Devin was beyond helpful at this dealership! I’ve never had service like that! 10 out of 10!! He even stayed after closing to help me figure out how to do everything in my new Jeep! We have bought so many vehicles in just a short amount of years and honestly I’ve never had service like that!!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST SERVICE!!!! Do not purchase from this place. My son traded in a vehicle when purchasing a newer vehicle. They agreed on a trade in price for his vehicle and the price the vehicle he was purchasing. When the paper was brought to him for signing the salesman covered the actual trade price for his vehicle with the paper he was to sign. On the bottom of the page where he was shown it said truck pay off 12000. That was the agreed upon price for his trade in. Covered up under the paper for him to sign had the vehicle listed and showed trade in price at $8000. The dealer added $4000 to his loan to come up with the $12000 to pay off his loan on the vehicle. The dealer was supposed to give $12000 in trade for the vehicle not $8000 and add $4000 to his loan. The vehicle would not have been traded in if that had been noticed. Being a young couple they didnt realize the dealer had done this. They were trusting the dealer was honest and treating them correct. It is sad when your kids do the correct things like working a job and paying your bills and people like this take advantage of you. When my son told the person at the dealer that he will let everyone know what happened he was told by the dealer (Dont F---ing threaten me). They are not professional. Talked with another Dodge dealership owner and was told this dealer is known for pulling tricks like this all the time. STAY CLEAR AT ALL COST FROM THIS DEALER!

Waited in line in the service dept for a repair and a oil change, vehicle comes back, lady said oh I forgot to write down the oil change so it didnt get done. After waiting in line that whole time. Instead of taking it back in since it was her mistake she says youre going to have to go to the back of the line which is 8+ cars back. No way! We went elsewhere. Weve always went here and was talking to someone to trade it in. But not now. Disappointed.

I had a list of must haves in my head when I sat down to talk to Christian and with the help of Dan, they went to work searching the country to find a Dodge Challenger to fit my list.Didnt happen.So... we order one instead. I got the PERFECT car for my list of things. Buyers BEWARE!!!! We agreed upon a trade price and went to close the deal and the numbers had been drastically changed from what was agreed upon. Dan Kitch said the money is in the numbers, which I disagreed as the trade numbers were not what we agreed upon. I called to try to solve the misunderstanding to talk to someone above Dan and they only would let me talk to him, he told me that he was going to fire Frank P, one of his best salesman, the whole reason we drive all the way to Warsaw to buy vehicles. Frank is not the problem, Dan is the problem. We have bought vehicles from Frank before and everything was smooth and no shady business. Do not buy from this place, they will get you all the way to the end then change the numbers on you!!

I’ve had a really tough past couple of weeks. With my Jeep dying on me like it did i wasn’t sure if I could find something for next to nothing. Worst car lot ever. Have a year old Jeep I bought new, under warranty still. Brakes are messed up. Saying needs serviced. I called in to get a appointment. End of October to first of November. Which I was fine with, I asked since this was still under warranty if a rental car was available?? No cars available till the middle of November. Great warranty they offer, car is unsafe to drive and the leave me like this. Never again will I buy from here.

EXCELLENT experience for an OUT OF STATE buyer! We live in Denver and wanted a very specific pre-owned jeep configuration not available anywhere in Colorado. Warsaw Chrysler had one, a reasonable price, and a very helpful sales rep that had been through remote buying before. While considering the purchase, Aaron sent us videos and photos, and disclosed the one tiny paint chip. Everything else on the car was mint condition. They had good options for extended warranty, financing, and transport to Denver. We purchased over the phone, and opted to fly to Warsaw and drove it home. They were all very nice, which is a reflection of the generally very nice people that live in Indiana. Overall, very highly recommended.

