I received hearing aids in February. For the first month I met with Shannon weekly to evaluate the performance of the hearing aids and to resolve any issues......all have been minor and easily addressed. She continues to schedule appointments every three months or so. Shannon is a pleasant, professional young lady and I enjoy working with her. I am satisfied with the hearing aids.

Belltone is the third and last place I have received hearing aids. True they have been my most expensive pair. But you get what you pay for. Shannan in Sedalia, Mo could not be more professional. She fitted them extremely well and has helped me so graciously following with any problems I had. I especially like the device I got to hear television.
