My friend and I were trying to put the “FUN” in shopping. I was in the cart with our items and he was pushing me around. No issue. He thought it would be funny to run. I told him to stop and he stopped but right as we stopped, big shot of a security, no older than 25, came up to us as he was located by electronics. Told me to get out. Fine. I got out before he approached us.Here’s what ticked me.Security: “Do you need me to hold your hand? Are you going to act like a child because I can hold your hand. Act like an adult. You are too big for the cart”I simply said “okay” and left.The attitude was UNCALLED for. A simple “please get out of the cart would have been fine”Another thing is that there shouldn’t be a “too big for the cart” rule. If we had not run for that 3 seconds, we we’ve been obeying everything.Very uncalled for experience

The target circle app had cleared my target card out of it. The associate was calm with me while I tried to figure out how to get it back. I ended up paying another way because I didnt have the physical card. Associate verified with supervisor that I can bring back receipt to get the 5% discount adjusted.

Overall amazing target location. Elite. Bathrooms are always clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I would like to see more organic produce and non-gmo options. Generally out of WIC items which can be frustrating, especially with no replacement options. My 5 year old son would also add that they toys arent updated/restocked enough or often.

I was looking for Lemon Perfect water, as online the Warrenville Target Store said they had a few. I was not able to find it in the aisle that had water, or on an end cap, or in the coolers by the check out. I went out to the front and a manager Andrea T noticed I was looking for somethimg and asked if she could assist me. I asked her if she could help me locate the Lemon Perfect water bottles (even though there were only 9 or so) in the store. She immediately started looking it up, to confirm what was on hand in the store and where it was. She saw that they were in the back room, and let me know she would grab them and bring them back up to the front.Another store associate let me know that after climbing on a ladder, in the back, Andrea did find them. A fresh un-opened pack! I purchased every last one. This was by no means a huge order, but Andrea could see it was important to me so she went above and beyond to find a few bottles of water for a regular customer.This is what excellent customer service looks like!! I wrote a review Literally not that along ago (seems like it got DELETED since) explaining that an EMPLOYEE made my partner & I feel very uncomfortable because she was staring at us as if we were stealing by the garden section when in reality my partner was explaining a gardening products to me. She said hello very happily & I smiled through my mask & continue with the conversation. When I looked up at my partner, he had a concerned face, so I looked up at what he was looking at. It was the employee glaring at us down with such a mean face, not to mention her name is KRISTEN. Like I said in my previous review, not the first time I get looks as if I’m stealing something but never have i been stared down at until she disappeared from the corner & still had the decency to look back.

This is by far the nicest Target my husband and I have ever been to. It is clean, well lit, well spaced out and they have a lot of vegan options which is very important to us! (Vegan sushi is unbelievable!)Everyone that works here is very kind and always willing to help you; not to mention they have a pharmacy where you can pick up medications if need be! (They also all wear masks, gloves and they sanitize the belt where you put your groceries after every person...that is so important to us! Thank you guys!)We will never go to another Target after going to this one... their selections for everything is off the charts and it feels like the most upscale Target around for miles!!Highly recommend coming here and shopping! The worst Target I have ever been to. I swear this location never has anything! In fact the website/app says they have stuff in stock but they actually don’t . Please do not go here based off their inventory. They told me that and item from my online order I placed was actually in transit and they didn’t actually have them there. It was extremely disappointing. I have had nothing but problems with this store being poorly stocked and having inaccurate information. I’m annoying and having to go back home empty handed because they said they had it and they really didn’t.

I love this Target. It’s always very clean and restocked quickly. The Drive Up service staff is always quick and friendly. I also want to give a shout out to Alissa who works the pick ups and customer service area. She’s always hustling back and forth and greeting customers. Every time I go in she’s always so friendly and professional, which is especially nice in these challenging times. Highly recommend this location!

Everyone is so helpful! Deli staff are amazing and make sure you get exactly what youre looking for. Always cook you fresh items when you stop in late on the way home from work. Awesome.

They have a 1 hour window to buy pokemon /sport cards. And this on Friday between 8-9 am. Anytime after that they refuse to sell the cards. So if you work a normal 7-3, Monday-friday. Dont even bother with this target

This my family’s favorite Target. Their drive up is by far the best in the surrounding area. I’ve used Wheaton, Naperville and St Charles. It’s the best because there is little wait time and the team members are kind and polite—both inside the store and drive up. Their drive up is extraordinary so we choose to make this our go to 100% of the time for quick pickups.