I recently bought a “Certified” 2017 Jeep Cherokee at the Warsaw dealership. A couple days after driving it I noticed the front headlight passenger headlight was out. I paid $661.69 to the dealership and still no working headlight. They said there was damage to the internal headlight assembly and it had corrosion. When I spoke to the manager he said I could of hit a pot hole and caused the damage! I then took it to a local body shop. They discovered the front bumper had been replaced, the whole headlight assembly, bracket and modular were broken. Out of pocket I’m going to end up spending all most $2,000 to have my headlight fixed. This should of been caught and fixed when they certified it! I’m very disappointed in their customer service and how I was treated!

I had a horrible experience. Purchased used Jeep, within 4 miles from the dealership Jeep started major missing out (engine jumping). Took back and Manager drove and said “yes, something is wrong, let’s get into service.” They called and told us that nothing was wrong, it is our vehicle. No money back. The manager lied to his boss (in front of me) and said that he didn’t feel anything wrong with Jeep. I would never do business with this group again. I was from out of town and they completely took advantage of me and did not care a bit. Lies and complete misrepresentation to cover themselves is no way to run a business.

Bought a used Challenger from here. After a week I heard some noise and with the help of a local shop diagnosed it as the differential. Their service team has a 3 month/3000 mile warranty that got it replaced for me for about 100 bucks. The quote from the shop in town was $3000. These guys stand behind the cars they sell and treated me right. Thank Danielle, Jake, and his team in service for me.

I had the worst car shopping experience of my life here. These are some of the reasons why I absolutely do not recommend this place:1. They requested 12 credit bureau inquiries, TWELVE. I can not obtain new credit and my credit score has dropped because of excessive inquiries.2. Right from the get-go, they thought that they could pressure me into buying a car when I expressed that I wanted to look at my options and that I preferred to buy a lease.3. Their pricing and story about the car changed numerous times despite claiming that they were a fully transparent dealership. The online price of the car I was looking at was $1,000 cheaper than what they were telling me!4. During the course of the ordeal, I had to literally ask for my keys back 3 times! They were attempting to prevent me from leaving.I will be contacting the dealership to get them to fix the credit inquiries.If you have any questions, feel free to ask away.

Last year we brought our Pacifica in to have a few things fixed. We got our van back the first time and we were still having the same issue, the door had not been fixed. Then they said they needed to order some parts in order to fix it so we left it for several days and got a loaner to use. When we went to pick up our van this time not one but both front headrests had been broken (we have DVD players in the head rests so they are not the standard). The clips that hold the headrests in place have been broken off or fallen down to where they cannot be retrieved. We reported this to them the same day we picked it up. They refused to admit that the headrests were broken while the van was in their care, thus leaving our headrests to just bounce and wiggle around while we drive. I took the van back to show them the headrests, how they cannot be adjusted or made to stay in place as they are completely broken. They never so much as apologized and have denied they are at fault. So for the past year I’ve been dealing with the issues they created. The headrests have still not been fixed as I refuse to pay for someone else’s mistake. They could have made a loyal customer out of me by admitting they made a mistake and offering to fix their mistake, instead I’m letting everyone know about my experience. They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction or loyalty so I will be posting this review in as many places as possible to let others know about my experience here.

Our experience at Warsaw Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was a good one. We had set up an appointment with Chris and told him what we were looking for and what we had to trade. He and his manager went to work immediately and came up with 5 different vehicles that fit our criteria. The staff were all very friendly and interested in us. Since making the purchase, we have been emailed and called to make sure we like the vehicle and to ask if we have any questions. This follow-up has been quite impressive. The one question we had was taken seriously and an email with answers was sent. We highly recommend Chris Noble and the rest of the staff at Warsaw Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

SHADY! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!The salesmen was a nice guy but the whole thing was shady, i told them i would be driving about 3 hours to get there. They said the vehicle would be ready. 3 hours plenty of time right? NO! I get there and wait an hour to get into a dirty vehicle to test drive. OK thats fine. he says theyll take care of it. We get back they sit us in the other room for 3.5 hours, then they try to rush through all the paper work and sell me a warranty and tells me its not a cpo vehicle, i literally pulled it up on the website where it clearly stated it was and it had all the inspections. so, clearly it did not. then they forget to give me half of the paper work and the other key and mail it to me a month and a half later. WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But, hey thats just my opinion.

