Great products in the showroom and more selections online at Build.com. Very satisfied with the products, but the staff is another story. Worst customer service I have experienced during my home renovation. I have received bad advice from than one consultant, and more than one person hasn’t bothered to return phone calls or emails even when I’ve tried to make an additional purchase. Despite my satisfaction with the products, I can’t continue to deal with these people. The rest of what I need will be purchased elsewhere.

I met with John DeRogatis at the Ferguson Gallery to make selections for appliances and fixtures. To be honest I expected the process to be much more difficult and lengthy than it was but John was so knowledgeable and professional I was blown away. He had an immediate understanding of the look I was going for and helped me make suggestions that fit perfectly into my design vision as well as keeping things well within budget. All the prices were comparable to those I researched from other big retailers as well. I hope to go through the process again for future homes and Im confident Ill be returning to Ferguson because of my experience today!

The store is by appointment only. Ended up going with another option since they don’t have much availability. We did use them before on another project so it is disappointing to see how far they’ve fallen off the rails because of COVID.

Looking to upgrade your kitchen or bathroom? Ferguson is the place to go. Their team members will ask, listen, show, and recommend.

I havent even been in the showroom and already I am highly dissatisfied. Their website clearly states the showroom on Warrensville is open from 10:00-5:00 on Saturdays. My husband and I drove from Cleveland to go to the showroom, and it was not open. If your website says you are open then you should be open and not waste peoples time!
