We went to get a mattress set and frame. We needed it delivered by Monday. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. We felt the price was fair.

Store has a pretty good selection of mattresses, but about half are on back order, so you would not be able get your bed for several months. The bed mattresses they do have arent physically at the store, they get delivered to your home from 8am-8pm on a specific day approx the following week, which isnt convenient to the customer who just spent several thousand dollars. Customer service though at the store was good and was helpful.Overall if you arent needing a immediate replacement or new mattress this would be a good store to visit to get ideas of what you want specifically.

I’m very un happy when we went to go pick out our new beds we told them that we had old beds that need to be taken away well the lady we dealt with never put it on the order so they didn’t take them

First time shopping at mattress firm I loved my experience the sales associates name was Adam I’m at the Warsaw mattress firm warsaw Indiana and it’s a very nice outlet store add Adam answered al my questions I had very informative about the purple mattress three and we made a sale.

We were very impressed by the salesperson, Amy. She met us at the door, asked a few questions so she would know what kinds of mattresses to show us. She seemed very knowledgeable about the different products available as well. She was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I very much appreciated the disposable pillow covers and the convenient hand sanitizing dispenser. Buying a mattress is an important decision. I only wish there was a way to try different mattresses without someone constantly watching you! I know the salesperson is there to help if needed, but it is very hard to relax and get the feel of the bed while you are being watched.

Was charged $100 delivery fee to pick-up defective product that was purchased from this franchise. Yes, I got the $$ as store credit from previous purchase. I wouldn’t need delivery for new product if the previous wasn’t defective. Mattress Firm should of given free delivery and pick-up under the circumstances. I didn’t pay pick-up fees for initial purchase because we picked it up. They could of allowed us to setup a time to exchange at no charge. I will not purchase another mattress from this franchise. I did not go with same brand name as first purchase because their mattress broke down in less then six months.

Very disappointed! In desperate need of a bed so we drove over with a trailer because they advertised a new years eve one day only sale. Arrived early in the day only to find all the lights on and the front doors locked. Went back a few hours later advertisements/holiday hours in the window saying open til 6pm and still no employees. Call center was no help either. Very bad for business!

I was very unhappy with my experience. When I purchased the mattresses, I made it very clear that I needed delivery after 4:00 Monday through Thursday or anytime Friday - Sunday. I was told this wouldnt be a problem so it was scheduled for Thursday. I was notified the delivey would be made between 1 and 3 so I explained that no one would be home at that time. The manager told me that it could be changed to Sunday which was great because we would be there all day to accept the delivery. I was told on Friday by the manager, there was not room on Sundays truck, and it would have to be later the next week. I explained that we need a delivery after 4. We had to cancel our order and go somewhere else that delivered the same day without a delivery charge and was half the prise. Mattress Firm lost a $4000 sale and the manager didnt seem to care at all. Skip the chain operations and go with local business for better customer service.