The absolute BEST experience with a dealership. The entire purchase process was a pleasant and fair but what happened afterward showed how this company goes that extra mile.... On my way home after picking up my new vehicle, I somehow got a piece of metal in a tire and it went flat. I called Petros they told me to bring it back in (which ruined the tire), gave me a loaner vehicle, and replaced the tire free of charge. This all happened AFTER all the papers were signed- they were not obligated to do this. I definitely will be back, they have demonstrated OUTSTANDING customer service!

I had a situation where I needed a key fob quickly. They were able to get it here overnight and work me in. Everyone was very helpful from the minute I walked through the door. I really appreciated the quick, efficient service.

I got my AC fixed here. In my experience, this service department goes above and beyond for the customer. From the specialist at the counter (Barney) who remembered my name and why I was there to the shuttle guys. They were both friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Neither were regular drivers, but took me when the service center asked them to help. They both expressed that they enjoyed working for this business and had good coworkers. I would not have been able to get this work done without a ride to and from work from those nice gentlemen. With this 80-90 degree heat, I NEEDED to get my AC fixed. My kids were sweating in the backseat and it was becoming a very unhealthy environment. This service center really cared about me. I give them 5 stars.

Just looking through your website, many of your cars and trucks are over priced. I wouldnt recommend. First, you cant trust a company that advertises lower mileage then what the vehicle actually has on it. Not test drive mileage, but mileage like the employees use the car for personal use 1000+ on odometer. Warsaw Jeep Dodge and Ram have absolutely no shame in lying about the history of their vehicles.

Friendly, professional, very helpful, explaining everything they were going to do-getting approval before doing any repairs. As a new widow never before dealing with car problems I appreciate their honesty and not doing unnecessary repairs just because they could take advantage of me. I highly recommend them.

This dealership has no integrity. I brought my car in for warranty work and after they had to preform the work twice because they did not complete the job correct the first time. During our second time for the same repair they broke our DVD head rests. I brought it to the service managers attention and they said they will not fix what they broke. I have asked to speak to Ted Nine the GM ten times and he will not speak with me. Stay away from this dealership. This service department will break your car and not take any responsibility for it.There reply is crazy. The repaired both automatic sliding doors. To properly check the operation of those doors one would have to get inside the vehicle and check the operation of those doors from all points of entry and exiting to make sure the worked was proper. Durning that time in my vehicle sitting in the seats right behind the driver and the passenger the tech used the head rests as leverage to exit the vehicle, and by doing so he broke the supports in that head rest. You might be able to get out of the vehicle with the factory head rests that way but with the after market DVD head rests that extra stress on them broke them. The dealership told me that they would never have gone inside my vehicle to do the repair on my doors. If that is true then they did not do the repair correctly. Stay away for this dealership they will break your vehicle.

The finance person is dishonest on rates you are qualified for. Try to get your own financing. Took 2 hours to buy a car. I left feeling like I had a prostate exam. Make them show you the Carfax and make sure they fill your gas tank up!Over a year later, they sold me a car they put a band aid on. In shop now looking at $2200 in repairs. Over the whole car ordeal...I just purchased a Dodge Ram elsewhere. If they would have treated me fairly...they would have received my future business.

We just finished up an amazing experience with the service center and our service rep, Jordan Sauer. I was having some problems with the touchscreen in my 2013 Chrysler 300. After a quick analysis, the service department concluded that the touchscreen was officially shot and I would need a replacement. Unfortunately, my car was about 14,000 miles out of warranty and the repair was going to be around $1,300.However, Jordan went to bat for us through his Chrysler rep and Chrysler agreed to pay 75% of the replacement cost, cutting our bill by nearly $1,000! But Jordan and the service department didnt stop there: They had the part ordered (during Thanksgiving week, mind you), had it put in, and got it back to me in less than a week. They even (at our request) had a second key fob ordered and programmed before we picked up the car. On top of all the great results, the people were knowledgeable, accessible, and more than happy to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process.Honestly, it was the greatest experience I have ever had with a service department, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you are in need of any type of service. I am fully confident that they will treat you with the same respect they did me.

