I hate leaving bad reviews but this is ridiculous the pharmacy drive Thur hardly open there all ways short staff we need our medications this is sad omg !please get better cvs

This pharmacy is absolutely horrendous. I understand people get busy… but they literally don’t answer the phone. I came to the drive thru window and the gentleman barely knew anything. They are rude and lazy. Do not make this your pharmacy. I guarantee you’ll regret it.

Slowest ever! Takes 20 minutes just for someone to ask if they can help! Worst customer service ever! If I could give no stars it would be none!

This is the WORST pharmacy by far!!!! My orders are never right, and how in the world am I on hold for 2hrs at a time???? I end up callin the front end and of course, what can they do 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. Ive NEVER EVER had these issues with Walgreens! Welp...now I know

The store employees are ok but the pharmacies employees have really bad attitude one staff in particular name ANGEL have a really bad attitude everytime I visit or call sometimes if shes there i wont even go that day

Literally the worst pharmacy ever I was pregnant and had a bunch of boost filled & they were all shipped to this cvs ! When it was time for me to pick them up I only grabbed literally two boxes because mind you I was pregnant and the gentleman walked them to my car ! He then said when I’m ready to pick up just stop but And pick the rest ! When that time calmed they literally told me they don’t know what happen to my boost so I then had to switch pharmacy to one far from my house because they was just nonchalant after they couldn’t find it and then this morning I come to this pharmacy and dropped my prescription as well as my son and then they guy tells me I don’t have a prescription in and now something with my insurance! Literally every time I come to this pharmacy it’s somethinn but great thing they have Chris ! But they need better workers management

They dont answer their phone. No one the front or pharmacy. Never visited because of that.

Bad service, worth quality and expensive

One of the slowest and most incompetent Cvss Ive been to. Both pharmacy and photostore have terrible customer service ... find another cvs if you can.

Store is always in order and staff is always ready to help
