Al was a relaxed sales professional! I like his sales by education sales-approach. Both Al and Leo (Finance) and Dex (GM) were clear and proactive communicators. All very respectful. I flew in from DC Saturday morning; I was driving the 2014 Cayenne diesel home by 1 PM. The car was great on the 13 hour drive home! I really liked that Ultimo Motors West keeps their auto assets inside, which makes for a clean and consistent buying experience. I will recommend them to family and friends.

I did most of the sale over the internet. I dealt with Al via text about the car and my trade and he was more than accommodating. We made a deal, I drove down and signed the paperwork, was in and out quickly. My only issue is they said the vehicle had an oil change within the last 100 miles. It definitely did not have one, oil was very dirty. This was not a big deal but don’t tell a customer it was done when clearly it wasn’t. All in all a very good experience.

My wife and I recently purchased a Mercedes from Ultimo Motors West and we were very pleased with our experience. We are from Texas so purchased the vehicle sight unseen and Al was our sales rep. Al worked with us to come to an agreed price and assisted with arranging finance options as well. Interest rates were in line with the current market (slightly more aggressive than what we had found ourselves) which made for an easy transaction. Al arranged to have the car transported from Chicago to Texas and even saved us a few hundred dollars on the transport. Over nearly 19 years of marriage, my wife and I have purchased many vehicles (20+). This last purchase with Ultimo Motors was by far the best experience ever. We found our dream car (2014 Range Rover Autobiography) on the Ultimo website on April 29 and sent an electronic message to initiate the process. Al responded immediately. I called Al, who was professional and very helpful. He told me that the car was available, answered all of our questions about the vehicles equipment, and even sent a short video that pointed out minor scratches that I could not see from the website pictures. The vehicle was impressive and the purchase price was extremely reasonable. Within an hour we decided to purchase. The paperwork was sent electronically the next morning, we signed electronically, and the purchase was complete on April 30...easy. Since we live in Maryland, Ultimo engaged with local shippers to bid for the shipping, which lowered my delivery cost significantly. The vehicle was shipped May 2 and it arrived at our home May 3. The vehicle was more impressive sitting in our driveway. We looked over the car and could not have been more satisfied with cleanliness and upkeep of the exterior and interior. I wish I could say great things about this place but unfortunately after 1 week of owning a 2018 BMW X5 I had to take it in for check engine light, was a fuel line problem ($2000). Two weeks later The rear air suspension goes out in my parents driveway out of state; goes into shop again for 2 days. I get the car back and driving home the entire rear suspension goes out again and will be in the shop for 2-3 weeks leaving me with a $58,000. 4 miles away from the warranty going out..**update after my car going back into the shop after the 50,000 mile warranty (51,000) another rear suspension problem. Their $4,000 warranty they sold me when I purchased the car “that covers everything” only offered to cover $248 of the $780 repair. Shawn and his staff do not stand behind their cars.

I recently purchased a 2014 Audi S4. I drove down from Wisconsin because they seemed to have the cleanest one I could find with a perfect Carfax. I had an easy time dealing with Patrick via phone and Michael Jarosiewicz at the dealership.When I came down to buy the car it wouldnt start due to the battery. We figured that someone had left an internal light on overnight. This caused me some concern but they told me not to worry, if there was a problem they would take care of it. After the on premise test drive, it did start fine however a few days later, when I had it at home it wouldnt start. I had the battery tested and it was very low. I called Patrick, we talked and they did stand by their word. They just sent me a check for the battery and I paid for the install per our discussions. This was fair to me.I think these guys treat you fairly and they realize that their customers are what keeps their business going. Car is great by the way!

Super disappointed to work with this outfit on a recent car purchase. My sales guy Symon was great to work with and had high communication. Disappointing part was when I verbally agreed with the sales manager at 1:17pm on purchase price of $82,000, then at 2:37pm was informed by my sales guy Symon that the manager changed his mind and would not honor our agreement. No reason, just decided he did not like the price he agreed to. This sales manager does not covet customers nor does he honor his deals. I will shop elsewhere.

Sales guy lied saying my car wasn’t in no accident Gave me the carfax history and showed zero accidents clean title .. and I went to do a trade in and the dealership I went to did not want to do anything with my car, they said your car has 2 police reports accidents reported and that sales guy of ultimo motor sports lied making a a lot of negative equity from the results of the accident history plus it was a 2018 Subaru sti, car looked great but the history of the car ate the worth value, be careful don’t trust these guys buy the carfax report instead of the one they give you !!!

