This company puts unauthorized advertising signs in places they are not supposed to. In my rural town (Scituate) we have a rule that no temporary/portable signs are allowed. And this company which is a couple towns away put up dozens all around town many of which were on private property without any prior authorization. One of the intersections was loaded with them with about 6+ signs. This is just overboard, the town has asked them to take down all signs, lets see if they comply

Did not visit this place this time but, I wouldnt bother either. I have been there before and their furniture may look a lil nice but is very deceiving. Its cheap furniture at a marked up price. The store is always Going out of Business or Under New Management so they have these Special Clearance Savings. Ive ordered a item, and had it on a Layaway plan. Well, when I went to pay it off 2 months later, they said that they no longer had the item. Apparently they dont take the item, that you thought you had picked out, and actually place it aside for you, as you would expect to return to pick it up. Which that, is what I understand, a Layaway, is to be. If you wanted to purchase any furniture, right there and then, you will be sent to their warehouse in Providence, on Elmwood ave, to pick it up. This is why I choose not to go here, if I want Quality furniture that will last longer than a year or two.

Nothing for me.

I bought a 300 loveseat and the seem came apart. I have only had it for 3 weeks. I will be calling today to see what can be done..... very disappointed.I will never buy there again and I will put a post on fb if they dont fix this issue... sooooooo mad

First time in this store and last time. Furniture is not made well. Staff was less than helpful.

This was my second trip to Furniture Depot, first being a few years ago for some inexpensive items (no issues). This time around, I spend $2300. I was supposed to receive my items on Saturday. Saturday came. One bedroom set was set up with no issues. The second bedroom set had a broken dresser and black sharpie scribbles to color in spots on the damaged headboard. Delivery men damaged my brand new floor in the process (assuming how the dresser broke). Also, the drivers were missing pieces and had to go take the boards off the display at the store. Monday, they were supposed to redeliver a non broken dresser and replace my headboard. No show after waiting around until 10pm (delivery cutoff). Today, I am still waiting on a delivery at 6pm. I called the store and asked for the manager. I was told he will not make personal phone calls. I am still waiting for my furniture and someone to reach out in regards to the damage on my brand new floor.

Best place to buy your furniture in RI. Couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service. Very consistent. I’ve had to build a new addition to my home just to fit all of the furniture I’ve purchased from here.

This was one of the best experiences I have had buying something EVER. We went in looking for a Mattress because we were kind of done being bombarded by sales people. We went in here and there was a nice older lady who greeted us and asked us what we needed and we told her we were just looking. She said let me know if you need anything. Well We found a mattress we liked. I told her that we were interested and she went over everything with us! She was awesome! SANDRA is the best!! She helped us with everything and even made sure that we got a Saturday delivery right after we moved into our new house! SHE went above and beyond for us and has gained a customer for life! If it wasnt for her and her awesome personality we would have most likely went somewhere else but she was just incredible! She treated us like we were her family! She said Mattress and box spring would be delivered between 5-10PM. We gout or delivery at 4:30!! I know she called them to make sure she got it to us ASAP! SANDRA you are awesome and my wife and I are just absolutely astounded by how smooth everything was and how every word you told us you made happen! THANK YOU!!! BTW your delivery drivers were AWESOME! Much appreciated!!

Excellent experience at Furniture Depot with Richard, i was shopping around for a couple of weeks and dealt with nothing but rude pushy salesman until i went to the furniture depot. I was very undecided on what to get he helped me and explained everything in detail. He has the patience of saint because i know i must have drove him crazy . Thanks again Richard you made it so much easier and non stressful to find my living room set.

I went into this store very stressed out since I had to deal with 2 other furniture stores previously with employees who wouldnt give me space to shop, the gentleman here let me know he was there, gave me time to look around, then approached me nicely & informed me to call him over when I was ready THANK YOU Richard!! That alone will have me going back there for the other furniture sets I am looking to buy!!!

I have to say this is the best furniture store I have ever been to. I went to several others and was treated with the utmost disrespect, but after my husband and I went to the furniture depot we were sold, we were helped by Richard and he was extremely attentive with our needs, he showed us a few options and ask us questions to find out what we really wanted, not what other stores did, I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase furniture they have great selection and finance options, most of all ask for Richard you go, he is nice, attentive and non-pushy salesman I have ever encountered.

