Ryan and Dave were very good to work with. They were patient while I found went through hoops to get financing ( I had no credit) for the vehicle I wanted and they didn’t sell the car from underneath me in the process . Purchased a 04 F350 pickup truck from them and I dealt with Ryan and he was very nice and straight forward. When I left the dealer the truck began to run bad because the EGR valve was sticking. Ryan came personally over to my home and he and my friend changed the valve and it is running perfect again. Thanks again Ryan for your time and effort

Good deals, No baloney. I bought a car from these guys a week ago. They said it just needed a brake job but nothing else. I took it to my mechanic and it needed brakes just like they said. It also had some minor leaks and an almost dead battery, but nothing out of the ordinary for old inexpensive cars. Maybe the lot could do a little more thorough inspection on the cars they sell, but then they couldnt offer such good prices. Just be sure to budget a little extra in case you have some repairs after you buy. And check the manufacture date on the battery.The only part I didnt like was the price negotiation was pretty rushed and they wouldnt budge one dollar. The only guy who could make the decision was only reachable by phone or something?...I dont really buy it but the asking price was still a pretty good deal so its a minor complaint.

I just want to say my experience with Ryan and Pure Automotive did not fall under the traditional cliches often associated with buying a used car ( fast talker, high pressure, hidden agendas, etc.). As a matter of fact, I began giving my critique on here before even leaving the lot on the day I purchased my car. Drove 5 hours to see a car that I was told was in great condition. Upon arrival to dealership I found the car buried in the snow. The car was not even close to condition it was presented online and told over the phone. I was given money to go get a car wash myself while on my test drive. After my test drive I expressed my disappointment only to be told what do i expect out of a used car. Salesman was very unprofessional and was very disappointed with the whole experience.

My fiancée and I were looking at buying a car there. We had gone to see it three times. Twice in one week. And after the third time, we had set on a negotiated price and a trade-in value for out current car (on a friday). So we told them that we just needed to get the title notarized for the trade-in on Monday, then wed be over to buy it.So we got the title notarized Monday night. Contacted them Tuesday morning to ask when we could be over to buy it. They told us that someone else was looking at the car and that wed have to wait. After we already had everything set, and the title notorized.We got a call later that afternoon saying that that other person had bought the car.NEVER going back there again if thats how they handle prospective car owners.
