I love ACE hardware. Has that family store feel and customer service is always bomb... as in awesome. I can always ask for the help I need and they always point me to the right direction. I prefer this store over other huge ones.. unless I need something they dont have. Otherwise, this place is amazing.

Ace Hardware is the epitome of small town service. Unlike the big box stores, the staff is knowledgeable and super-friendly. Personal customer service is rapidly diminishing in our fast-paced world but you can still find it here. They never fail to deliver first rate service with a smile. Thank you Ace for treating me like a customer and not like an inconvenience.

I really like this store. Very helpful staff that actually are there for the customer! Great place to get flowers as well.

We love our Ace Hardware. What I dont care for is there garden department. My husband bought me a plant there 3 years ago with mealy bugs. I have then lost many plants because of this issue. The reason I am writing the review now is because I stopped in today, and low and behold many plants infested with mealy bugs. So sad!! Do not buy your plants at Ace! Love the staff and store in general, but people need to know about the garden area!! It needs a make over, big time!!

This store was family owned but it closed on September 8, 2018. Owner is retiring and no one to take over. Really going to miss the good customer service and the minimumal time to get in and out.

Staff is normally friendly. I feel like sometimes the store is a maze and hard to find what I am looking for. Typically after receiving help I can still get what I need. Just wish it were easier to find.

I walked in got help away.... took me right to what I was asking for.... in and out less than 5 minutes.... awesome

Always very helpful, which is why Ill spend a little more to go here. If they dont have a product, theyll recommend someplace else, even if it might be competition.

Always go here to purchase my flowers for my wife. They have a great selection and are friendly when helping you wrap the flowers. I also enjoy the help when I cant find something in the tool section they have the employees that are dedicated to help you more than a menards or lowes.

They were very quick to help and showed us our options.

Do you need on overpriced bolt? They probably will have it. If you need key cut, it will likely work. Friendly staff is there to help, they even make popcorn. Not the lowest price, but you can ask questions if need be.