I’m really impressed how well they scout great vehicles - well optioned, low miles, often one-owner - and manage to offer them at some of the best prices in the country, all things considered. The sales staff is pretty easy going and low pressure. I worked with Guri recently and I was in and out in 90 minutes. They seem more geared toward people who “like nice things” but who do their research. If that’s your demo then you should maybe consider them.

I walked in at 5:30PM on a Wednesday night, and I walked out with a new car at 6:15PM. It only took 45 MINUTES! As I was given the keys and was walking outside, I felt as if I was getting away with something. It has taken as long as 3 hours to buy a car before, and that was for a stupid Ford Transit, not a C63 AMG! Granted I did some legwork during the day, by which I mean 3 - 5 minute phone calls, and some texting. We agreed on a deal for both the new car and my trade-in before I arrived, and even had the financing terms in place, and when I arrived, nothing changed. But thats not the best part. The best part is that they did not reimburse or pay me for my review! I have been to many other dealers where they give you an oil change, or a Starbucks gift card if you send them your five star review. As a business owner, I hate this. Patrick Bigoness is who I worked with to make the deal and he was fantastic. I have been wanting a Audi S4 for sometime, based on a family members recommendation of Ultimo, I checked their website, and found the exact car I was looking for, I stopped in to check it out and was greeted my Michael. Michael was very easy going and very knowledgeable. He let me test drive the car, and let me check it out. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I went home to think about it, and ended up going back a few days later to test drive it again and ended up buying it. About a week after buying it, the transmission started making noise. I contacted Michael and Scott at Ultimo, they had me take it in to a shop that they prefer. Turns out the transmission needed to be replaced. Ultimo paid for the replacement and provided a loaner car for me. I am very glad to have my S4 back! Michael and Scott were very pleasant to work with. I look forward to doing business with such a stand up place again.

I purchased my first car sight unseen (2015 BMW 435i convertible). Be careful – “very clean” is very subjective. I was disappointed I did not receive any follow up once they received my wire transfer payment. After I initiated several calls over a couple of days, they finally had the transportation company call to schedule the delivery. In addition to the car being dirty (beyond dirt from transportation) inside and out, the car arrived with a broken clip on the convertible top. Never did hear from anyone.

My husband came here to purchase a new model Mercedes S Class. Scott the general manager did a great job getting him a competitive deal and went out of his way to accommodate us. These people specialize in selling luxury vehicles to nervous out of state buyers. That is what they do. I looked for my perfect Mercedes for months before I found Ultimo. They put a lot of thought into pricing their vehicles correctly, so it is hard to haggle, but when comping you will find that they are very good at finding the sweet spot for what you are buying. In other words you are not buying cheap, you are buying value. I spoke to them everyday, sometimes twice per day for two weeks. They understand that they just arent selling luxury vehicles, they are selling reassurance. They answered every question, no matter how ridiculous. They walked me through the process and handled all the paperwork. They use high resolution photos only, so there is nothing to hide. The photos did not do my Mercedes E 400 justice. There is good and bad to this place, and it needs the right kind of buyer.The bad: My salesman was incredibly rude and insulting. I was clear that I was driving in from Baltimore and needed to be in & out quickly to begin driving home. The salesman still showed up 40 minutes late and was not apologetic. He then accused me of negotiating dirty because I paid for a local dealership to do an evaluation before I drove in to buy the car. This experience alone means I would never buy a car there again and limit my review to 2 star.The good: The dealership is simple and I didnt feel like I was paying for someone to wine & dine. More importantly, I had been searching for a particular car to appear at the right price and they had it. The car was immaculate and the initial price fair. This experience was in July, and the car has performed perfectly over the last six months.Overall, if you are willing to walk in, hand over money, and leave without talking, this dealership is great. I would have loved to give a higher star rating b/c the car is wonderful, but the experience was so insulting that I couldnt justify buying there again.

Tomasz was one of the best car sales persons that I have worked with. I was working with him from out of state and he answered every question including many pictures inside, outside, and under the car. He went above and beyond to help me find the car that I was looking for and it was very important to me since I was driving about 300 miles to purchase the car. Thank YOU Tomasz!!! Tomasz gets all stars, but the finance person was in a BIG hurry for me to sign the documents without reading them. I even requested the documents ahead of time and indicated that I would need to read everything before signing. Not the best business practice.

