Great! $5 if youre on a budget, but, its more open and easier now to check out without standing in line they have updated their new systems where you can check out your items yourself without waiting big improvement. Three stars because they never have enough items they sell out of items too fast for me 😭 never having enough in stock one minutes online within the next 10 minutes they sold out really!

I took my granddaughter she loves this store she is 13 she loves the t-shirts and jewelry section the best loves the store it self I like it to I got motion sensor lights I use them for my stairs and I have purchased a lot of items online its a great store has some different items that I like. Its a reàlly great store for the holidays great gift items. If you need something different for that special someone shop here and yes they do have gift cards.

Five below first time here and I see it seems like a favorite spot for kids and young adults. Theres a nice selection of things to choose from and they are easy to access by the aisle or wall signs. This helps alot if youre in a hurry and only need a few items. The store was clean and some items needed to be restock, they also had customer service that was friendly

It was nice, they changed it up alot and they no longer have cashiers, just self checkouts.

They did not have what I went to get at the store. But the store was well stocked. I will return.

Just dropped in with my niece for a card. This was the cleanest most organizer Five Below Ive ever been in!

Very rude turned the lights off at 7:30 pm yelled that the store will be closing at 8. No customer service was very lacking. The young lady who rang me out apologized for the rude behavior of her co workers.

The people that work there and run the registers are nice. Some of the stuff not worth the five bucks but it is five below and makes the kids happy.

Tons of options. Cheap stuff but there are good finds. This is the equivalent of finding bin deals on Amazon with prime shipping. $5 for a 10,000 mAh charger? $4 for The Art of Crimes of Grindlewald Harry Potter, when it’s $20 at least at Target or Barnes and Noble

This store has the best products for the prices. I love their return policy also. If something breaks you easily return the product, in some cases without the receipt which is very convenient. They have self scan kiosk so you can check yourself out. The people are always friendly and kind. I love it.

Great Place. Such A Different Variery Of Different Items. Wished They Had More Family games And Pajamas Family Sets. Everything Was Neat And Nicely Stocked. Things Went By Fast Due To The Holiday Season. Just When I Thought The Paw Patrol Dont Break The Ice Game Was All Out. An Employee Went Over And Beyond And Located One In The Back.That Made My Shopping Experience A Great One. The Employees Were Nice And Knew The Products.

Not good I would if gave zero stars if I could.They had construction on the other side and wouldn’t even let u over mind u it was a small space of construction we couldn’t even get what we wanted they were rude I asked if I can come and get something really quick and they rolled there eye and said what could we get I didn’t liked it I just walked away and when I got the little small candy a lady said to me how much candy do you need in a rude way I just left ….terrible

I dont give many 5 star reviews, but I always have a good time shopping here. Good products that rotate often, so new things to check out. Reasonable prices. My kids beg me to go here, because we always leave with something fun to keep them busy and entertained. And why not? Like I said, really reasonable prices.

I came in Saturday and had a great experience, with this being my first time in a 5 below store. I was greeted when entering the store and had the best help. I would highly recommend anyone to come here to shop where it’s very affordable. The store was also neat.

The man that was working tonight was very unprofessional. He refuse to let a child use the restroom stating that she was to late. He rushed everyone and had the worst service ever. He acted like he would rather be somewhere else. I put all my items back, I will not be spending money at a store that lacks customer service. The cashier looked miserable. What happened to good customer service skills..... Very disappointed

The ladies were very nice when my daughter called for her item. They put it on hold and we were able to purchase it a couple hour later.

Five Below is their name, and they mean it. Everything is really $5 or less. Also everything is of decent quality. Nothing is brand name, but it isnt going to fall apart in the parking lot. Dont have high expectations of the electronics, but they do work well enough. Oh and the cashiers are fast. They have also improved their return policy, so kudos all around.

My teenage daughter and I love this store. We manage to spend over $50 each time we visit. We always see alot of things we like. The staff is always polite. This location is clean and well-stock. A nice variety of things here such as clothing, accessories, seasonal items, electronic accessories, games, workout gear, etc. I will continue returning:)

Not everything is cheaper here. And it could potentially use help at checkout. But it offers a cheap convenient local store to buy cheap items. My personal favorite is cell phone cases or covers. Or chargers.

This is the best place to get accessories for my Galaxy S9 and for iPhones. Cables that are $12 to $30 elsewhere I only $5. Headphones that are only $5.

Had an unpleasant experience here last week! I got what I came for and more... but an employee kept following me around the store!! I felt like a criminal walking around in the store! I bought my things and left before I could take a proper look around. I dont think Ill be shopping at this location any longer !

At first there was only one cashier and then came a other one after a few minutes . I was in line for a couple of minutes . Overall the store was clean and you got greeted as you walked in .

Five below warrensville heights just like they say on TV everything is great I recommend last minute shoppers stocking stuffers calendars posters eating some games for kids employees are very nice and friendly and welcome you when you walk in the door
