The lady who took my order was great and checked the shoes to make sure they were the correct size. However the other young lady behind the counter had another person behind there with her and was hugging and kissing on each other. Awkward!

Kayla helped my 4 year old and I. He has been struggling with shoes that dont feel good on his feet. She helped us for over 45 minutes, and he tried on almost every single shoe...Unfortunately we didnt find one at this store that worked, but because of the friendly, patient, and helpful service, we will be coming back to this store next time we need shoes!

Picked out some baby shoes that were on sale according to the signs. When I checked out they said the sale was over yesterday. They had not bothered to remove the old signs. The baby shoes were $9 more than the sale price. This is significant. I would have put them back but I was in a hurry and needed a pair of baby shoes.

This store is disgusting. Shoes are often dirty and you feel like your in a thrift store the second you walk in. The manager is often rude to customers and makes inappropriate comments to staff in front of customers.

The lady that works there I cant remember her name but shes not friendly I dont know how she is in retail. I couldnt find the code I had for the shoes I was buying and she hurried me to just do the $5 off so I did. Wow Im sorry Im disabled and cant stand for a long time without getting in terrible pain!! This was at the Shoe Carnival in Warsaw, Indiana. Ill be going to the one in Mishawaka for now on.

We went to a different Shoe Carnival last night and inadvertently purchased a box with two different sizes inside. We were unable to find a direct replacement, but Nichole did a fantastic job with helping to maximize the BOGO used last night and another three pairs we bought today. The store was also very clean and everyone was friendly. These smaller town stores really know how to treat customers.

Dont get me wrong. I like Shoe Carnival, but sometimes I cant always find the right style or size I want in Womens. Today my visit was good but it took me a little while to figure where to find my style of shoes but I always have to go in the mens section and look for a pair of sneakers for myself so I today I found them. Either way I like Shoe Carnival :)

I dont know if its because its fall or covid but I wasnt impressed with their womens athletic shoe selection right now. Usually they have much more of a variety and couldnt find what I was looking for. Disappointed

This is the only place in town that we get shoes! Awesome prices and they always have what we are looking for.

A friend & I were there last Saturday evening. I had only noticed one person working, a young lady stocking shelves who also greeted us & offered assistance. When we went to check out, we noticed a young man who was apparently supposed to be working, sitting in this space behind the wheel near the cash register. He was on his phone & never looked up or acknowledged our presence. The young lady stocking shelves hurried to the cash register, apologizing. She was great, he should probably be fired.

Decent. As far as organization goes, it was a bit disorganized, and the back of the store was messy (found a shoe box with one shoe, and the other nowhere to be found). The cashier was friendly and I ordered all mine through the computer because they didnt have my size. Overall nice.

Its like a Carnival full of shoes. You can even throw darts at the cashiers!! The dont seem to like it much.

I hate shoe carnival. I dont know why I go into there. Shoes are over priced. Buy on get one half price. Come on just charge less for one. Your not fooling anyone with the fake deals.
