Great liquor store! They were out of what I wanted but had a big enough selection to make up for it.

Amazing prices, Greg was a Amazing breaking down the various wines. I bought 6 bottles. The entire staff was super polite, friendly, & I felt at home. I always have a great time when Im there and Ill be back to pick up more wines. Get there and support our own. Theyre totally worth it!!!

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Its always a pleasure shopping at this state store. Lots to choose from. Using debit at the lottery machine always gives problems for some reason so bring cash. It always says decline but I call my bank and they dont see a decline on their end. Mostly likely a server issue communicating to our banks from their terminals.

Gems like this are why I moved to Cleveland.I wasnt expecting much when I first walked into this location. I was told by a neighbor that they had opened recently and that they were worth checking out. The name of the store sounds a little on the clinical side, if Im being totally honest, and left me with the impression that this would just be any other Ohio liquor store.Upon entering the store I was surprised by the warm decor and generally high level of polish the establishment had to it. I was surprised again by their extensive selection of quality beer, wine, and liquor (its rare to find a place that does even two of those well, let alone all three)What really sets them apart, however, is the staff. They seem to share a genuine passion for the store and want to see it grow. If you stay for a minute for a Wine Tasting or even just to chat youll hear about their plans to start making this a place for social gatherings, how theyre always looking to get new products, and their storied pasts that led them here.Its not just any other job for them and its hard not to be charmed by passion like that. Im looking forward to watching them grow over the coming years and I think that this will be one of those places that anyone would brag about having discovered before it got popular.

My favorite place! They are very respectful and helpful! Great prices. They always greet you when you enter! They will not rush you if you are not sure of what you are looking for. They will help you to your car if you need help! I have never had such quality service! Its way better than going to that one liquor store we shall not name! The store is well stocked and clean. The owners are friendly and helpful as well. There is a wine expert on staff to walk you through the journey of wine tasting and how to build a wine collection.

Chagrin Valley Beverage is a hidden gem. I love when I walk into a place and the staff greets you with a warm welcome and immediately offer you assistance. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to assist me in finding a wine I would enjoy. I will definitely tell all my wine friends about my amazing experience and the huge selection of wines available to wine lovers.

The wife and I were back in town for a wedding. We needed some booze and had heard about this new store opening up from family. I never would have guessed that such a nice liquor store would have opened up in this plaza! The store had a big selection. I was blown away by the customer service. When we walked in they immediately greeted us and provided some suggestions on a new beer to try, and then even did a mini tasting for us. We will definitely be back!!**Reply to owner comment below**: we are back in town now, and came in yesterday. Same great experience!! The gentlemen who orders the beer gave us great advice!

Greg, youre the best! When I called last Saturday, looking for Drambuie in pint bottles, you said youd call around to see if you could find it anywhere, and then youd get back to me. When you called this morning, and told me that Drambuie is no longer sold in pints in Ohio, but I might find it in another state, that got me thinking. I searched online, and I found it in a liquor store near the intersection of I-90 and route 19 outside Erie. Thats going to be an easy stop as I make my way toward visiting my cousin -- and Im sure hell love it!

My choice is chagrin valley beverage. Excellent staff,customer service is the best, and most of all these folks are friendly and knowledgeable.
