Ordered a 16x20 canvas print and also a poster of the same size. Went to pick it up later in the day and the poster print was a green blotch(not the pic I submitted), and also the canvas had the head cut off of the person on the left. Sales associate Jim said nothing about this and I had the fortune of seeing this when I got back to work from my lunch break. Called and was told to go back. Went back and an associate told me to just upload the photos again via the kiosk. After doing that and waiting for 15 minutes with no assistance, Jim explained to me that the photos were what were submitted and went on a lecture about how canvassing works. I told him I understood that and that’s why I spaced it out the way I did so the head would not be cut off. I didn’t even get into the green blotch poster print. When they gave me the updated canvas it was completely on a diagonal with a black line angling down from the top. I will definitely not use this or any of Walmart’s photo centers again.

When I pulled into curbside pickup after checking in, there were signs posted that the curbside pickup Walmart app was not working. Had to go inside anyway. I got the notification that my order was ready for pickup via a text, but it would have been nice if it included a message that the app was not working. There was also a number to call on the posted sign, however then a message came on stating that the a voicemail box had not yet been set up for that particular number. Very inconvenient. They are were four cars waiting for curbside pickup along with my vehicle. Once inside, then we had to wait while an employee paged someone to come from the back of the store in order to take care of the curbside pickup orders. She was very apologetic and gracious. I am very pleased with the item I had purchased, which did not qualify for delivery. Only pick up was available.

I have going to this vet for many years and find them to be very knowledgeable and caring answering all my questions this time I went went with two new puppies and they took very good care of them

Had to buy a car battery. About $60 do $70 dollars cheaper than the normal battery places. Served by a very nice gal who took care of her customer. Michelle at the Warwick post road store. She is a peach.

Its not a humongous Walmart you really dont have to walk miles an miles for something which is a plus for some especially the elderly. Most of the time friendly help.Best of all you cant beat the pricesIf you want it right,then and there

Great experience, a associate named Wayne brightened my evening just by a simple compliment, I was really depressed. He just took the time to wish me a good day and made a comment on the color of my eyes. I only wish there were many more of Walmart associates that cared enough to just show a little compassion, it really does go along way. Thank you Wayne for being such a caring person.

Went in this store at 6:15 am… ( love that it opens earlier) probably won’t be going back there… one employee all he was doing was complaining and using the F word … loudly!!!! Must have used it at least 5 times… I couldn’t believe it…. Walked down another isle and heard more complaining!! Should not be hearing this while I’m shopping… if you are not happy there, get out!! Don’t even know if there was a manager on… pretty sad!

Actually I do a lot of shopping there for food and actually the stuff for bicycles are very cheap to be able to afford and a pretty wide selection of kits like locks and lights tools all four bicycles and the fact that theres always a Walmart nearby wherever I live at the time and it actually its almost the selling point for myself if there is a Walmart instead of a school bus or regular bus pickup easy access to a bus route for schools everythings all right here within a couple miles

This is my go to Walmart. I know where everything is. Its mostly clean and you can always find a staff for help except the paint section. Biggest bummer is that theres ONLY one cashier when I do want to pay cash and the line is ridiculously long, the rest is check out yourself.

Ok this wal mart is diffently not in safest part of Providence however the assistant I got from the people were awesome. Thankyou

Love the Walmart in Seekonk, do not go to the Attleboro store, the workers there are too miserable and lazy. Also store is always dirty. No one is helpful. The Walmart in Seekonk is great, all workers are pleasent and helpful. I give Seekonk store a big 10.

Went for flowers for the cemetery, a graduation card, and a Visa gift card. The flowers were healthy and beautiful for the money. Typical Walmart experience. Got what I needed. All reasonably priced.

This Walmart refuses to abide by Walmart policy to price match Walmart.com. If you find something on Walmart.com for a lower price than in store, expect store employees and management to become hostile if you ask them for a price match.