Jacob went above and beyond for me. After the technician changed the oil and rotated the tires, Jacob reinstalled my tire jack in place since I couldnt figure it out. This despite I had lost a bolt to hold it in. For this I am thankful that people like Jacob went out of their way to make a customer happy. At no charge to me, his 10 minutes set the tone for my good mood all day. If all people realized thats all it took, could you imagine?

If i could give this place zero stars I would. In my time of dealing with them, this dealership has been nothing short of horrible and embarrassing. I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 with about 55k miles on it a few months ago from this dealership. At the time of the test drive, the tire pressure light kicked on and I could hear air leaking from one of the front tires. The dealer said no biggie and hed throw in a new set of tires. Alright great so we go and discuss paper work and decide on a price and a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. Due to how late it was in the night, he said Id have to come back in the following day to officially sign papers because the systems were down. So, I show up the next day to do all the paperwork and he comes to tell me that he reneged on the warranty deal and now it was only a 3 year powertrain warranty (the bank wouldnt allow it but did the night before??). Didnt sweat it and signed the papers thinking this would only be the hiccup with this place and drive home. As I wake up the next morning (keep in mind I live in Fort Wayne, IN which is over an hour away) I find out that the same tire which previously had problems was again losing air. Had to drive back to the dealership three separate times for them to fix a simple tire problem: once to replace the tire valve stem and twice to properly balance a tire. Never once was I comped for gas and basically just got a bunch of apologies when I had to return. Was given a loner car twice and was called twice daily urging me to return the loner because they needed it back after I had told them it would be a couple days before I could return because I am a full time student and also employed.....but wait theres even more. This past week I had to return my car to the service department because the engine was knocking (I kept up to date on all the fluid changed and Ive only had it about 4 months) and because the transmission shifted super hard and jerked the car in lower gears. I was gone on vacation that week and went to pick it up on July 8 (Monday). They ended up replacing some rocker/tappets and replaced the transmission valve body assembly. It was all covered under warranty so I picked it up and drove home (the knocking seemed to go away). That following night (Tuesday July 9), the 1st time Ive driven it since picking it up, the transmission completely broke while I was sitting at an intersection. The light turned green and as I pressed the gas pedal to accelerate there was absolutely zero power getting from the engine to the drive shaft. I had to have it towed, this time to the Fort Wayne Chrysler dealership. I called the Warsaw dealer to inform them of all this nonsense and that they would be having a towing bill coming their direction because this is 100% their fault. The lady who picks up when you call the service department informed me they will not be paying for the towing. Once I get a functioning car back, Warsaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram will be my first stop in order to discuss with them the absolute absurdities (the nice way of putting it) I have put up with in regards to their dealership, towing bill in hand. If you are looking for a car or any service to be done on your car, this is the last place I would ever go. Theyre shady in their sales and service department is clearly not up to par. Ive spent over 10 hours driving back and forth between this place and my house just for them to mess things up. Dont waste your time.

Took my mini van n for and oil change and love the idea that I can just drop in anytime to have it done. The guys at Warsaw are fast and very friendly. I also love getting into my van and seeing the nice clean floor mats in front. Especially in the winter time. Thanks for the great service.

Went and looked at a new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica because it said online the final online price was 27,744. We went with a Chrysler family discount and also going based on the website telling us that we could finance for 6 years at 0% or 7 years at 0.9%. When Dave the manager FINALLY made his way to talk with us he told us that financing the vehicle at 3.9% would give us the best deal with rebates. He never even discussed the lower options with us when we had used car loan calculators online and had an idea where wed be. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership based on the experience we had with Dave and I would suggest to anyone going there to make sure you know what your options are before going because hes going to give you the option that best benefits Warsaw Chrysler, not you as the consumer.

