Not sure what happened but this place is going downhill very fast.

If I could, I would give ZERO stars. The pharmacist was extremely rude to me today, I have never been treated with such disrespect at any business. He made it clear that my patronage was not desired, and he has gotten his wish. The pharmacist at Walgreens was helpful and friendly, should have switched years ago. Good riddance!

One of the best cvs in the location. Justin as a manager always keeps everything in check.

The Pharmacy always has three to six people behind the counter, with one person working one line that goes to front door. The service at CVS is Horrible!!! If my local CVS is any kind of model, The Company then must be completely incompetent. 31:32 mins on hold and STILL WAITING to find out what the deal is with my meds that where ordered a week ago... ... ... Zero Stars!!!

Every time I call no one answers and when they do I’m waiting for 30mins. Just to see if a prescription is ready!!!! They need a better system where people can actually talk to a pharmacist or assistant to get answers

I’ve utilized this location twice in the past month. Both times they’ve had to expedite my script after the initial time for pick up. The most recent time I had to wait an additional half hour after my initial expedited time of 20 min. Unfortunately after being a long time customer of CVS at another location, I will be looking for another pharmacy.

I love this place everyone is awesome and works so hard to prioritize each and every customer

My girlfriend is always on hold when she calls always waiting 20 to 30 mins at a time waiting for a answer.

Will not answer the phone waited 15 minutes really slow I no they may be short but come on I have waited 45 minutes in line for my medicine

I Shouldnt Have To Show My ID Every Time To Pick Up My Prescription. Especially When My ID Has Been Shown Previous Times.

Had a prescription sent in 40 minutes ago figuring that was plenty of time as it has been before for every other location and they still have me waiting another 20 minutes after the fact. The vibe I got was like it was a problem that I was there. I have had little to no issue at any other location, especially the one in Ligonier, but this is ridiculous and should be corrected.

Zella was a wonderful help to my daughter and I while printing photos. She was multitasking with helping us and other customers. She’s a great asset to CVS. The store is always clean and the shelves are always well stocked.

Gave us 90 days of the meds I still have 60 days of and none of the meds that I am out of. Every month it is messed up. I am done!!!!

Pharmacy is VERY SLOW.. they will tell you a time and seldom have that medication available when that time comes. When customers wait for a script, they don’t prioritize those scripts.. so you’ll sit there waiting and waiting while the pharmacist fills scripts that won’t even be picked up until later while you sit on their uncomfortable waiting chairs for lengthy extended times.

Went through pharmacy to pick up meds. They wouldnt help me cause i had cigarette smoke, and vape in my car. They dont pay my car payment. I transferred all my meds to Meijers... They lost big money from me

I ordered prints online for pickup in store. I was able to pick up the prints within the hours which was fabulous. When I was ready to check out there was a mixup with the amount I was charged but Nancy was SO helpful and kind and helped get the situation straightened out quickly.

This local Drug store is beautifully maintained, colorful, clean and easy to find items. Great sales and friendly, helpful staff!

Only time I have gotten good service is when Tasha has helped me. Delt with a different lady on multiple occasions now who has no idea what she is doing. She has been rude and unhelpful. Highly unsatisfied!

The management needs to seriously choose better people in the pharmacy department. There is only one male pharmacist that I have dealt with that is helpful or has a good attitude. The blonde female pharmacist is VERY RUDE and needs to go to Walmart and find a personality. I will definitely be transferring my scripts to another pharmacy.

Unfortunately CVS dropped the ball again with my meds. They dont have it in stock and wont have any until maybe Monday. Called it in on Wednesday. Would have been nice if they would have called me to let me know! This is the 3rd time. Changing pharmacies is on my agenda.

Epensive but has most of the basics. Good to live by if you need medical.
