Incredibly lucky we found this company to install our home CCTV cameras. Three PTZ, one bullet, and one license plate recognition camera. Software is second to none. Their knowledge, workmanship, pricing, and follow up care is the standard all companies should strive for. As you can tell, I am completely satisfied ! Fully recommend !

Excellent quality camera system, and great people to work with. I stopped by their showroom to look at security cameras because I dont know much about that technology. They were very helpful and patient with me, and showed me all of the options.After seeing the different options, I then had Michael out to my business to walk through and make recommendations. You could tell he was experienced, he was actually able to reduce the number of cameras that I thought I needed.During installation, I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that I barely even noticed the crew there doing the installation, they were extremely courteous and caused no problem with my employees (which is not always the case with construction work at the office). Once they were done, they helped me install all of the software, got the cameras up online, and even had me call from home to help me get all set up from there. They also cleaned up after themselves better than I even expected, cleaning surfaces and even vacuuming the carpets. The entire installation looks clean, and so did my building when they left. I cannot even believe how good the experience was from start to finish.Thank you to the whole team at Platinum.

Great selection and very knowledgeable. The staff walked me through the security of my business and gave me pointers on products. I was amazed at their technology and the ability to quickly find video even scanning through months at a time. This really makes the difference for me. Since I have put my cameras in, I have used the video for a ton of little things, and no matter what I have asked, the staff have always helped me out beyond my expectations.

I have to start out by stating that this company is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!!I lost my father in July 2019 and needed a camera system to watch his home as I live far away. I saw their website and contacted them. They were extremely understanding of everything I needed. They were able to schedule an on-site appointment the very next morning. Mike Duntemann, the President, came out to my dads home on time and addressed everything from A-Z on a camera system meeting my needs.He never once tried to push anything more than I needed. He looked over the home, addressed camera placement and other areas of the system and gave me a price quote that was unbelievably reasonable. In fact I actually had to ask him twice if he was correct on the quote.The next day the installers showed up on time (actually early) and explained everything they were going to do, the time frame involved and detailed every step along the way. When the system install was complete, they showed me every phase of operating the camera system inclusive of the remote/offsite usage. They didnt leave until I was comfortable operating the system in all phases. Mike Duntemann, the President, even came by during the install to see if their was any further assistance or understanding I needed which I felt was awesome.Ive had more than a couple of mess ups on my part utilizing the system and contacted technical support and spoke to James.James has always been extremely accomodating. cordial, professional and exhibited a down right interest making sure the the issues I created were corrected and then would explain to me what I did wrong. Ive utilized his services whether it be morning, afternoon or evening and he has always delivered.He always exhibits a genuine interest in caring for your needs. He is simply one of a kind and the best in what he does.I highly recommend this extraordinary company to anyone looking for a security camera system or security needs.They simply are a FIRST CLASS COMPANY!
