Countryside repaired some major hail damage to my vehicle several years ago. The workmanship was excellent, the vehicle was only 2 months old when it was extensively damaged but after the repairs it looked like it came off the showroom floor again. I should have written a review then but didnt. What made me do it now was that 4 years after the repair I had a window trim piece start to lift from the door frame. I stopped in to see what they thought was going on and they immediately took the vehicle inside and repaired it, 30 minutes later I was good to go again.I my eyes that was above and beyond what I expected to happen. Great people and absolutely the highest quality workmanship Ive ever experienced from a body shop.

Our entire family uses Countryside Customs. I typically do not give referrals (or even reviews for that matter), however, I push all of my friends, family, and clients to utilize this shop. They have fixed our performance cars, our trucks, and our luxury vehicles on more than one occasion. It is refreshing that I can throw the keys to the shop and not have to concern myself with any part of my repair process. Countryside Customs handles the Insurance Company when they do not want to pay for proper repair and/or parts usage, and they always deliver my car back to me with a high quality, undetectable repair. I am confident in saying that no reasonable consumer would ever provide a negative review for this shop.

If your whole intention is to have your car totaled then you have found the right shop. The owner is rude and had the nerve to tell the insurance company that he did not want to do the estimate at all! The damage on my car was nowhere near having to be totaled. the owner basically gave a going-away price and due to that caused me to have my car totaled. Run far far away from this shop!!!

Have used Countryside on 2 occasions and they did excellent work! Repaired significant damage to the aluminum hood on my 3 month old Audi and no one could tell it was ever damage! I mean no one! Obviously have experienced craftsman in there shop! If someone gives them anything less than an excellent rating, theyre a competitor posting a bogus review.

Countryside Customs is the best. I don’t write reviews very much these days, but I felt I needed to. The car I drive has tremendous sentimental value and unfortunately one day I got rear ended that resulted in significant damage, cosmetic and otherwise. They were first rate in dealing with the insurance company and keeping me informed on repair progress. They were extremely timely and actually went above and beyond to get the car done for an important event I had. The repair was beyond great and I felt like I was driving off in a brand new car. If you need work done, you would be missing out if you didn’t bring it to Countryside Customs.

Highly Recommend! I had to get fender damage repaired through my insurance. Countryside Customs was recommended by a family member. They did a great job on the repair. More importantly their service was outstanding in that they arranged for a rental for me, stayed open late so I could drop off my car as well as pick it up without having to take time off from my job (I commute downtown daily), kept me informed of where they were in the claim and repair process, had my van done on time, and delivered it to me in immaculate condition - vacuumed and cleaned the interior! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the experience and the shop owner was there when I picked up my van to ensure I was satisfied with the work and to answer questions. While the fender damage experience wasnt great, the repair process experience was thanks to these guys!

Great work! Unfortunately have been there several occasions and every time my car came out like new. They even fixed some minor little dings (that werent accident related) for FREE! There was another time they fixed a water leak for $40 when the dealer tried to charge me $300.I just want to make a note ( revise my review) that there are new people working there now. My wifes car is in the shop currently and has been there for about a month for some front end work.

They know nothing about classic cars. These clowns judged a car show in Warrenville and I cant believe how unknowledgeable they are. Weird looking kids judging cars. There a long way from being the pros they say they are. I wouldnt take a bicycle to them.

Originally heard about this shop through SRTmush’s YouTube channel and I decided if they can fix his demon, they can fix my Charger. And I was completely right to think that. The side they repaired looks better than the factory side. Car was fully detailed inside and out, smells like a new car again. They helped me through the whole process and were informative of every step the car was in and what day they would update me again. They were on my side when fighting against the insurance and wouldn’t submit to what the insurance approves if it wasn’t okay with me. Even put a pack of mints in the car for me with the shrink wrap still on it. The shrink wrap is important because otherwise the dusty stuff gets in your interior. I had towels over my floor mats to protect from salt stains in the winter and they even went as far as to wash the towels. Big Mopar shop. If you have a Mopar - go here. The owner also owns multiple SRTs which is cool. The guy I worked with mostly - Bryan - is the man. My only complaint is why couldn’t Dodge align body panels like these guys can. Maybe I should’ve asked them to realign all the body panels instead of just the new parts they had to install. I get very nervous when leaving my car with other people like a body shop or dealership. This was not the case with them. I don’t write reviews often but I felt compelled to this time due to the great work. Most people feel compelled to write negative reviews when something bad happens but this is the complete opposite, you’ll feel the need to write a great review from your exceeded expectations. Great work.

Excellent customer service and detail-oriented work. They took care of all things related to car insurance and car rental, so the only thing I had to do was to pay for my deductible.
