Used Crash Champions for my first-ever Geico claim (after dreading/putting it off for 16 months), and they really made it painless. They had a quick appointment available the following day, they had the rental car ready when I got there, and my service advisor Luis walked me through everything when I got there. I got text updates as they worked on my car, my car was ready even sooner than I thought, and returning my rental car and picking up my car was as simple as I could have asked for. (Luis even gave me quotes I requested for possible additional work, didnt pressure me at all when I thought it was out of my budget, and offered to honor the quotes at a later date if I changed my mind!) I was especially surprised and pleased that they washed and vacuumed my car for pick up! My bumper looked good as new, and they even fixed an extra scratch on it! Definitely shouldnt have waited 16 months, they made it so much less complicated than I thought it was going to be!
I usual have great service from crash collision who use to be signature collision. I always use my geico insurance policy and usual everything is great. Only this one time it took a long time to get my vehicle fixed and than they used 2 claims and fixed a tiny dent that they were not told to fix. Now I had to pay 2 deductibles, now way. But they did work with me and I paid one deductible and half of the other deductible. Umm... not the best but I was able to work with that. My vehicle looks OK but my sensors sure not working and I had to take it back and they have yet to call me
Jonathan and the rest of the Crash Champions team were extremely helpful and professional. They gave me a candid assessment of my bumper damage, showed me pictures of what they discovered, and ended up not even charging me for the assessment. I will definitely use their services in the future.
Had grill and windshield replaced. Work done on time and within budget. Insurance job. They keep you updated by text. Car was washed before return. Parking is a hassle but very happy with the service.
The quality of work at Signature collision center Navy Yard is very poor. The work looks like that of people in training. They repaired a right fender on drivers side and also replaced the bumper because a clip was broken. The paint blend that was done to the driver door was put on too thick and left a running spot of paint. They tried to buff it out and now my front door is shiny like glass and the fender and passenger door dont match. The bumper had two circular bulges from whatever they used to hold the bumper while they painted it. When I brought the car back after I noticed the bumps they tried to say the bumps were there when I dropped the car off...mind you this was a brand new bumper that they put on because a clip was broken on the original bumper. They took my car in the back and must have added heat to mold the bumper to its original shape. About 8 months down the line the side of the bumper they molded back to shape, paint began to peal. I hade to go through my insurance company to get them to fix their work and once they fixed it, the paint had waves in it and looked like it was put under a fan to speed the drying process. Horrible work!
My car was in a collision and I went through my insurance to have it serviced at this garage. From the moment I dropped it off and picked it up, I recieved nothing but professionalism and courtesy. I was kept well informed of the whole process, even during the process. I picked my car up in a weeks time and my baby looked as good as new. I also love that fact that they stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty. Because of this, I did have to bring my car back for a minor fix and I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend using this service center.

This body shop works for the insurance company not their customers. I was naive enough to believe that this shop would do whats in the best interest of getting my car repaired to what it was before the accident BUT NO. They care more about pleasing the insurance company. Do not ever go there if you want your car properly repaired after the accident. This place is not trustworthy.
They do good body work with very attentive service, but its a Geico affiliated shop so if you are not going through insurance you need to be prepared to wait for an appointment and wait for the repairs to be completed--not always convenient if insurance is not paying for a rental car. I was not at fault for the accident, and my car is too old to insure, but the other driver did not want me calling his insurance. The estimate was market rate, which I paid since it was not convenient to take my car to a budget place in the burbs (hard to get back home during pandemic) and because my regular mechanic does not like to do body work. However, the estimate was under what another shop in my area not affiliated with insurance companies was charging, and since Id already been paid by the person who hit my car based on Signatures estimate, I had to go with them. In such situations I would recommend getting the quote for the third party payer elsewhere, then coming here to save a few hundred bucks if you can get Signature to fit you in and can afford to be without a car for a week or two.
When I had the accident, it took a few weeks for my Insurance company to get the ball rolling. Once things became clear, they suggested I go to Signature Collision Navy Yard. I never heard of them before, but took my chance.Upon walking in, the atmosphere was great. The staff greeted you and made you feel comfortable and at home.They went over details of the work that would be performed on the vehicle and gave you a date on when the car should be ready.Due to the work being done on it, it took lesser time than they imagined and texted me with updates.I thank you all for having such a great team at Signature Collision!Hopefully nothing else happens to my baby, but in the event that it does, Im sending her straight to Signature Collision!!

