Was with friends, pulling a utility trailer. Noticed all 4 tires were low. Checked with mechanic on duty, he had us pull trailer inside the service bay, and he put the correct amount of air Im eact tires. He wouldnt accept $, so we left he and a coworker a couple homemade brownies. Real nice guy, Mike.

Clean store, mostly helpful employees. Could stand to have more registers open, or at least more space at the self check out for grocery shopping. Could also remind their Walmart shoppers not to be rude to their customers while shopping. Otherwise, great store.

I had two local places refuse to even look at a key for a 93 car. They said they no longer deal with them due to liability. I told them it was too old to even have a transponder or chip. Still no. As a last resort before trying the dealership Walmart quickly made to keys for five bucks.

I prefer this store over other Wal-Marts. Parking is much easier, and the selections are better in my opinion.

Visiting from out of town. The store was very clean and well laid out. Had no trouble finding what I needed and of course I used the self checkout so I really had no interaction with the associates.

I’m impressed - I was there right around 10pm at the Warsaw, IN, store, or shortly after. A man greeted me near the customer service area & had said they just closed but he could help me if I had a return which I did. He handled the return quickly & courteously & I was able to finish grabbing a few items afterwards before they closed at 11pm, which this is on a Monday night. What I noticed most was how organized the store was & how personable the people all were from the greeters, to the cashier, to the customer service rep, & the janitorial crew as well since they were busy cleaning. That’s the best I’ve ever seen Walmart in Warsaw! Great job👍🏼

Strawbridge green everything was pretty much in its place. But Ive never seen milk prices as high as Walmarts got anywhere in Warsaw. And that would be a fact

They have their menu priced higher than any other McDonalds I have ever been to. If you buy a large smoothie, it is only 2/3 full. If you want it filled to the top, like a normal drink, it is extra ( I have never encountered this policy at any other McDonalds, EVER!!!!). I avoid this store as much as possible. The one at Michigan Rd and Kessler is SO SO SO much better!

It is a decent place to shop for basics. But this is more of an alert. Watch out for scammers. If you have a compassionate instinct to help people, remember to also be alert for those who appear to be in need, but are looking for a lot more.

Didnt keep receipt. When was leaving they asked for it. I couldnt find it so had to go ask cashier to pull it up. They couldnt because a customer wentafter me was stuck in store for like 30 minutes having an anxiety attack when i wasnt doing anything wrong

So sad that at 8 am on a Saturday, there are only self-serve registers open. I saw at least 25 visible from employees all around stocking the store. Not sure why 1 couldn’t be asked to run a register. I don’t work at WalMart so I guess I won’t be shopping there. 😔

Recently resurfaced the floor and rearranged the aisles, departments are pretty well laid out and organized, merchandise seems to be pretty well stocked and in order. Clean store, helpful staff. Wish theyd return to being open 24hrs.

I’ve came into the store for about 2 weeks buying 10 packs of Pokémon cards since you can’t find them anywhere else, there is a sign under a different section of the isle that says 2 per person, not specific to the Pokémon cards. Today i grabbed 18 packs since that was what was left and was told i can only buy 2. I drove 40 minutes from my house to come here and spend close to $80 and was not going to just by 2 packs. I asked Why and where and they never could show me the sign specifically stating that the cards were 2 per person. I told them I’d put them back trying to be nice and she said no the proceeds yo drop them all. I said I’d help you but you said no and the manager told me never to come back because that statement was disrespectful. I offered To help and you said no so i let you look like a fool for dropping them. That is not my problem if you deny my help. The self checkout isn’t even self check out anymore if they stop you from spending money at there store.

We were at Wal-Mart on a Friday evening around 6pm. It wasnt super busy. Seemed to be quite a few empty shelves. I noticed the little girls toy section had a lot of empty shelves and the water area of bottled water was very depleted, as it was last Friday as well. Maybe Im shopping on the wrong day, but its when I have the time....

Still a great deal for the money, and the produce that I got on my last trip was top-notch!

There are a few very rude employees here. Im going to complain about one girl in particular again. She has almost ran me over twice with a cart that has things to stock the shelves. If I didnt literally jump out of the way she would have hit me! I didnt chase her down to get her name yet. But next time it happens I will. Also there are a few employees that have a terrible attitude and wont help and even act like they dont hear you.

