We have taken our cars to Tom and Danielle for years they are the absolute best and we recommend them to friends all the time. On multiple occasions we have taken cars in but they refused to take our money either because there was nothing wrong. I trust them absolutely, they are truly honest good people that stand by their work! Oh and our dogs love them too because every time we visit they get a treat

I called twice in the week regarding getting an e check. Not one of those times was I told they only do echeck starting at 8:30am. They open at 7:30am, I get there at 8am and call then the person tells me they only do echeck 8:30am to 4. Im not in the habit of wasting my time and gas. I dont live nearby. The person who I was speaking to was unapologetic. Was potentially a new customer of this place and now wont be.

This is a CLASS ACT service center...just needed the emission test for my car...but, in a pandemic, even that can be stressful. They eliminated any stress, and made the process easy-peasy. Was done in less than 5 minutes, and I was on my way. Thanks so MUCH 😁

Center Heights service is a true gem. They treat customers like family and are fair and honest to a T. I am thrilled to have found them and wont have service done elsewhere. Okay so full disclosure I didnt get any service. But are you looking for a raccoon pelt and some coffee? Maybe want to chat about the neighbors? Well Bradley and Danielle have got you covered. I went in to get an echeck. Turns out I didnt need one. I had a few after thought questions about the BMV and Bradley and Danielle totally hooked me up! They told me exactly which one to use based on what I needed done, called and verified the hours for me and verified with that BMV that they performed the service I needed, then they wrote it all down for me! I would totally go back for gas, service or just to chill and you should too!

Went to Center Heights for the first time. Two vehicles in two weeks with separate problems ( not easy). I was very pleased with the outcome. The technical work was great, prices were very reasonable and the manager was a pleasure to work with.

Great customer service! I have been a customer since 1987 (32-years and counting). The employees are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I am shocked to see some the negative reviews. I can tell you I never felt mistreated or taken advantage of. In fact, during rough times, the Owner has worked with me financially. Tom is great for this community, not only has he supported local fundraisers but he has supported various educational endeavors for my daughter. Keep up the great work.

We take both of our cars here and they give prompt calls about the issue and cost. The estimates have been accurate for the numerous issues our vehicles have had throughout the years. The fixes have been same day or next day, except when special order parts need to used, in which case it has taken another day or two.

Highly recommended, with excellent customer service skills and communication. They installed a new clutch, among other things, for my 2009 Mazda 3. I received prompt notifications from both Tom and Danielle regarding the status of my car and they even helped me out financing the repairs with a hundred day zero percent interest finance plan. Everything runs great now and the initial sticker shock is less frightening with the finance plan they actually went through the trouble to help me set up. I couldnt be happier with the outcome. The people that run this shop or so kind. We were from out of town and stopping in to get a used car checked out, these guys steered us away from a lemon and into a reliable car. They were gracious with their time even though they were quite busy they still managed to squeeze us in, not once but twice! First time visitor to this place 10/31/18. Showed up at 7:30 opening time to see about having a simple wheel bearing replacement done. I explained to the lady at the counter that I already had the part and just needed it installed. She said they could probably fit me in, and put my vehicle information into the computer. Then she quoted me a ridiculous price of $175 to do it. Now this is a job anyone can do. Its not difficult at all (and if you lack the specific tools required, Advance Auto will loan them to you for FREE). Ive done it myself on this vehicle twice in the last 5 years. It took an hour to complete the job, and I dont have a lift or any pneumatic equipment to assist me. So when I questioned her why so much for a simple job that shouldnt take more than an hour she got snotty with me and told me in a rude tone that the computer says it will take an hour and a half. I mentioned that I can do this myself in an hour, and she doubles-down by even more rudely replying well, I guess you can go do it yourself. That is an exact quote. So here are my first-impression takeaways of this repair shop: Almost $90/hr (more, if you factor in taxes on the final bill) is not exactly what Id call low cost, and padding the time to do a job is not what Id call a reputable practice. Combine those two items with the unbelievably rude lady at the counter (possibly one of the owners?), and I will NEVER, EVER consider using this shop again. My office is just a mile away, so I thought it would be a great place to take my vehicle for repairs while Im working. Forget it.These reviews gushing over low cost and friendly service are misleading at best. One star from me is only because I cant give less.

Strongly recommend that you avoid this business. My husband had his tires rotated and oil changed at this shop on 4/4/2019. We picked up the car on 4/5. On Saturday 4/6 the front drivers side tire fell off. The shops owner Tom took zero responsibility. He also said there was no proof that they had even rotated our tires (he did not charge for this service). His employee had to remind him that it was listed on our receipt. Fortunately his insurance company took full responsibility.

I brought my car in with engine light on; it was promptly diagnosed and repaired by the next business day. The price was very reasonable, I was not charged the diagnostic fee, and the cost of the throttle body replacement was half of what another shop quoted. The warranty is 24 months since this shop is AAA approved, and I was set up with Uber both ways, isnt that awesome? I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs. Now this is my go to shopUPDATE: 5/18/2017. Yesterday I had new ceramic front pads installed, and today the shop emailed me to find out how the pads were doing. This shop is absolutely unique, I am not aware of any other place email the customer to follow up on the job done. Kudos for the great customer service!

I had a flat tire and they changed the flat tire I asked about AAA she said its $25 because thats a discount but I know Ive called Triple-A before and they just changed a flat tire I dont know maybe its something different because I was at the service station instead of having a tow truck come to me but I was very grateful they got me in and got me out

So I thought Id share some information on this place as an employee, and not as a customer. When it comes to automotive shops quite often customers have no idea what is fair and whats not. I started employment with this place in February of 2016. Everything seemed ok until about 6 months down the road. I started noticing some very dishonest acts from Tom and Danielle who are co owners of this said business. There were so many unauthorized repairs being done before the customers were even called. I did a job for a customer who is a local teacher in Shaker Heights on her 2008 Hyundai that shouldve been free of charge, and under the 2 year warranty. However, Danielle and Tom lied to the customer and told her something else failed. Ultimately charging this lady $1200 for a job she already paid for less than a year ago. This ultimately was the deciding factor for me leaving the company. They buy all their parts from World Auto Parts and OReillys, and charge you DEALER list price. The parts quality is so horrible resulting in many comebacks. However, Tom will never admit that he installed bad parts on your car. So if a warrantied part fails theyll sell you something else but replace the bad part without you knowing. I did a job for a doctor at Cleveland clinic. They sold him outer tie rod ends on his Audi but he didnt need them. Sure youll get a ride home and a friendly thank you for your business. But youve been ripped harder than what Firestone would do you. If any one has any questions feel free to contact me. Ive got plenty of stories for you. Tom and Danielle cant be trusted. Not as employers or as service providers. If youre looking for a fair shop this definitely isnt the one. The lady that posted about her Volkswagen beetle. Im the one who fixed it. I also repaired Ritas Jeep who also posted a review about this place. Honesty is definitely not a policy used here at this company! Youve been warned.

After paying $658, my vehicle was not fixed. The next day it had a problem. I returned my vehicle. I was treated with total disrespect because I no longer wanted their opinion on what was wrong with my vehicle. I was called and told to remove it from their property, but upon arrival my vehicle was blocked in. I was then verbally attacked the entire time that I was trying to remove my vehicle from the lot. The people there are uncivilized and unintelligent.

They are knowledgeable and honest, plus they get the job done in a timely manner.
