I had an outlet spark and when I attempted to reinstall it, my garage door opener stopped working. Rodney and Brady arrived out corrected the outlet and told me what was wrong. Then as part of their work plan, he did an overall home inspection and found a few things he could easily upgrade to save on future repairs and major expenses. When all was done (in a matter of minutes) he did a walk through with me to explain. Before leaving he also informed me of all services Same Day can offer. They had strict COVID protocols in place which is reassuring. When the tech was on his way I got a text with his name, a little bit about him and a picture - LOVED THIS! The gentleman that did our repairs was clean and on time. He worked rapidly and explained the problems with each item he worked. It has been a week since he serviced our building and all items are working great. This will definitely be my new go to for all HVAC services.

Our kitchen faucet broke a few days earlier and we were washing baby dishes in our bathroom sink, which clogged after a few minutes of rinsing. All the plumbing in the building needed an over-haul. Bubby was early and stayed until the task was finished, which not only meant we had a beautiful new faucet installed in our kitchen, but we can now brush our teeth take showers without our drains clogging. He even walked me through how to use our new, fancy faucet. It was above and beyond. I am so pleased I found them!