Just a classic Walmart. I’m not sure if anyone really reads Walmart reviews or if it even matters to review a Walmart because they’re all the same… Slightly terrifying. You risk your life by entering and the safety of your children goes out the window. You might get syphilis in the bathroom… annnnd you can’t get any help with anything. There are 400 employees wandering around but only 3 know anything about anything. ONE check-out line with an attendant open .. that’s it. But don’t worry - there are 14 people going between checkout lanes to tell you that they are card only .. so - don’t take cash to Walmart unless you wana wait in a line behind 18 carts loaded to the max (or get mugged) .. but LETS FACE IT .. walFart DOES have some pretty sweet deals .. I mean - elmers glue for 50¢ plus spray paint and a 4 course meal all in one .. ha! I dont know man .. it’s Walmart. At least they have music BLARING in the parking lot now so you can’t hear the screams of children being ripped from their mothers arms or something. I dont know what that’s about but it could be just that. Occasionally there’s a cop just chillin .. most of the time there’s not. Don’t go to Walmart on Friday or Saturday or any day after 3 . Just go in the morning.. or go somewhere else. Or hey - instacart is cool.

This shopping visit was Tuesday midmorning. Pleasant enough to browse a little, and still get shopping done. Did not have to wait in line at this time. The stores parking lot was not full of carts,and was able to pick one up inside. Was also greeted at the door. I answered back,Good morning. Also, I left the door satisfied as I had a limited flavored KiKat to try. Apple something.

Normally I just go on, get what I need and self scan out. The other morning I needed a battery for my moms watch. Adrienne in jewelry was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond. She is definitely an asset!

Coustomer service was great poor guy had to CSM for the entire front of the store. Who knew you can by stamps at Walmart? I learned that today 😂

Tbh I never really need to go to Walmart because there are stores all over warsaw that I can get the things I want for half price the thing I really like though is that sometimes they have mtg (magic the gathering) cards sometimes but there always sold out so besides that there really is no interest in the store.

Craft department was very well stocked with yarn I needed. I was looking for specific size jeans for Christmas present and happy to find several brands with size I needed. Store was very busy but self serve lanes got me out quickly.

It was great .. really good prices and got right in . Picked up what I needed and saved money too .

Needed a battery for my minivan in a hurry. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had to pick up a prescription from the Wal-Mart pharmacy. I got a reminder via text that i was ready for a refill on a med i take daily which was very helpful. I didnt reply to the text (as instructed) in order for them to fill the med because i didnt read the whole message. When i arrived at the pharmacy the pharmacy staff informed me of my oversight and said to give them 5 min and they would have it ready. I grabbed a couple things as i waited and returned to pharmacy..my prescription was ready and waiting. The staff member was also kind enough to ring up my non pharmacy purchases. A huge thank you to the Wal-Mart pharmacy staff for making my life a little easier.

Met someone in the parking area for a facebook marketplace transaction.This WM is usually nice though..

Shopping is fine but don’t ever go here for auto service! I went for over a week everyday to try and get an oil change, and was told they don’t do appointments for oil changes, but would fit me in. Then ended up pushing my service back every time for someone who had a last minute appointment for tire rotation etc. They’re only open from noon to six everyday, but even then you’re lucky to catch them actually open. Numerous times I have shown up just to see they have a hand written sign saying they’re closed for hours at a time, (even calling ahead to make sure they’ll be open). After almost two weeks of this run around I’m just taking my business elsewhere.

Very casual dress code. The employees I encountered were either very enthusiastic or this was seemingly the first interaction theyve ever had with a human being. Its like being the urban version of Jane Goodall. Kind of a cool experience. I think its supposed to be a 90s theme or something, either that or it hasnt been renovated in a while. To reinforce this idea, they play music from the 80s and 90s on loud speakers outside. Maybe I dont understand in general and its supposed to be a theme park. Im pretty sure theyre a franchise. They do not accept cryptocurrency at this time.

It was ok. In and out quick. However if you get their pre sliced deli meats, check that over really well.

This visit was for Walmart Grocery Pickup. This service has revolutionized my grocery shopping! I starting using it in 2016 when I had kids ages two and six. Taking them inside the store was awful so I switched and couldnt be happier! Im impressed that they will pull items from every department of the store. And this service is especially helpful during the pandemic.

Talk about Pied Piper up beat music was playing outside at this location. We thought we were entering an amusement park. We arrived late at our Temporary Home Base to pick up items we needed for the next few days. If we return we will stop here to stock up on our needs for the next visit. Thank you!

I would give Walmart 0 stars if I could. They had no electric carts for the handicapped and didnt care about it what so ever. Then they had 2 lanes open for check out at one end of the store and the rest self check out. They just dont seem to care about customer service what so ever. Horrible....

We went shopping Sunday afternoon (a pretty busy time for a grocery store). There were only 2 registers open and only 1 side had self checkouts working. Lines were really long. We had to wait 15-20 minutes before we were able to check ourselves out. Ill pay the extra few cents per item and take my business elsewhere; somewhere that values customer service.

My wife and i were labeled as thiefs even though everything in our cart was paid for. If u wanna be labeled or considered a thief shop there otherwise avoid that place.
