Went in to buy 2 gas cans with my 7 year old daughter. Spoke with Ryan. Super nice guy. I didnt catch the cashiers / managers name but they both had a conversation with my daughter for a bit about losing her teeth while I shopped. For that reason alone Ill continue to spend my cash there. The cleanliness and organized well stocked shop just makes the location better. Thank you guys!

My family rented a 28 foot RV this past week. We have never driven an RV before so we were complete nubes. Ryan & his lovely wife (in embarrassed that I cannot remember her name) we helpful throughout. They gave us advice on where to go and which routes to avoid. The gas was full. The propane was full. The RV was super clean. Ryan filled the water tank per my request but now that Ive done a trip, I believe he was right in not needing to lug around the extra 500 lbs of water since we returned it with 2/3 full. With full hookups at each site, you dont need much reserve. Anyway, live & learn. I mention the water because I see another reviewer here marked that as a negative but now I understand why most prefer little or no on board water.Well be back for sure. We should be supporting these family run businesses!

I have been wanting to know how much the can ams run. We walked in and were treated with care. The salesman was not pushy he listened to what we wanted in an all terrain vehicle. Something casual but yet can do off road fun for us. He was honest about prices and comfort that would fit our family of 5. I recommend red desert

Pulled into St George to enjoy the weekend and decided to rent a side by side. Other places that showed up higher in my search results on Google said they were the cheapest, not true. Red Desert Motorsports was the lowest cost we found AND did not have all the hidden fees like the competition! It was a simple $279 plus tax for the two seater and a $500 security deposit. There was no gas fee, insurance fee, cleaning fee, etc. We got it from 9am to 5pm. Picked it up onsite and drove to the Sand Mountain trail head. Had a BLAST! When you bring it back there is a gas station and car wash two blocks down so you fill it up and clean it up and turn it back in. Easy peasy!! The service was AWESOME. We actually arrived Friday night after they had closed and they stayed late getting the rental all done that night so we could just come in and check it out Saturday morning and hit the trail. Great people, honest price, and tons of fun. We will be back, highly recommended!

They helped me fixed my rzr900 for streets lights and blinkers

Caution - read the fine print closely in your contract prior to signing it and think carefully as they will not review it with you. Customers are responsible for any damage, there is no insurance coverage and the security deposit does not cover damages. The Arctic Cat 4 wheelers apparently are easy (and common) to damage just riding in the desert on designated paths. Would have thought ATVs were designed for that. Hitting a rut at slow speed in this ATV will cost you thousands of dollars.

Great place to rent from, buy from. From 4 wheelers to Side by sides to helmets they have you covered. Great customer service, and friendly staff.

Great place to rent!

Had to get a small part for my buddy’s side-by-side. To my surprise, the piece I needed was only $3. Louis was kind enough to verify that all the service bulletins have been complied with, even though the side by side wasn’t purchased at this shop. This dealership went above and beyond helping me out.Thank you Louis!

I recently had to take my Arctic Cat Wildcat Trail in for a heat shield recall and was happy to meet the people at Red Desert. We had to drive from Mesquite to Washington for the service so to find an Arctic Cat dealer with the expertise and knowledge was rewarding. Im not going to de-star the business for the extreme traffic of St. George in order to get there.

Its an awsome place the guys there are very helpful great to work with the mechanic is awsome knows his stuff thats why I bought my machine there and get all my parts and service there for my dirt bikes and all my other gear and equipment.....the only place to go..

Despite the other negative comments, my friend and I had absolutely no problem with a couple ATV rentals. Louis, the owner, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. And not only this, but his rental shop is the cheapest in town. Would certainly rent from these guys again.

I would say that this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, but that would imply that there was any at all. I would also like to give a review of their work, but there was no work done! My motorcycle sat in their shop for 3 weeks without the slightest bit of communication, or even the common courtesy of a phone call to let me know that they were not working on it at all. They did nothing to rectify the situation or even offer any compensation for completely wasting my time, giving me the run around and robbing me of an entire month of prime riding season. After it was obvious that they were never going to work on my motorcycle nor tell me that they weren’t, I took it to a professional shop and was thrilled to get it away from these goofy weirdo fools who think it’s good business sense to waste the customers time

We go there a lot and Ryan and Lewis are always friendly and helpful. We actually bought a new Wildcat Sport there and very satisfied with there follow up services.

DO NOT RENT ATVS HERE. You will regret it. They gave us two ATVS that broke within the first hour out. They were poorly serviced and scratched all over then when we came back they claimed that we rolled a four wheeler and then proceeded to charge us 300$ for scratches and a plastic cover plus 85$ for labor. This experience was stressful and expensive. Some of the people were nice but I would not do it again.

You get what you pay for. This couldn’t be more true when it comes to renting machines in southwest Utah. We reserved two machines for two days at Red Desert Motorsports and when we arrived on the morning we were supposed to pick up them up we were told one needs to be repaired and the other is totally out of service. We drove all the way from the Midwest with these two days being the highlight of our trip. Long story short, it ruined our trip. I won’t say they are bad folks, or they intentionally misled us, but after much talking and driving back and forth from our campsite and the dealership over two days, that our experience with Red Desert was truly awful.ALL other renters are at least twice as much for reasons!!!!!Reserving with Red Desert is a risk! Have a backup plan!

About once a year our family comes down and rents a couple of ATVs from Red Desert. They provide the trailer and ATVs and we just pull up, sign a couple of documents, drop the trailer on the ball and head north to the nearby sand dunes. These guys couldnt be more helpful and make the whole experience worthwhile. Usually about $300 for a full day of riding which is a far cry from actually owning them. Highly recommend this place. Not perfect like some reviewers apparently expect but more than worth the money. These guys are fair and have always treated us right.

It has been a pleasure to rent the 24 foot rv from Red Desert. The vehicle ran good with no problems, they are well maintained.

Charged me for propane that I didnt use, told me it was full when I picked up the RV but that the gauge was broken. Then charged me for wheel covers that they said I lost yet were never on the RV. Also feel like the insurance is a scam too. Stay away from this company.

Counter service ducks and their repair shop is a total joke!

These guys were very nice and overly fair. I took one of my bikes into these guys and it ended up just being a fuse, they helped me out of there without a charge, and any other foreign bike I get my hands on with issues will be stopping there first