I recently bought an 2012 Audi A6 Prestige through Ultimo Motors Northbrook IL. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle through a dealer as I normally prefer to buy from private sellers. Even though buying from a dealer is not my first choice when buying a vehicle, I have no complaints with my new car or the way I was treated by Mike at Ultimo. I was able to get very detailed pictures of the car, as I was not seeing the car in person before buying (normally I would not do this). Mike answered all of my questions with plenty of detail, which made me confident in my purchase. When the car arrived, I was pleased to see that it was in better condition than I expected. Overall I am very pleased with my experience through Ultimo Motors and will likely be back to purchase another vehicle.

Very nice sales guy. He wasnt familiar with the s550 mercedes i was looking at but when you sell many different types of cars it is to be expected. Prices are pretty fair

To keep it short, I spent most of 9/21 talking/texting back and forth with Al. I was going to purchase a pre-owned 2017 Audi S6. We came to an agreement on cost of the car and value of my trade-in (2017 Focus ST). I mentioned that I wanted a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI). Al said it was OK, but that they couldnt cover the cost of it because the car was under warranty. I called Audi USA as well as International Autos Inc. (whom Ultimo Motors purchased the vehicle from) only to learn that the warranty was voided because the original owner of the vehicle had modified and tuned it (there is NO way Ultimo was not aware of this). When I brought this to Als attention, his response was, Ok I think this is not the right car for you. The unedited screenshots of this conversation (except to remove Als number) are attached to this review.In summary, Ultimo lied to me about the condition of the car, and when confronted, they said it was not the right car for me. For peace of mind, please avoid this establishment.

First time buyer and worked with Szymon (Sales) and Scott (GM). Very professional and straightforward negotiation. Coordinated a pre-purchase inspection at my chosen shop, shipped the day I wired funds, car delivered to my house the next day, looking as clean as the photos and driving just as described. Couldnt be happier!

I purchased a 2016 F350 from Patrick and he was awesome to work with. He went above and beyond what Id ever have expected from a salesperson. Although I live and work in western North Dakota I will be traveling to purchase my next vehicle from Patrick again.

About a month ago, I was searching for a used car on the Internet (out of state) and Ultimo Motors had the car for which I was looking. I had never purchased a car via the Internet before, but was aware how some of the services such as Carvana worked. I engaged with a sales person at Ultimo and was told that if I put a $500 down payment on the car this would allow me to perform a pre-purchase inspection I could arrange. I did this on a Friday. My bad that I did not ask for any written commitment regarding how long this may or may not hold the car. I took the arrangement on faith that the car was being held for least a few days. The next day, I was told the car was sold to someone else - I did not even get the first right of refusal. Granted Ultimo Motors did not do anything illegal, but I do feel they could have handled this much better. For me, this provided an insight into potentially much more egregious business practices, and I felt compelled to write a review of my experience. I ended up buying a car from another dealer...

First rate customer service and support, would highly recommend them especially if you are an out of state buyer.

The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. There was no ridiculous offer and counter offer process. We quickly agreed on a price and trade in offer for my car. Simon was very responsive throughout, and continued to answer questions through text message even after the sale. In fact, my bank even made a remark how quick Simon was faxing them over whatever they asked for. The car was in the described and photographed condition. What more could you ask for? The entire process was easier than buying a pair of shoes. I highly recommend Simon, Alan and the Ultimo dealership for anyone looking for an incredible car buying experience.

I highly recommend shopping with Ultimo Motors if you are in the market for a cool used car and you enjoy great customer service! I’m from Oregon and I was looking to buy either an E46 M3 or an E39 M5 to enjoy. I got in contact with Patrick Bigoness and he was a joy to work with. He answered all my questions, was super fast at responding, and also was willing to work with me on price to find something that worked for both me and the dealership. I ended up doing with a car in California just because the deal was too good to pass up but even when I let Patrick know that, he was still friendly and understanding. That’s always a sign of someone’s true colors, once they know you aren’t giving them business. Anyway it was a great experience and I will definitely keep checking their inventory so I CAN give them my business in the future. Ask for Patrick and you won’t regret it :)

I would like to share my experience with ULTIMO MOTORSPORTS ! I purchased a 2014 Ford Raptor King of the road for trucks. They were patient with me I did not come to town due to my work schedule . I had them send me video pictures. I did a search for any accidents. I purchased the vehicles shipped it to Texas and was very pleased with their company!
