Joe is always eager to help with anything you need. For most stores I feel like Im overwhelmed. Under no circumstances have I ever felt this way at this location. Cant believe people are so nice and willing to answer any questions. Kindness goes along way and everyone there has it. You can tell a lot about a place on how you are greated the always stand and greet any customer they can. On several occasions I have ec . Seen them help people with issue for no charge. Uncharacteristically they never try to sell me more than I need and will even show me thing I didnt know I wanted.

My wife went in to speak with them a few months back regarding poor internet service in Waseca and was told that the LG smart phone purchased through Verizon that we both have will no longer be supported by new towers going up. She was sold a new phone that she was duped into needing by deceptive means.Spoke to an actual Verizon employee today, which this location is not, but the large Verizon sign would have you believe otherwise, and he explained that LG we both own will work perfectly with the new towers.We like to keep it local, but no more in this case. Shame on them.

Went there based on BOGO deal posted on their My Rep website. When I asked and showed them the deal, he said it was expired but hell check. He had to call the big boss. After a long wait, I was told they wouldnt honor the deal because the website was hacked!! I let them know exactly what I thought of that lame excuse and left with no new phones. Ive been a customer for around 15 years and was adding a new line. I am now looking into other carriers and then cancelling my 4 lines.
