I 100% recommend Wasco and Delano Family Auto. I have been looking to buy a car but my credit is nonexistent and the other dealers will either not work with me or ask me for $6000+ down on a car I didn’t even want. I decided to give these guys a call and they were able to get me pre-approved on a vehicle. Things originally didn’t work out but they worked with me and got me pre-approved on a 2016 Mercedes Benz C300 (the car I originally wanted but thought that I wasn’t going to get approved for it). Needless to say I was happy with their willingness to work with me and their patience to get me a good deal on my car with a reasonable down payment, amazing monthly, and great interest rate. Special shout out to Xerses, Servando, and the rest of the staff. My dad is already planning on getting a car from you guys soon.

Pretty good place, lots of vehicles to take a look at, very nice family and a few good offers. Just a little thing I didnt like, online it stated that they had in house financing and when we asked about it they said that they had trouble getting just the 3 people to pay them, that is why one would need a debt collector or reposessioner or start adding more fees like all the banks do! No instead of trying to fix what they dont know how to do they just said no we cant. Oh I also dont know what to think about the owner taking us out to the street to a truck that clearly had not been inspected one of the headlights was falling off and it was pretty dirty and he had quoted it at a higher price then a nicer truck on the lot. Really weird, So unfortunately even tho we kinda liked a truck there we will have to pass.

This place has nice cars but the customer service is very disappointing. I liked a truck so I ask to see it and it was good so I ask to test drive it they told me no. Cant test drive it till u get approved for it. So I ask to do the application for it and they said we cant get u finance today because banks are close today, I had never heard of that. So why they open on Saturday if they cant finance.

I’m a first time buyer. I seen some problems wrong with my car and they happily took it back to fix it. No hesitation or anything. Things we didn’t think to check. They fixed it with no problem. On top of that they also have given me a free window tint . I most definitely recommend them to anyone and will go back in the future if I want another car .

I have bought plenty of used and new cars in my life. But at Wasco and Delano Family Auto I have found the best customer service. After some failed attempts and horrible customer service we got to the Delano location to look for my daughters car. Mr. Jimenez came out, introduced himself and proceded to ask the normal questions. He was super friendly and professional. Once we found the car that my daughter liked, we then went inside to try to make magic (since I already have an open auto loan with my car and my not so great credit). He never made any false promises and was very upfront regarding the obstacles for a new loan with my situation. While in his office he made us feel like family. After some hurdles, we got approved. And I can only be thankful with Mr. Chris Jimenez for all the calls he had to do, for all his patience with my 2 crazy girls, and for his great customer service. Of course service was great theyre trying to sell u a car! But wait til after they sell u a car... never have i ever bought a car where i had to pay a separate fee months later cus i received a letter from DMV car is not registered so i had to pay for that after receiving tags i then receive another letter from DMV month later that registration isnt complete til i get the car smog checked. If i can return the vehicle i would n go somewhere else im highly disappointed... i thought everything was good but with all this trouble i wish i went somewhere else!