I dont think Ive ever written a review of a chain store, but I had a great experience with the bakery at this Target. I placed an order over the phone with Laura for a custom cake about a month ago. I live in Wisconsin but was planning a retirement party for my dad in Illinois, and Laura went above and beyond to work with me over the phone for my long-distance order. When I arrived to pick up the cake a few weeks later, I was beyond pleased. It looked great, and the price was a fraction of what I would have paid at a boutique/upscale bakery. The cake was delicious to boot--and to be totally honest, I wasnt expecting a whole lot from a Target cake. They exceeded my expectations and then some. Id order from this bakery again in a heartbeat if I lived in the area!

Great service and good selection

This is my most favourite super Target outlet ever. They’ve abundant parking spaces. All of the shelves are neatly stacked with items, the outlet is maintained well. It’s a huge space inside. The produce here is fresh and I’ve not had any issues yet. Their clothing section is good too with lots of options. I like to buy my workout gear especially leggings from here. Don’t forget to check the end caps of aisles because that’s where they keep the discounted items. The staff has been friendly on all of my visits. Accessibility friendly retail store. Love coming here.

It is a convenient service and very efficiently run.

In this difficult time it’s hard for stores to stay open and stay patient. This target has amazing costumer service. The employees go out of their way to be understanding and helpful to each and every one of their costumers. Adam went out of his way to be kind and considerate. It makes consumers truly happy to see people like Adam happy and joyful. With everything going on with the global pandemic many stores are getting impatient but this target made us feel welcomed and was as understanding as they could be. Adam and the employees at the store made us want to come back and shop there again. Every employee we saw in our visit to the stay was happy and jolly and we are truly thankful that there are stores open and setting a good mood.

God i hate this place, if there was ANYTHING else between 88 and my house i would go there... ive already stopped shopping there when I can, but even little pick ups i get annoyed, limited selection, overpriced, and good luck getting through a line quickly

I had previously been happy with this Target, but one of their employees has ruined it for me.He parked a long train of carts between the stores doors and the parking lot, completely blocking foot and vehicle traffic in both directions, and then wandered off, leaving the carts there while people were trying to come and go, but were stuck.He eventually returned, showing no remorse for his thoughtlessness, no urgency to fix the situation, and glared at customers as if we were inconveniencing him.

Ok-- I am a target-holic and hands down, this is the best Target in the Chicago-land area.

I was today at the line on Starbucks in this location and I had a really bad experience there for the first time since I moved to the area. I usually visit this location pretty close to my job and I never had a complaint for the guys who usually works in this Starbucks in Target. While I was on line with two more person ahead a staff member was yelling one of the guys apparently because he was using his phone during his shift. First, its true that one of the gold rules in every company is nobody is allow to use your phone while you are working with customers. I agree. Few minutes after this incident I asked another staff member the name of this “lady” and is Elena, member of HHRR department in this location. Even if you are the store manager is absolutely wrong being unrespectful as this woman was with this boy. The boy was petrified in front of me and other customers at least for almost five minutes while this “lady” was complaining at him because he was using the phone. That’s not the correct action to approach an employee. Please, pay attention ti this actions because that was not anybody business and this woman was like out of control. The layout of the Warrenville store is awful. Its impossible to find anything and since the remodel the quality and quantity of items has dropped noticeably, while prices have increased. I will not shop this location again, even if it is the closest one to my house.

Newly remodeled PLUS it appears they are FINALLY changing their ATTITUDE at this store!I met Jeremiah who was kind, helpful and was happy I was a customer at Target! I even spoke with the Manager, Adam who is amazing and who is changing this Target day by day! Great Leadership Now!

Best Target in the area as far as the set up and inventory

Very convenient to place my order online and then pick it up in the store. It was in the evening when I decided to shop and I appreciated doing it from home and then just spending a few minutes to pick it up rather than shop in the store. My order was ready for pick up in about 15 minutes and when I went to pick it up there were no other customers in the department and I was out of the store within 3 minutes.

Cleanliness and clearance

I do my weekly shopping there and have never had any issues. They have a great pharmacy as well.

