Jim is so sweet and always remembers me. One time I bought salt, and later my husband went to pick some up too, and Jim said “well your wife already picked some up today!” So we didn’t spend more than we needed to. They’re so helpful.

If you want honest, well-priced service and advice from the time you choose your water softener through your period of ownership, this is the only place in Kosciusko County I would consider. Great pricing of the product, which is of the highest quality and is sized perfectly for our family. Aqua Indiana of Warsaw also provided great advice, from the time we chose a water softener and reverse osmosis water filtering system, and installation was done very well and efficiently. Could not be happier.
