I had a watch for a friend that needed links removed. I took it in and the lady was very friendly and helpful as she removed the links and said there was no fee for the service. My friend is so appreciative and I’m grateful for the wonderful service.

I was very happy with the quality of the repair that was done one my ring. My associate was knowledgeable in what I was needing. My ring came back quicker than expected and is simply gorgeous!!! I have complete trust with these people in Warsaw, Indiana.

My sister got her ring here and the staff talked her into putting a ruby in her setting without telling her that it made it unreturnable, they also stated to pick up the ring they had to buy the $200 insurance and the second setting that the diamond was originally in despite not telling them of all of this up front. DO NOT BUY from this location. They Will SCAM YOU

I would do 0 stars if possible! I will never step foot in this store again, well worth the drive to Kokomo or Ft Wayne. After one person says im covered on warranty, next person says im not. One person says one price then I go back and the next person says a different price along with the rude customer service.

I got a promise ring from Kay Jewelers and my girlfriend absolutely loved it. Im definitely going to get her engagement ring and wedding ring from Kay Jewelers as I know my girlfriend/fiance/wife will absolutely love it.

I have had the WORST experience with Kay Jewelers. I highly suggest to stay FAR AWAY from them. My fiancé got my engagement ring from them in August. I started wearing the ring in September. By December my ring had a loose stone already. When it was taken in to fix one loose stone, they ended up loosing a bunch of others. I didnt get my ring back for over a month. They ended up having to totally replace my ring. On top of it, we were told that there would be insurance by the District Manager, Tim, only to find out later that they dont do insurance on any pearl ring. Also, when we went in to pick up the new ring, it was not the right size which they promised it would be. So we had to wait another 2 weeks to get it in. When it finally came in, it was still the wrong size. I finally got it to be the right size later, but there have been a lot of issues with them. It has been a very unacceptable experience and I refuse to ever go back. I highly suggest to everyone thinking about going here to NOT go and stay away! If you want a great place to go to, I would go to Rogers and Hollands.

Always very friendly...been paying on our wedding rings for nearly 2 years now with no complaints. Ive actually made a couple of purchases during that time. Thanks for the anniversary idea!!! And help getting it here from Georgia so quickly!!! :-)

Dont go there! I had a necklace under warranty that went from being a free replacement to $180. Depending on who I talked to the price was different. Dishonest people. Even after talking with Kay customer service and with the store manager Rich the problem was never resolved. Rich is poor manager of the store....and I will not be doing any more business with Kay. I cant even give them 1 star for service. Very disappointed!

Never want to shop at here again. They only have one size of ring in the store, which is fine, but if you need a different size they will size it, but you have to pay unless you get the warranty. I would have bought the warranty, but since they didnt even care to help me if I didnt get the warranty, I wont be using them again.

Not helpful and made things sound more difficult than it needed to be. Was a bit rude and I am not sending my ring out from there, Im afraid I wont get it back. Matt...get some customer service phone skills. Make me want to feel safe bringing my jewelry back.

I dislike jewelry stores right off the bat with their insanity marked up bull. This one in particular though I will never be back to. You can tell right off the bat their staff works off comision mainly. They attack you as soon as you walk in the door even if you let them know you just want to look around. They came back to us, and interrupted us at least 6 times in a matter of 10 mins. They are the definition of pushy salesmen

Bought a ring at an Indiapolis location, business practice to keep only one size in stock. Was told we could have it sized at the Warsaw store for a fee wich was disclosed. Warsaw said they did not size for the price we were promised, when asked why they got defensive and said they would honor it but their store has different rates.
