Friendly staff, got the part I needed at good price.

My dad who has been a respected citizen in Wasco and valued for his humble work was treated very poorly at this store today. After attempting to return an item OR requesting to speak to a manager the employee told him what am I supposed to do with it, eat it? This is extremely rude and disrespectful. My father has always treated others with respect. I expect the same for him. The employee was a white male in his mid or late 30s. He refused to provide the managers name or contact information. I hope for an apology and hope that man is held responsible for his lack of professionalism. I will be posting this on social media as well.

Place is a bit pricey but clean and the workers stop at nothing to make sure you got what you need to fix whatever you need to fix. We had a leak in our RV. Hot water pump lining issue. We figured it out and got it fixed. Dont know the gentlemans name but he helped us why the manager was snooping about making us all anxious the worker calmed our nerves and made sure we got what we needed to get the job done.