I am a Rhode Islander so I refer to this store as My Walmart! I am there 2-3 times a week, so it pains me to write this review! Yesterday I stood in line 30 minutes because I wanted to use cash! It is July, not December! The problem was all the self check outs are now charge cards only ( every single self check out!) Two days ago there were 3 self check outs that were cash, and the man was nice enough to inform me of this! Yesterday I decided to search someone out and ask them (Because there were no signs indicating this new change) only to be informed that if I was going to pay cash I would have to go to a teller. OK! Not the problem!Problem is at that point there was only one teller available!The bigger problem was that while I was in line I watched a closed cashier stating to a customer he was closed and the customers in front of him stated he was with them, when he clearly wasnt and the poor cashier felt guilted into ringing them up! When I finally get to the register, after 30 minutes in line, I find out that the cashier, who was a sweet girl who I have gone to in the past, had been there since 7 AM with only one break! It was 7PM! She had to stay past her shift (which should have ended at 4) because cashiers had not shone up! This girl needed a break!I watched as your cashiers had no manager on the floor to help them and they were incredibly short staffed. I felt awful to see the people who truly work hard for you being treated so poorly. Take care of your employees!Suggestions- Maybe take the employee that was shelving things and told me that it was no problem that someone had left a cart of melting ice cream on the shelf with paper goods and put her ringing out! I will not be buying ice cream at Walmart anymore because I am not so naive that I think that ice cream was thrown out, and not put back into a freezer for someone to buy!Of course the most obvious suggestion is when you do not have enough tellers make some of the self check outs cash friendly again.

For the love of all that is holy........ANSWER THE MOTHER FKN PHONE.....for Gods sake will someone pick up the phone!!!!! I manage a large chain Pharmacy/store.....our store policy is phone must be answered within 3 rings period! If we busy at the time we ask customer if they mind holding a moment or two! Or if necessary I ask to call them right back when I am finished with task at hand. As a consumer as well as managment not only is it awful customer service but it makes me feel as if my inquiry or needs are unimportant to Wal-Mart. Which if thats the case I can as well as all the other customers infuriated with the lack of customer service can take our business elsewhere. Adding insult to injury my husband and I just added up all the trips and money we have spent since Memorial day.....including my curbside order placed yesterday we are at $2044.88 thats not including the few groceries I get periodically. Now as I type this review I have.....Prior to typing I let the phone ring so many times the operated came on and disconnected. Ive called back 3 times.....finally got an answer.....asked about a fan and if in stock.....Ive been on hold for 22 mins and counting. I am now going to begin my formal complaint to the corporate offices. Not that they care or will do anything but itll make me feel vindicated!

This was not my regular Walmart, but this Walmart in Warwick was only store had the item I wanted, did pick up order, crazy the whole set up pick up area was so congested, kinda dangerous, they should have at other side, less traffic, less people walking, Ill probably be sticking to my regular Walmart pickup store

Bought a BB Gun. Broke 2 days later. Had the receipt and all and just wanted to swap it out for another. They cant return it or swap any type of gun. STUPID! Doesn’t say it on receipt nor does it say it in store. Horrible company. It’s just a BB gun!

I Love my Wal-Mart in Coventry, bought candle on line, and had to pick up at Post Road. Very busy there, and parking lot is too small. Picking up was very fast and simple.

This store is great when it comes to employee service. The main thing about this store is that its really small. More than half of the store is taken up by just clothes. You have like 2 aisles of freezers and some furniture and the rest is just clothes. Comparing this store to the one on bald hill road, that store has a good amount of clothes, a few good aisles of freezers, electronics among other things. Not to mention both of those Walmart stores arent even super centers.

Had most of the products that I was looking for. Shelves were fully stocked. Staff was readily available. Checkout was swift and effecient. Ample parking despite a horde of customers. Still had to go to another store to complete my shopping.

I love Walmart, I hate the customer service at the end when you are leaving, especially as a minority - they look you as if you don’t have enough money for your purchases after watching you ring every thing up and then start scanning things at the exit on top of looking at your receipt. I’d say stereotyping is a real thing especially here !

Very annoying worker alert!!!!!!! Walmart needs to realize people like doing stuff on their own. Exspecially if Im going to a self checkout (self being the key word). I had a very annoying lady who stood there staring and asking if I needed help every two seconds. Lady Im at a self checkout do your job and just watch me. You dont need to hover over a customer. Legit she came over for like every bar code to show me where it was. And I understand if theres a line but I was the only person there and Im 28 Im pretty fast. I dont work there but I can find a bar code lol. This Asian lady just was being too good at her job and didnt realize how annoying she was. Stick her in the back where she doesnt have to deal with people. She worked Friday night Aug 28 at around 830 at night. 😋

I had a pickup order. When I arrived I grabbed a carriage outside of the building and two steps inside the door two employees in the right hand doorway IDed me and handed me my order. They knew I was coming because I did a check in via their app. I turned around and left. It was my quickest shopping trip eer. Excellent.

The current manager has let this place go to hell..... I have seen old guys pushing carriages while the young guys hangout inside chilling. The are always out of stuff especially clothing. The other Walmarts in the area are definitely run better.
