Ever since shy became the store manager this door has went down shelves are not stocked only halfway trash out on the floor no forks they have not had them for 2 weeks now also other items missing in the store that should be there one cash register person no other person out on the floor I dont know where theyre at you cant get help if you need it the store is filthy it is not clean at all it looks like it hasnt been swept in over a month nothings been sanitized everythings all fill me looking the store is not very good shy is not a good manager for that store she does not take care of the store and if I got to get a hold of corporate I will to get something done about it the store is really really nasty in the ones that do work there the ones that Ive met are not nice not customer friendly and shy is not nice or customer friendly you cant tell her anything or she just goes off on you rudely in her own way and think shes acting professional thats not cool its a dirty store and no matter what you tell the woman shes not taking care of the store like she should.

Store is filthy and merchandise is all over the floor. I honestly dont understand how this store can look the way it does when the main warehouse is right there in Warrensburg. Its a shame because this store is more convenient for me but I will drive further away to shop at a Dollar Tree that is cleaner and more organized. It is by far the worst Dollar Tree I have been to.

Employees are super nice here. Some empty shelves but looks like the are updating for new items. Cant wait for those!

Store is dirty people put gum everywhere and the store is never properly cleaned. The isles are trashed and not in any paticular order.

Applied called to check on application and was basically told I lived to far away... tried explaining drive didn’t bother me I could relocate etc and lady kept saying “I think it’s too far a drive” this lady is discouraging people from applying and is detrimental to the company!!!

The employees are great, but they need more employees to help keep the place more organized. Is always seems disorganized. When putting items out, they block the isles. I love shopping for great items at lower prices. I was Joy craft room site. She does great advertising for your stores, in general.

This is a great place to deliver for,in & out quickly and the people are polite.

Dollar Tree in Warrensburg Missouri has good inexpensive deals. Plus we have the distribution center here in town also.Sadly, no reflection on Dollar Tree, the landlord for the store is awful. Jerry J. W. Franklin is a slum lord. This man will not do basic upkeep on his building. The doors are heavy and stick, the facility is in need of many repairs that Mr. Slum Lord - Jerry Franklin is to cheap to properly take care of his property. He lives right here in Warrensburg and will not take care of his property. He owns property all over, even in Branson Missouri. The state needs to go after him. His wife is the sweetest woman, so sad she is with this low life. Beautiful woman.

Disappointed in the lack of trees/tree products. As a nature enthusiast I was very saddened to realized this was not a store for fellow tree lovers, but just a general dollar store (but not the Dollar General) Great staff, cold drinks, cheap cleaning products. 3/5 Stars.

It has a lot of neat things

Staffing is courteous & mostly helpful.Overall appearance of this store is dirty, merchandise slow to get on shelves, aisles crowded, making it a challenge to move a cart or even the small baskets without bumping into something. This appears to be a management issue. Hopefully, in time the atmosphere of store can & will improve. Thank you!

Love the Dollar Tree...It sure beats the one in the city...Kansas City, Mo., Westport area. Its much larger and has more to to offer. Always clean and accommodating. Staff is always very nice. I go there at least two to four times a week.

Since its the day before Valentines Day, the store was crowded. They still had a nice selection of Valentines Day cards. The staff was friendly and worked toward getting people out of the store as quickly as possible.

Of course you get what you pay for, but lets be real. If you need simple household items, greeting cards, birthday party supplies, some name brand food items (including fresh bread), then DT is the place. Saves time and money. Its a good place to wander on a rainy day.

Love shopping here for odds and ends, always great stock, store is always easy to navigate. Love the wide variety of items available as well, got my gardening supplies here and a meal for less than $20. Love it, love it, love it.

The people are polite and willing to help.I find most every thing I am looking for in there. There are times they dont have some thing, not their fault.In and out fairly fast threw checkout occasionally run into lines.

I got everything I wanted at a really reasonable price. I went with a few kids and they totally loved the fact that they could shop for their baby dolls with their savings. Interestingly we got to pick somewash cloths, diapers for their baby dolls.I would totally visit again..

I always find to much! Great store to spend lots, but should come home and figure what you bought would cost at Wal Mart.

Always someone around to help you find what you need, a variety of different things that I never knew they carried and always nice customer service.

Filthy!! Manager is rude, messy and nothing is stocked!!!...and while employees should be stocking all of the boxes laying around-instead they’re sitting outside of the entrance smoking and socializing with non-Dollar Tree employees. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I going in there everytime going to grab only a few items. Ending up in getting way more. Cause there is more stuff then I realize they have. But at a $ you can go lil spend happy.

No overnight parking but there’s a truck stop just opposite of them. This truck stop has many empty spaces all the time. It has a cat scale as well.

Good selection of every day things we need. Friendly employees. Kinda cluttered today, looks like new inventory.

Went to pick up a large order I had delivered, absolutely ridiculous. “In the middle of a shift change”. There was one cash register open and the line was backed up to two aisles. Apparently there were people in the little room just sitting in there. “Go I’m back (Employee Name) they’re waiting on you. Get your people here on time and have people actually working in the store until your other shift shows up. Also, there’s trash and debris all over the floor. But I unfortunately have to keep coming here or drive 30+ minutes to another location.

Dollar store. But has a ton of party/decorations and other party things that I found to be super helpful in planning my event. There is also limited food there, so its a one stop shop if you are in a pinch or hurry.

Store was sloppy. The restroom was unkept,and was out of soap. I have seen this store in prime shape before but that was almost a year ago.

My first stop for quick shopping and for perfect prices. I should but stock!
