I stopped at the warsaw UPS store to return some Amazon packages after speaking to an Amazon customer service representative. A woman who was a UPS employee with long dreadlocks was EXTREMELY rude to me while I was trying to make a return. The woman was not even the employee that was helping me with my return. She made rude remarks about needing a box for my return after the Amazon representative told me I did not. She then proceeded to laugh at me when I continue telling her that i was told by Amazon that I did not need to print labels or bring a box. I did not catch the womans name but I will be calling UPS customer service to complain. I work in customer service myself and could not believe the rudeness of this UPS employee.
I bought from an auction online - 6 Wallpockets. Was so nervous, as I live in Washington State, a long trip. They arrived in perfect condition, packing was AMAZING! Thank you all at the UPS store in Warsaw! Your awesome!
Dear owner: this store has a rude employee. I went in with the best of moods, literally smiling, then left with a to-do item to call UPS Corporate to find out more information and consider lodging a complaint. I left without using their services. I previously had OK experiences here, but its gone downhill fast. Judging by the other reviews, it seems that a restaffing would do wonders for this location.
The store and staff was welcoming and Lacy went above and beyond to help us with the notarization process. The store is locally owned and they are willing to help you with your needs!
A time sensitive package I sent was delivered to the wrong location, partly my mistake, partly theirs. Paula was kind enough to issue a prepaid label so the package could be resent to the correct location on time. Im always thankful for a business that understands and prioritizes their customers needs.
We scheduled an appointment at the store to get documents notarized. We required two notarized signatures, which cost $10.00 each. We had a third document that needed a witness, no notary. The employee, who had a generally rude demeanor, said curtly, We charge $10.00 per signature. We told her to forget it, and we just wanted the two notarized signatures. We were wearing masks and practicing social distancing. After we signed the documents, the employee told us to move away from the counter, even motioning us back from the desk, with her hands, after we didnt move back far enough for her liking. If she was that concerned about her health, she could have moved our documents to the table behind her. The best part of the story is that she didnt even check our identification, we put them on the counter, but she never verified our names. I am a notary myself, to become a notary, you take a short test online to become certified. This employee took her status way too far. There is almost zero liability being a notary IF you check identification. I had no problem paying $20.00 for the five-minute work, but trying to charge an additional $10.00 for a witness signature is too much. Guess where we will never shop or ship from again? The UPS Store in Warsaw. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I have nothing bad to say about the UPS brand, however I will not go to this location anymore. There is an incredibly rude employee that makes going there unbearable. I will go anywhere else to ship a package from now on.

We just had a very uncomfortable experience here. So, we just buried our father, and my brother and I needed to have some document notarized for handling his estate. Its a very stressful and sad process. The notary was extremely unprofessional and rude to us. I am almost wondering if she even knew what the documents were that she was notarizing or she may have shown a little more respect and compassion. The employees in this store do not wear masks. Beware.

The lady with dyed short hair is horrible. I go to just drop off a package with a pre-paid lable, and she screams at me to wait in line... Im like.. its no different then me dropping off a package in a UPS drop box! Get a life lady, you work at a UPS store. Horrible customer service

10 dollar per notary is a crime . just ripping customers off
I ordered my child birth certificate and paid the money to have it UPS to me because I felt it was the safest way to get it to me and on my tracking it said signature required. The UPS driver did not get a signature and I know this because I called UPS because my tracking page said I received it at 11:07 that day and I called in because I had not gotten it and they called the driver and he tolled them he didnt get a signature and he did not drop it off at my house he left it on the front porch in the open so anyone could grabbed it 2 doors down from my house then he did not want to go back and get it to bring it to my house so I had to walk the neighborhood looking for it. Not very happy with UPS they dropped my daughter federal law birth certificate off at the wrong house with no signature and refused to go get it and bring it to me. Ill think twice before going threw UPS again.

Some of the employees are rude. Even though I had a mask on, they tried to make me put my item on the scale and step back 6 feet. I will NEVER return this store.

Poor customer service. Was not apologetic after telling me a delivery date (which I paid extra for) and it not being delivered until days later. Manager was rude and was not willing to anything to make the mistake right.
The young lady working the front desk is very sweet and helpful when I wasnt sure what size box I would need for my vase to get to its destination safely. Would definitely reccomend this ups store
Very, very rude people! They have no desire to be helpful as they interrupt and interrogate you when asking simple questions. Also, they would not honor coupons their receipts printed out, i.e, $5 notary service. Refused to honor that price and charged $10 per signature.

Very rude service. The lady at the desk has no patience to listen to what I am asking. She yelled at me CAN I HAVE THE LABEL? I was explaining her, that another bar code needs to be pasted below the label. She was not listening at all.

Staff are always super helpful. Theyll do the packaging for you, and the prices are fair.
Been multiple times. Never very friendly, but not my issue. I was just charged $10 to scan and email 12 pages. No paper or ink involved, didnt mention the price until after I asked and she didnt actually tell me until it was scanned and emailed. Will never use again.
