooling system. He was able to get it fixed in literally no time at all and even showed me how to work the system since I had no clue how to even find the filter on it. He also gave great recommendations to preserve our system since the idea behind the system is great, but doesn’t live up to what it’s really supposed to do. So glad we now know this so we can make it run more efficiently. Not to mention, this recommendation will probably save us a lot on our heating/ cooling bill monthly! I don’t always have the best luck with HVAC issues, but Matt from Get Er Done has changed that for me. I called at 0900 in hopes of getting an appointment before the 80 degree weather expected this weekend, and Matt didn’t let me down. Not only did he give me a same day appointment, he was on time...ON TIME!!!!!Very professional.....Highly recommended!!!

I had a minor recurring problem with my AC, and my old repair company had gone out of business, so I called Get Er Done; he came out the next morning, fixed the problem and told me some tricks to keep it working. Very friendly and professional. Later that night the AC quit working from a different problem, so I sent Matt a text (so he’d see it in the morning) - at 5:30 am he texted me back, figured out the problem and talked me through it. Will definitely use this company again!

Called around all morning for someone to come out and fix a leak in my salon. They were the only ones willing to come out immediately and help me. Very fast, helpful, and super reasonable! Will definitely continue doing business with them, and highly recommend!

Matt came the same day I called, spent about 30 minutes and fixed our AC unit. We initially thought we were going to have to replace the entire thing or spend hundreds in parts and labor, but it was a simple fix at an extremely reasonable price. Very happy with the service - he got it done!

Wow! I woke up this morning to a warm house...our HVAC blower motor wasnt...well...blowing and was making unusual sounds. Was out of town they were easy to communicate with texted back fourth with. Cheaper then fox by a grand. Its been a year and im still happy with the unit they put in.

Am waiting to get my furnace repaired. The repairman failed to order the part. I told him that I found the part online, he says he will order the part today. Today is October 7, so I will see.

Matt is the best! We have used Get er Done HVAC a few times since living in our home. 4 years ago we bought a new AC unit. They squeezed us in a very busy time and the price was reasonable. Today I called for an issue and they were out there within a couple of hours and solved the problem! They are always prompt with their responses, fair, and provide wonderful customer service.

Matt has done a lot of HVAC work for us over the last 6+ years, from repairs and maintenance to installation of new systems. Highly recommended.

1st visit: mis-identified problem, tried to wire around it on exterior unit, gone in 12 minutes, charged $75.2nd visit: misidentified problem again, tried to wire around it on interior unit, gone in 14 minutes.I did two basic internet searches and found the problem is very common and easily recognized by air conditioning technicians with any experience. I sent him what I found, and left him a voicemail stating my displeasure with his lack of knowledge, and advice to buy a part I didnt necessarily need, since he didnt know the failure mechanisms for the problem.3rd visit: I never requested any other service, but when I was gone at work, he must have realized his mistake. He replaced a temperature sensor on my exterior unit and switched wiring again, then texted me, saying he tested the outside sensor and it was working fine so I was wrong and shouldnt worry. (a lie since he replaced the sensor/wiring.)Matts lack of job knowledge and especially his lack of integrity is really disappointing, and my system doesnt work, so I will find someone else to fix it.The problem is the system is stuck in defrost mode, since the heat pump fan is shut off and the heating elements in the furnace are turned on, just as the logic board should command if its in defrost mode. There are tests to run to ID the root cause.

Equipment is faulty. Keeps freezing up. Unprofessional and rude.
