We ordered our Da-lite screen through a retailer but elected to pick up the screen ourselves rather than have it shipped. Overall it was a good experience. I didnt see a sign on the main road indicating where to pick up our product nor was I given previous instructions. So we made the rather long walk from the parking lot to the entrance of the site which has some fairly strict security. We were told to go around to the back freight area. We did and were quickly greeted and helped. Our product was boxed, wrapped and ready to go. We were loaded and on our way in a reasonable quick process.

My husband went in there just to get something to show that he worked their. they told him that since he was no longer an employee then they dont care about him and they were not going to waste their time on helping him. all he needed was something to prove he worked there for a backround checked. this was straight out of the the hr employees mouth. Shows what kind of company they are.

Slow... Unprepared

Seems to be a nice small town feel shop where everyone clocks in and does their work diligently and while the world is at a hault right now they keep their doors open and try to keep everyone employed and working while tines are rough. Still a great place to work from what employees have said.
