I wish I as well could give them 0 stars. Their customer service is by far the worst.... Not only did they take forever while it is extremely hot out here, not to mention the prescriptions were already called in a hour prior, but the tech was horrible at her job just rude all the way around.

It was 1 star 3 months ago, I cant change it to 0 stars or I would. Aetna Insurance has purchased CVS and now is insisting we use CVS for Moms prescriptions. They cant get things correct and they keep blaming various doctors offices for their screw ups. NOT!3 months agoCVS was unable to get their computer to funtion, for me to purchase sinus meds that need ID. However their attempt caused me to be unable to purchase the medication anywhere, because the system shows that I purchased at CVS already. They tell me they are sorry but cant do anything.

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!I have never been so annoyed with ant pharmacy company as I have been with CVS pharmacy. Regardless of how I respond (ie NO) CVS has constantly annoyed me by auto refilling and then harassing me via email, phone and text.I pray for 2020 to end so that i can cancel my current insurance and switch to insurance that favors any pharmacy accept CVS. The most annoying pharmacy I have ever had the dissatisfaction of doing business with PERIOD.

CVS bought my insurance company, and now I have no choice in pharmacy. If I dont go to CVS, my prescriptions arent covered. CVS is a garbage company with garbage policies and are willing to deny patients choice and medication if they dont give CVS their money. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest review Im able to give. Id rather give them two middle fingers.

This Pharmacy is HONESTLY the worst Ive ever been to. 2 out of 5 stars is an under exaggeration, for the countless hours Ive had to wait, along with the repeated miscommunication, and the reoccurring mistakes. Theres only 20,000 people in this city, there is no way I should be having to dedicate a whole day for a 15 minute pickup process. I wish there was a negative amount of stars option!!

The person who waited on me was friendly and helped. I was second in line and no one cleaned the counter after the previous customer. However there were wet wipes available and I used two.

In Long Beach California, or here in Warrensburg Missouri, CVS never lets me down!!!
