Had the worst experience, the male employee with glasses and a beard was unable to active my Iphone 8+ because he specifically said my phone was locked because of Boost Mobile and I should call the Apple company to unlock my phone when i addressed this issue with the Wasco Boost Mobile they said the phone was already unlocked and even proved it, but when i returned to ask the male employee about my phone being unlocked he didn’t even bother to active it nor look at the proof that i showed him that it was unlocked. I returned to the Wasco Boost Mobile and even they had the patience and energy to switch my phone to Verizon and the worst part is that i had bought a verizon phone from walmart and the verizon employee didn’t bother to look at it. he just said that “only walmart can activate it”. I told that to the boost mobile manager and she was able to activate it. overall, worst customer service EVER.

The customer service was excellent just the wait took a long time. There was only one person working but one was on break so that isn’t anyone’s fault.
Salvador has great customer service went in to change company from metro to Verizon and made the process so easy. Definitely recommend.

Wasco store Never answer phone -issues with bill .- costumer chat is useless... please fix my bill again overcharged me I have auto pay .. being charged more ...Had the service for several months Second time I have issues with my bills .Instead of giving me $118 for my phone that I traded it in perfect condition and I mean perfect I was told instead I can get free merchandise. really is this the case with your company? I could be wrong .(doubt it)why doesn’t this store answer phone been calling since May 2 I have to drive all the way to Verizon and hopefully you guys are open or hopefully you have someone knowledgeable Same issue with 611 number what’s going on !I’m beginning to think that switching over to Verizon is a big mistake .

Everytime I came to this place there is never a greeting and not even a simple smile. They never have enough associates to cover all the customers that come into the store. If your ever in a hurry to pay your bill I highly recommend going to a corporate store vs a franchise one!
Just left the store, Lety Tovar helped me through the process of getting a new phone and she throughly explained the transaction and device. Highly recommend going to her for any help.
Their hours say they close at 7. But i showed up at 6 and was refused service saying they were already closed.
Just not too sure about the customer service they have working in there now 3 years ago in Wasco California they had the best customer service ever I go in asking a question about my phone the young man tells me its broken but didnt offer to sell me a new one or nothing
