SO impressed with D&H! After my car accident, I was so nervous and anxious about getting the repairs done, dealing with the insurance company, etc. etc. The staff at D&H handled absolutely everything and I didnt have to worry or stress one bit. They even fixed a dent on my car that wasnt even related to the accident just as a courtesy. That is service! AND on top of all of that, when I got my car back the interior was spotless! The leather seats in my car were cleaned beautifully. My car truly looks brand new. I am so pleased with my experience and would highly recommend bringing your car to D&H.

Let me state upfront that I take my cars very seriously. So when some knucklehead backed into my beloved BMW 335i coupe, I searched for the best body shop I could find to restore it to original condition. A salesman at a prominent BMW dealer in my area put me in touch with Dave at D&H, and I immediately sensed that this place was special. Not only did he make the process completely frictionless, but he delivered a car that dropped me in my tracks—it looked showroom quality, absolutely, stunningly perfect. The dull paint was restored to a uniformly deep, lustrous shine. The car had also been detailed inside and out, the headlight and foglamp lenses were now clear and bright. Dave had promised from the outset that I would be amazed and he did not disappoint. A truly class act, I could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this shop and will trust my cars to no one else. Theyre that good, with customer service that goes the extra mile. Impeccable.

Absolutely AMAZING work & they take care of absolutely EVERYTHING from towing to insurance company to rentals. Didnt have to do anything other than show up when my vehicle (Jeep Cherokee). Again, absolutely amazing work as well as friendly service!!

Absolutely wonderful service. I called on Easter because our door wouldnt close and no one else would take my calls. The owner tried to guide us into fixing it ourselves over the phone, but it ended up being a more severe problem and had to be brought in. We brought it in first thing the next morning and they fixed it for free! This would definitely be the first place Id go if I got into an accident or needed body work - the people couldnt have been more friendly or helpful.

I had some complications with the liable partys insurance & had to remove my car unexpectedly & quickly.I spoke with the owner of this business & he was very kind & knowledgeable (hes been dealing with the auto accident process for years). His experience in this business shows. He was so informative & patient.He provided me with more information, & answers to many of my questions, in 1 conversation than I had been able to get from my attorney/insurance company.If I could start my process again, I would go through the attorney he recommended/he deals with. If I ever have another accident, Im going straight to this place. Dropping my car off here was a 10minute process & they had a beautiful rental car brought to me.I very highly recommended this place to anyone involved in an accident. Ive had two separate accidents where I was rear ended on the highways necessitating bodywork. D&H handled getting my rental car lined up and got my car looking better than it did before the accident both times. HEADACHE FREE! Dave is a hell of a great guy and his service team take pride in their work, as evidenced by one of the workers coming out excitedly this morning to ask if I saw how my car looked and if I was happy. How could I not be? Highly recommended!!

I went to David to have my RAV 4 repaired. His team provided quality work in repairing my car. The customer service was exceptional. Everyone I dealt with took the time to explain the process and was easy to work with. I was amazed how quickly the repairs were made. When the car was returned to me it was cleaned inside and out. Excellent service that goes above and beyond.

D&H does such an amazing job the owner Dave is absolutely wonderful. They fix my car up twice after some accidents and I even go there to get my car detailed because nobody does it like D&H. My car always looks brand new afterwards.

I have taken both my Jeep and my Plymouth to David and his team at D&H. Their work is top notch, both my vehicles looked fresh from the factory after leaving D&H. The coordination with my insurance company was seamless when needed. I also recently took my Plymouth in for a cosmetic repaint and I wouldnt have trusted anyone else with my baby. They even gave me a ride home and then dropped the car off at my home when the work was complete. If you need a body shop that will respect your time and budget and treat you like a friend, go to D&H. Theyre part of the community, and in RI that means a lot.

I highly recommend this collision center to everyone who is looking to repair their cars. I wrecked my rear bumper and went to Quonset Auto Body Shop in North Kingstown. They gave me a quote of 150-250 bucks to pump the bumper back to normal and $100 to replace the rear light, but they also did not quite want to do the work because its not covered by my insurance. I drove to D&H Collision Center afterward, their manager David (a really nice guy) replaced the light for $93 and brought the bumper up to normal for free. They are extremely nice and helpful and are very honest people.

I wish I can give these guys more than a 5 star review. Never in my life have I came across such a genuine repair facility. D&H always goes above and beyond for their customers and never cut corners. I have been working with them for about 3 years now, and I will never switch repair shops. If you are considering bringing your vehicle here for service, it will be the best decision you will make!

I can not begin to express my gratitude to Dave and his wonderful team! I was in an accident and the driver who hit me did extensive body damage to my drivers side of my Pathfinder/ Let me just say I love my Pathfinder it truly is my baby. I brought my car to Dave and his team got to work right away. They were quick and efficient and kept me updated through out the process. I picked my baby up yesterday and wanted to scream I gave Dave the biggest hug she looked brand new again!!!! I will always go to them from now on and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Never met a body shop more concerned about my car than me, very knowledgeable and respectful. Handled everything from insurance company to some minor mechanical work. Best in the business!

My insurance company tried to minimize the damages. Dave told me that theyd take care of everything. D&H put me in a rental, and called me when the car was done. I almost didnt recognize my car when I pulled into the lot to pick it up. The repair was done very professionally and my car was given back to me completely detailed. My car had a ding on the fender that wasnt part of the claim. They surprised me and repaired it. I also had little scuffs around the car. They took care of those too!!! I am blown away by the experience Ive had with them. While I dont want to step foot in a body shop again, if I have to, It will definitely be at D&H Collision Center.

After getting into my first accident, I was referred to D&H by the gentleman I bumped into. It would be an understatement for me to say I was lucky in dealing with such a sweet, understanding person for my first accident ever. We both drove to D&H and got the insurance squared away and the paperwork for the work on our cars.Before I was off the phone with my insurance company, Dave already had 2 rentals waiting for both of us. Dave was so patient and understanding of the situation, and answered all of my questions I had. He kept reassuring me that everything would be fine, and that once the appraiser came out he would have my car back to me in 7 days. Not only did he keep his word, but the work was phenomenal. He popped out dents (not related to the accident) and buffed/waxed them, along with shampooing and detailing the interior.I would highly recommend D&H to anyone that wants top-notch car repair and friendly, professional customer service.

Hands down the best auto body shop around! Just recently I had a accident back in November in my brand new car where an unlicensed, uninsured and non registered vehicle smashed into me at a red light and left. David and his entire staff helped me through all of it! Missy dealt with all of the insurance stuff and rental! When I went and get my car it looked Brand New again!!! So on February 16th when a driver pulled out in front of my husband, children and puppy I knew right where to have it towed. Unfortunately this one was unfixable but David worked to get me top dollar for it. Won’t ever go elsewhere! I highly recommend them!!

I wont go back here...they are so rude and dismissive. The work itself was just BARELY okay for the price I paid. My real issue is the total void of customer service. I cant convey the lack of interest I received from not only the receptionist, but the owners as well! My insurance agent recommended this company and I made sure to tell him how upset I was with advice and asked him to do some research before sending anyone else their way. My advice is to stay away from this place...as soon as they get paid they dont want anything else to do with you! Very rude people who really should think about how they treat everyone they meet as word of mouth is vital to any company.
