I took on a complete kitchen renovation this year. With that I needed kitchen cabinets. Tina and Jay from Choice Cabinet were able to build a complete kitchen and fit it to my space. I had many emails back and forth adjusting the layout as new ideas came up. Tina was timely and always able to fit my ideas. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or recommend them for your kitchen.

Everyone I met was extremely knowledgeable about their product and systems.I really enjoy their ability to adjust and collaborate with each project. Choice has been providing new cabinets for our apartment buildings for about 6 years and I have always been impressed with the quality. When we decided to renovate 32 units we had Choice provide all of the cabinetry and we have not been disappointed. All the cabinets are plywood and hardwood. No particleboard! For rental units that makes all the difference for longevity in a tough environment.

Choice Cabinet provides high quality, well constructed RTA cabinets utilizing all hardwood and furniture grade plywoods, high quality hardware and precision joinery at a fraction of the cost of any cabinet shop youll find. Best of all, they are very easy to assemble. Turn around time is generally very quick (often within a week from order to arrival).

Choice Cabinets showroom & display show the elegance of beauty in cabinetry. We love installing this cabinetry in peoples homes too. But it starts with the delivery, I dont know his name, he is alway very pleasant, helpful & it shows he loves his job, its not any easy job either moving finished cabinetry onto peoples property with out damaging them. Keeping things dry on bad weather days. The drive is always in a good mood. The transformation is always exciting to see & the home owners cant hold back there love for there new kitchen even before its finished there working the drawers & the doors with out there hardware on its just nice to see the excitement. It makes up as installer look forward to working with the next family!

Ive had awesome customer service and I even went as far as driving to Cleveland to meet the owners. it was great, they gave me and my friends a tour of the place. This is one of the best built cabinets Ive ever worked with.

Brian from Choice cabinets designed my kitchen in a way where the refrigerator door does not open. I have tried to connect with the owner multiple times. I am not hearing back.They were happy to take my payment in full, but when there is a problem in design the owner won’t retutn my calls.

Terrible customer satisfaction, I received my kitchen cabinets wrong sized, my kitchen got smaller. When I called the place, they said I approved and signed so everything is my fault. No apology, no trying to fix the problem. I had to go somewhere else to buy one more cabinet to fill the space after I spent almost $4,000 to choice cabinet. I already reported BBB, let me see what they will do.

Love my new cabinet!!! The only reason I gave four stars not five is I thought the drawers were going to be soft close and they are not. They glide nicely but you have to push them all the way in. I recieved my cabinet very quickly with great costumer service. The cabinet is very well made and the finish is beautiful. I would definitely recommend buying from this family run businesses. When the need arises I will buy from them again.

I would not give them one star if that were possible. Customer service was terrible. We had to call 3 different people each time we had a question or problem (our sales person always seemed to be in China); they didnt stick to original drawings; made changes to cabinet plans without consulting us; took three times longer than promised at original sales pitch; limited in color choices; the list goes on and on. Our kitchen took 6 months to finish because everything is based off the cabinet install. Now that we have the cabinets in, they are unfinished underneath, we have cracking in corners, and its only been 4 months. They are just as expensive as any custom cabinet manufacturer. Stay away
