I recommend this autozone because of the friendly and professional service. Angela and Salvador were very helpful. I bought a car battery here 4 years ago and came back to buy another one.

Stopped by after my battery wouldnt start, the store manager tested it and then replaced my battery fast and efficiently. Great and friendly service.

On 7-28-20 I called to verify part availability. Leo the manager answered and provided me with quick service. He told me to hold a minute which I did, I didn’t know he was going to grab the part. I told him I’d be on my way to pick it and make sure it was already at front counter. He said it’s already here just give associate your telephone number. His excellent service in preparing everything before I even asked is customer service that keeps me coming back. Also I had a part under warranty and he looked up to verify and exchanged hassle free. I will be coming back when they have my parts that I need at this store.

When I pull up an employee is outside on the phone smoking. He goes in. I go in and the other employee is on phone helping customer. I walk around, cant find what I need, guy still on phone helping customer, other employee no where to be seen. I cant get help so I leave, then I see the employee that was outside smoking when I arrived back outside sitting in the shade smoking and surfing rhe inernet on his phone. LOL. Im going to NAPA, they always have someone to help that is more knowledgeable than these guys anyways. Here a photo of the smoker.

The staff is extremely friendly.My rented car had some battery issues, Executive named Leo helped me with free checkup and diagnosed that it was issue with alternator. Showed me how it works on computer, and showed it to me in my car. He advised me how to get it fixed.This was my first ever visit to an AutoZone, and they won my heart with their service & helping nature.

Went to buy a radiator and was told it will be arriving the same day at 7:30pm. I go to pick it up to be told that the item did not make it, and will be arriving at 10am the next day. So I go back the next morning to be told that the item had not arrived and that it had to be paid before ordering but yet even though there own employee the day before told me that I can pay for it once It had arrived. They literally throw each others problems to one another. Very disappointing. What a waste of TIME. Will not recommend... ORiellys here I come.

Im not from the area and went in here after a dismal experience at NAPA. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Ive been in there both yesterday and today and had a great experience both times!

Placed an order with them for a part I needed. They didn’t have it so they ordered it and told me it would arrive in store in two days. Two times i went in and it was cancelled “mysteriously” both times. Finally, just decided to ask for my money back and went to oreilleys instead.

Went for just a basic thermostat u would think u can get the rite part even with me having to drive to wasco for the wrong part when I live in Shafter thats not cool