I love this Target, so much!!! I have three that are closer but this one I still go to because the staff is nicer, more attentive, happier and keep their floor clean and healthily stocked. The ones closer to me are always less helpful, not kind, seem over worked and their stores are never stocked properly. Two of those are consistently understocked and have such few workers on the floor they can’t keep up with the guests.I love how knowledgeable these employees are too, they seem to care about more than just getting through the day. They have a real joy for their job and I love seeing that as a shopper!!! I will keep going out of my way to go to this Target because it’s a wonderful experience every time!!!

I love Target. I go to the one near my office almost daily, definitely weekly. I love walking in and seeing new surprises on shelf and buying my lunch for the week and picking up emergency supplies for my kids. Customer service is always great and returns are super easy to make. Love the product selection and the new revamped store.

Jordan in electronics was incredibly helpful as were my cashier and the manager on duty. Jordan helped me navigate the website to secure my teacher discount. The cashier was so kind and personable and truly dedicated to my overall Target experience - service and stupid Covid-wise (even cleaned the conveyer belt prior to my purchase.) The manager on duty helped stretch my fundraiser dollar for a project that is near and dear to my heart - The Nick Scotti School Supply Drive for Carver Military Academy - the pandemic has turned the educational world upside down and her kindness afforded me/the not-for-profit an opportunity to provide more for these southside Chicago high schoolers as they remotely learn. Such a gift and pleasure to shop in your store today. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Target drive up is incredibly convenient. I appreciate how the app shows you if Cartwheel is available on each item you select as well. The staff are friendly and all of my orders have been complete with good quality items. I even appreciate the sturdy bags in which they deliver your items to your car.

One of the better locations in the area. The staff is pretty great, and they have plenty of options for a Target. The store area is clean and well kept and the bathrooms are as well.

I primarily shop for grocery stapes at Target and your prices are better than Jewel and other grocery stores for those things, but some staple products I am used to buying have been dropped which forces me to go elsewhere to get them. That is frustrating.

Sale signs are not posted correctly. Two signs for Buy 1 get 1 50% off posted in the mens hygiene isle and the sign did not apply to a single thing in the aisle according to 4 different team members. Spent $402 with $287 charged to my Target Red card and $115 in gift cards. Returned

This target has consistently been such a pleasure to shop at. The staff has always gone out of their way to be very welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. I really appreciate the kindness that can be lacked often elsewhere.

Price/Quality Ratio is Outstanding!

Juli was our cashier today she was very nice. She also handled the incredibly rude family in front of us. Their children were loud and throwing things and she smiled the entire time.

This is a good sized Target and it is always clean and neat. I find that although the fresh meat is a little pricey, it is of very high quality. All of the clerks Ive encountered have been played and friendly.

I didnt select a 10 because I recently purchased an item in the store for $9.98. I needed additional items of the same and placed an order on line for a product to pick up which was priced at $4.98 per item. I contacted customer support to find out why, and have yet to receive a response. Other than the different pricing, it was great to be able to have everything ready for pickup.

I was able to get everything I needed and the self-checkout was very convenient. Thanks, Target!

This is my go to Target, but I had an issue awhile ago where something I bought from the electronics section came home empty. I brought it back certain that I would have to persuade them to believe me, and that I had just lost $100+ on a box of air. That didnt happen though, and everything was fine in the end.Only reason its 4 stars is because it happened in the first place. Nervous about buying expensive items here.

Big, relatively new, very clean. Layout is less confusing than the Targets that are being remodeled where I live now. Good selection of everything.I used to shop this Target a lot when I lived here. Was very surprised to see a security guard at the checkouts. I guess the neighborhood has gone downhill, which is sad.

Came in for a online pick up order. Went to the counter and stood there without being helped for almost 10 minutes. Whats the purpose of online ordering if it isnt going to be efficient and faster? They also claimed they didnt have bags for my $150 order although I know that they do because well target has always had those oversized bags for larger items and to make it even better someone walked out with one as I was leaving the store and putting my items in my trunk. Alyssa was the young lady who brought my order out she was extremely rude and clearly didnt want to be there. Was going to place another order for more Christmas gifts but Ill pass.

Its simple, easy, time effective & generally no wait to pick up in store.