I had a great experience-called first to see if they had the chair on special-the sales rep, Sandra, was quite helpful and promptly called me with the information I requested. I drove up, bought exactly what I was looking for at an unbelievable price!!!!! Joanie who works on the sales floor was also very helful. One of the best and easiest purchases Ive made ina long time!!! Thank you Sandra and Joanie!!!

Terrible. We spent $1,500 on this bonded leather sofa and loveseat set 5 years ago. It held up well, until all of a sudden, the bonded leather on both pieces began to completely disintegrate (see photos). When we returned to the store, we were told that they had no way to look up our warranty information (they claim they switched warranty companies or some nonsense) and they refused to do anything about the issue. They could easily have replaced the pieces for us since they still the same exact set in stock and on display on the sales floor, but of course, they wouldnt.Beware of this company and this furniture set!

Waiting on the table I purchased. I was told it would take no more than 10 business days. It had been well over two weeks without a call. I called today and they told me they did not have enough orders to ship so they needed to add to their order. So it will take another week atleast. You would think they would call to let me know

AWFUL!! Absolutely AWFUL! DO NOT SHOP HERE. I ordered a dining set A WEEK AND A HALF AGO that I paid $60 shipping for. Two bags of screws and bolts were missing, so half of the chairs could not be set up. I called the minute I realized, they said the FOLLOWING DAY (Monday), Wednesday the ABSOLUTE latest I would have the rest of the parts. I called on Wednesday, the other workers had NO clue about the issue. No one apparently communicates there. How this store stays in business, I have NO IDEA. I worked with Don. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I called Monday (parts not there), Wednesday (parts still not there, did not call on Tuesday since we had the blizzard and every place was closed down for the day), Friday TWICE (no answer), Saturday FIVE TIMES!!!!!! (no answer)...so I drove there. I spoke to the two ladies on that night (they were extremely helpful and understanding of my aggravation). I explained to them the situation and how I have not heard back from Don regarding the status of the parts of my order! By this point, my set has been in pieces for AN ENTIRE WEEK. Unreal. Thankfully the ladies called the warehouse and they had the parts delivered that day (SATURDAY) by 5pm...so I drove there twice in one day, but at least I had the parts to complete my set. I STILL would not have my parts if I had not driven there myself and lost it. I was informed that I could receive some compensation for the inconvenience but I would have to call Don since he was my salesperson. What did Don say???? I believe you were less inconvenienced than you think you were..IM SORRY, WHAT??? Who are you to tell me how inconvenienced I was or was not???? To this day, I had heard not one peep from that guy regarding my order. He was UNBELIEVABLY rude on the phone. I received a $40 credit after spending hundreds to shop at a store I never want to give another cent to for all of the chaos I have gone through to get two bags of BOLTS AND SCREWS to put my set together. All he kept saying was that it is NOT THEIR FAULT HOW THINGS TURNED OUT..oh really, who is at fault for this? Me (the customer)? Hilarious. No wonder why the furniture is so discounted, they dont give you all of the parts to put it together. Ill never shop here again.

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT purchase from this company EVER. I ordered a darker colored wood crib from the Warwick Store. I was told what day to pick it up.. After three trips there on three different days they told me to it was there, i finally got it. Then i get home a alil while after finishing the nursery open the box to find its a white crib... call the store and was told to contact my sales person to switch it out... call him the next day to hear your out of luck no returns no swap. I call the district manager who avoids my calls, does not call back then the stores dont answer if i call but do when i block my number. Finally get a guy who trys to help finds me a crib in the color we wanted tells me to pick it up at the store. Wife goes into labor so i send my father-in-law who describes the store as a chinese fire drill and still doesnt get the correct crib.All in all at the end after contacting the BBB and RI Attorney Generals Office i am at home with a newborn who has a place to sleep.Dont use this place, its a joke!!

Terrible, the furniture they sell is cheap. I bought a trundle bed w/ drawers on the bottom. In only 7 months it is broken and they will not right the wrong, bad business and deceitful. They will sell anyone anything.