I was warned about the service center here but I was optimistic and dropped my car off anyway. So far it has been two full days since my “appointment” and my car hasn’t been looked at yet. After my third call I finally got through to the service center at the end of the first day just to be told that nothing had been figured out yet, but that someone WAS looking at it and I would receive a call at the end of the day with an update. I received no call, so I waited and tried to call back again the next day at the end of the day. Thats two full work days from the time of my appointment. Again it took several attempts to reach a rep in the service department. I am now being told that the service department is too backed up, and that they haven’t had any time to look at my car yet? At this point I am about to enter my third day with no vehicle and no word on whats going on. Why would you take on the vehicle if you don’t have the man power to service it? My time has been wasted and I will be taking my vehicle somewhere else.

The closing sales manager was your standard sales guy, nothing too overwhelming. We thought we had made it free and clear, BOY was I wrong! Justin the SALES WARRANTY GUY WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! He came into the room angry. We were totally taken off guard because up to this point everyone had been nice enough. He totally ruined an otherwise pleasant experience. Sorry, but we just didnt want to add additional warranties. I think one time saying that was enough. He was just rude and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Slamming papers, breathing all hard, sighing out loud, haphazardly handing us papers to sign. Just making us feel belittled during the whole experience. We couldnt wait to get outta there. You should NEVER, EVER treat people like that! Due to this treatment we wouldnt recommend, and we will NEVER be back.

The staff was very helpful and accommodated me thoroughly. Very friendly and professional! I highly recommend this place to others and will return myself.

We walked on to the lot 9 days ago to look around as we had recently decided to update our family vehicle. Marlene was our sales consultant, and we could not have asked for a better person to assist us. We told her what we were looking for and the payment amount we could afford. Within a couple of hours I was driving off the lot in a brand new Journey. I have already recommended Warsaw Chrysler, and Marlene specifically, to several people.

I bought my jeep wrangler at this dealership and the sales staff is great they will do what they can to give you the best deal and after working with other dealerships these guys are top notch and not just a bunch of trained monkeys chasing bananas like you find at other dealerships with big flags. 100% recommend working with these guys before going anywhere else.

So my Chrysler 300c has been in the shop her for over a month now. I get told that they think the repair department messed up some wires or something on my car and they dont know why its doing what its doing. I took my car in for transmission flush and a few fuses were blown and needed replaced and there was a wire that needed repaired for my heated seats. I get it back and it ran worse than when it took it in. Not even 5 min after I left I had to take my car back and drop it off for it to sit in the same spot I parked it for a week.. then I was told it wold be looked at on that next monday. I say ok. Please keep me in the loop ... sill to this day 6 days later Im still not being contacted. And I have had to do all the calling and going in to see whats up with my car.. This is my dream car.. its not just another car that family rides around in. I have a 2014 chrysler 300s for that.. I am very disappointed in how Im being treated. A month is a very long time to have your car in the shop. I feel like since I had paid for my services and something was not right due to no fault of my own. I should have been able to be put on a more fast track service. I wont be taking my vehicles back to this place.

They sold me a 2013 jeep grand Cherokee with rubber floor mats that had not been serviced. After the deal was made and the vehicle was serviced when I came to get my car the rubber floor mats were gone and it had the carpet ones they use to detail the car. After a week of back and forth phone calls I went to the dealership to get my rubber floor mats only to be told they had either been thrown away or misplaced. I asked the manager of the Chrysler building to replace my rubber floor mats and he yelled at me and told me he gave me an owners manual already he already did me a favor. I only asked that he replace what he lost or stole but was told point blank it wouldnt happen. I called the police and they said in fact this is theft and that I could pursue them in civil court. All I know is if I owned the dealership and my employee lost or stole from a customer I would reprimand said employee and replace what I stole or lost. Dont buy a vehicle here nice until the deal is done.

