The customer service is always outstanding. Novella is one of the best representatives Ive ever come across. Shes welcoming, friendly and engaging.

This store is horrible, do not go here. I bought a phone and a couple days after it just shut off for no reason. Went to the store and the lady played with the phone and stated it should be ok. It did it again. She stated they would give me the same model phone if it happened again. Nope she took my number and they never called. The manager would never be in the store when she said he would be. Never had this issue before now. Just stay away

The women who helped me was friendly, kept a good convo while she helped me and got me in and out, plus I got a decent price

They knowingly sold me a defective phone, when I complained to them while it was still under warranty they LIED to me saying they will replace it . It cost me $180 and I cant make it receive phone calls .
