I had a great experience when I needed service! McKenzie had someone out to my house within a few hours. The service man Joe was quick and pleasant. I really appreciate the over and above service and quick response when I know everyone is short staffed and spread too thin.

Paid 5995 for a golf cart, it arrived and it looked nice. A few days later I tried to use the usb charger and it wasnt working and after a few days you start to notice the okay job on the refurbishing, it was okay work for the price but definitely not excellent. I notified the salesman about the usb not working and he pawned me off on Mackenzie who I left a message for and never heard back from her. I want to buy a golf cart for my mom but I will be searching elsewhere.

We decided to upgrade our golf cart and I remembered seeing Lake Erie Golf Carts at the RV show . So I went on their website and we picked out one to go look at . So I had Friday off and on the way to our campground we stopped by . We were introduced to Joe Fedor !!! Joe was able to get us into a 2019 EXGO gas cart in less than a hour !! We actually ended up buying one that we didn’t see on their website !! He loaded up on my utility trailer and off we went !! We have gotten some many compliments on our new cart !!
