Good place to get your car new tires & cheap

Excellent customer service. Tony was at at the counter and helped me find exactly what I needed and at a great price for The quality. Service technicians were also friendly and knowledgeable. I am back on the road again and riding smooth.

Terrible service!!!!!Guy tells me they have the tire size in stock for my truck. They pull the tires off and are getting ready to mount the new tires and the guy says we dont have four tires we only have two of this brand and two of another brand and I said no I want four of the same brand tires. He says we have four LT tires in stock that we can install instead for $25.00 more. So I say just do it. They mount the new tires and low and behold a different tire size, too skinny. Supposed to be 265/70R16 instead they install 245/75R16. The guy says I told you they were a different size and he thought that I would be okay with these tires because you got a good price on them he said he would give them to me at their cost. SURE..... Needless to say they took off the new tires put back on the old tires and now I am at Americas tire in Bakersfield getting the right tires installed.Wasted TWO AND A HALF HOURS WITH THESE IDIOTS!!!!

Id give them more then 5 stars 🌟 if I could. Customer service cant get any better. I used them for all my business and person vehicles. TROPICANA SUPERMARKET

Customer service is trash 🗑1. I went in to get my air pressure check, something that should have taken 5 minutes and was waiting for more than an hour, and other customers were seen ahead of me, because the air pressure and alignment check were ‘free’.2. Nobody there wears a mask and do not follow COVID guidelines.I will never return and will take my business elsewhere.

I was here about a month ago, had my oil changed and tires rotated & aligned. I want to give cootos to Joe, Eduardo, and Jesus for the fabulous care they took of my car. Theyre amazing and I will be sure to tell all of my friends. Thank you American Tire Depot.

I have been loyal to a mechanic shop there in wasco for years. Some things went wrong and i was surprised they would do such a thing after all these years. All i have to say is that they lost a customer to AMERICA TIRE DEPOT. The manager Tony is an awesome guy and gives great customer service. My company truck and personal vehicles will be making pit stops there from now on. Great Job AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT. Very well appreciated.

Our car tire blew out on I-5 when coming back from SFO. ATD didn’t have the needed tire in stock but gave us straight forward recommendations (advice) and had the tires next morning by 7:30am. It was such a pleasure to work with Tony and his team throughout the whole process. What could have been an ordeal was made so painless with their helpfulness and they went above and beyond many a time - all with a smile and great attitude.

I went in for an oil change. I was promptly greeted and helped by Tony, he went out of his way to find a discount for the oil change to save me a little money and the whole time I spent there was less than 30 minutes. I was extremely satisfied with my experience there. I would definitely recommend their services.

The manager Tony is always very courteous. He always makes sure that everything is clear and understood in regards to what is going to be done on the vehicle and WHY. Not just trying to get you to pay more. And the prices are great. I’ve already taken 2 of my vehicles in within a month and plan on taking a 3rd within a few days. Their prices and services are just that good.

The service is excellent and fast. The price is very fair. Juan and his crew were honest and respectful. I went there to get an oil change for my 90 year old aunt and for whatever her car needs. Juan catered to my aunts needs and her driving habits. Because she only drives around 1500 miles a year, Juan recommend the type of oil she need for such low mileage. He didn’t push the most expensive oil but just the right oil for her needs. They inspected the car, changed the air filter and one tire that has a dangerously bulging sidewall. I walked out of there feeling very content and satisfied. Definitely recommend

It’s always a gut wrenching feeling knowing you have to buy new tires because it’s a big expense. I called all around town getting quotes and American Tire Depot had the best so I went with them. I was seen by the general manager, and he was very helpful/nice. He gave me my estimates again, and even gave me a discount. I love that they offer so much with your purchase. He got my car in quickly and was done within the hour. I’m very happy with the way I was treated as a customer there, and very happy with my purchase. This will definitely not be my last time coming here.

Travelling to Redding today we hit a pothole on the 5 which took a chunk out of one of our run flat tires. Called American Tire Depot in Wasco. Not only did they have our tire in stock they had us back on the road in about 35 minutes . Very helpful warm service. Thanks guys. You saved our trip

Traveling between CA and AZ, my car ended up with a flat tire. After getting confused trying to find an Americas Tire location, we ended up at this store and I couldnt be more grateful to Kasey and Tony specifically for their warm and caring customer service. Sensing our confusion and distress, they took it upon themselves to honor the promise of the other business, even though they are not affiliated. Thanks to them, we were able to be immediately seen and they were able to make sure my friend and I were back on the road in no time! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOOD TIMING ON THE WORK THE TECHS HAD TO DO TO MY VEHICLE

I would give 0 stars if I could! Wasco ATD charged me close to $700 for motor mount replacements due to motor vibration. Took it in 3 different Saturdays to have them replaced (was told they ordered the wrong parts, then defective products had came in, thus reason for multiple visits). I decided to take it to my dealership and was told the motor mounts were never replaced, original parts were still in vehicle!! I went in for a refund and right away they submitted for a reimbursement. Worst place ever!! Do not go! So unprofessional and untrustworthy! I will never take any of my vehicles there!

Very fast on oil change less then 10 min. Really recommend this to be you go to oil change place. Very friendly amazing staff service. I love this place.

The people here are very helpful. I went in to replace a tire pressure sensor (something I know little about) and they fixed the problem with a simple calibration saving me $90!! They even fixed a nail I had in a different tire that I didn’t know I had. The best part is that I wasn’t charged a dime!! Great people, great service, great experience. I definitely recommend if your in the area.

I went there and needed my spare put on and they told me they couldnt get to me until almost 5. I got there at 2:15 PM. They had 3 other customers ahead of me which I understand. It would have taken them 5 min to change it but they would NOT help us. On the bright side they gave me their jack and air ratchet and told us we were welcome to change it ourselves

Although I didnt receive any services at your shop, due to the fact that I had called and they were already closed. I will forever be grateful for the service I received from your manager Juan. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. My tire was losing air at a rapid pace, and I could not find a tire shop that was opened. Not only did he talk to me on the phone to keep me calm because I was crying, he took the time to meet me at the local Fastrip to put air in my tire and take me to the nearest tire shop that was opened. Forever thankful for him and I made it safely to my destination

These guys are amazing I was on my way to Vegas with my girlfriend and we got a flat tire stuck in the middle of nowhere I got towed to their parking lot they went above and beyond what they needed to help me in any which way they possibly could these guys were amazing Ive never been to Wasco County but I would definitely make another trip through there if I ever need to get tires or have any service done to my vehicle thank you guys for everything you guys really took me out of a bind

He did all my work in porterville and I trust him with my vehicles, person and company.This guy made porterville what it is along with the other tech that were there.