UPDATE: My $40k Ram with 28k miles that should have had factory warranty was from Canada. The dealership pulled the build sheet twice so I know for a fact they knew it. This is fraud. Both financing and the sales person verbally told me I had remaining warranty. I had no idea this could happen and had both a tail light malfunction and glow plugs went out. The dealership evaded me for a month before they gave me an after market warranty that wont cover anything close to factory.Post after purchase:I found my 2016 Ram on cargurus and the ad had misinformation. The internet sales person did verify the rear axle ratio by pulling the build sheet but should have told me before placing a sight unseen deposit to hold it until I got there, that it had 3000 more miles than pictured and advertised. I wanted the vehicle and it was a good price so I cautiously proceeded. Thankfully the sales person upon arrival Marlene was wonderful.

Worst sevice ever, took me for $115. I had transmission issues and there solution was to replace the whole transmission $7200, they didnt even pull the pan to see if there was any damage. I took it to Burnsworth Zellers in Nappanee ended up costing $1300 new valve body. Seems a bit shady to me. Wont be back.

The service manager, Peter Junk, was VERY helpful, kind and courteous. Although my warranty had just run out, two months earlier, he was able to take care of my air conditioning problem, with no charge. I am now going to get all my service, warranty and recall work done by Warsaw Dodge. I have three Chrysler products in all.

3 week tomorrow my Jeep Wrangler has been in service. Week to wait on parts thats fair enough being holidays. 2 weeks now still not done.i have to call or stop in no one calls.

I took my 2014 Ram 2500 4x4 in to Warsaw Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located on North Detroit St. in Warsaw, IN for warranty work in late 2015. The alternator needed to be replaced. I was told by the service department that it was normal for the alternator to output 8 volts. After some serious discussion they decided the alternator was faulty and replaced it.Fast forward to April 2016.I am in Florida and my son in law is using my truck while we are on vacation. He lets me know that the alternator is putting out low voltage and the electronics are acting funny when they work. I told him the alternator was replaced before and we must be having trouble with it again. I told him to take it to his local dealer for repairs. I set up the appointment.His local dealer called me back and told me he could not cover this repair under warranty as the alternator had already been replaced with an after market alternator and someone had cut the wire harness to attach a new plug to match the new alternator and had not made the connections properly. I was disappointed to learn this and I told him to repair it to as new condition.I then called Warsaw Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located on North Detroit St. in Warsaw, IN to let them know what I had been told and I would be bringing in a bill to be reimbursed. I was demeaned over the phone and told they would not be reimbursing me for the expense. They said I had to bring it back to them to be looked at. I gave them the number of the other dealer and told them I can have my truck worked on wherever I would like. None of my vehicles will ever be back for them to work on.A short time later the local dealer called me and said Warsaw Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located on North Detroit St. in Warsaw, IN admitted to doing the repair and the new repairs will now be covered under my warranty.Shortly after that Warsaw Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located on North Detroit St. in Warsaw, IN called me back and told me the local dealers technician did not know what he was talking about but.... that the repairs would be taken care of.Its a shame to have a dealer treat their customers like this. I will never recommend this dealer after being treated like this. Too bad you have to give at least a 1 star rating to be able to post this review. It is 1 star too many.Comments after dealer response online:This is definitely not the same tone I received while on the phone with your dealership. My rating remains the same.

Dishonest Marketing attempts...We got a notice in the mail that was labeled, Possible Recall Notice. I was leery immediately, since our dealership is in Fort Wayne and recall notices dont come from specific dealers anyway. But I was curious, so I opened it. The basic premise of it is this: It is an attempt to sell your used vehicle to them to increase their inventory. They offered $1776 on top of trade in value. All this because our vehicle may be under recall. That is their tenuous thread connecting this buyback program to recalls.I wouldnt go near this dealer the next time we are looking for any vehicle.