Fantastic all around! I was dreading the process to get a dent in my car fixed, I’ve never had a good experience in this area. Came across Signature as recommended by Geico. Luis was so helpful and explained the repair process to me. The entire team there seemed very pleasant and customer service oriented. Tire exploded on the highway and caused major damage to my back bumper and headlights. My insurance set me an appointment with signature collisions. Turned out to be nice because enterprise was also in the same building so dropped my car off and picked the rental right up, same with dropping it off. The service was superb! They did a fantastic job in replacing the entire back bumper and bonus I have a lifetime warranty. Communication was excellent from front desk receptionist, to the actual service worker to enterprise. Would definitely recommend!

A couple weeks ago I was rear-ended and needed repairs made to my car. I came to Signature Collision Center Navy Yard because it was on the list of Geico-approved body shops in the Washington, DC area.A few days after my drop off, the garage contacted me, informing me the repairs on my vehicle were finished. When I went to the garage to get my car, I paid my deductible and signed my paperwork, only to be told that my car was still in the process of being repaired.The following week I was contacted again. This time they assured me my vehicle was actually ready this time and confirmed a day and time for me to come pick it up. The call was at the beginning of the week and I arranged for a Friday morning pickup. The following day, they called me AGAIN asking why I hadn’t come by to get my car. I told the caller that I had confirmed literally a day earlier that I would be coming by that Friday morning between 10 and 11am.On Friday morning, I show up at the confirmed time, only for my car not to be ready because it still needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. When it was finally brought out to me, the man who was supposed to be reviewing the repairs had no knowledge of my accident or why the car was brought in in the first place.Lastly, as I was leaving, I noticed my tire pressure light was still on, which had turned on following my accident and had been discussed with the man who had initially inspected my car. The garage claimed they had checked the tires, but would not do anything else to look into or explain this issue. If I hadn’t made a point to ask, they would have just let me drive away without any acknowledgement of this issue.Overall, I found this to be a terrible experience and unlike the customer service I have received from other body shop/repair garages in the area. I never received any true debrief on any of the repairs and I should not have been asked to pay and finalize paperwork before ever seeing my car. I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

My insurance recommended this place after I was in an accident. My car had mostly cosmetic damage and needed to have the paint on the passenger side doors stripped down and repainted along with a deep scratch on the door. When I dropped off the car the the representative (Imhotep) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through the process and informed me of the necessary repairs. It took 7 days, exactly what I was quoted. When I picked up the car they had hand washed it and the paint was shinier than ever. Overall the paint work was excellent. You would never be able to tell work was done on the car because the paint matches so perfectly with the original coating. I even tried looking for the scratch on the door and that had been taken care of so perfectly that there was absolutely no trace. We’ll see how the paint holds up over the next few years but they assured me all paint work is guaranteed for the life of the car. I’ll definitely use them again.

Had a hit and run while car was parked. Came here to get the damage fixed - I am VERY impressed with the work that was done. Dropped the car off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon!! They are transparent with cost and Daniel was available to answer any questions I had. Bumper and car came out like it was BRAND NEW! Definitely will be back for any and all body work for my car.

The people were very friendly and respectful. They replaced my hood in about two days, unfortunately there is some random paint in a few places on my car and some new chips in my paint. When i came to pick up my car a day after I was told it was ready it took about 45 mins to get my car. Overall, it was decently priced and they were very friendly.
So I drove my car into Signature Collision because they were recommended by Geico as one of Geico’s Affiliate body shops for repairs. The day the vehicle is ready and I get a call stating the car is ready to get picked up. A day early so I was pleased, but within the hour I get another call from Signature stating they are having issues starting the car and they believe it to be the alternator and if I pay them an additional $$ they can fix it. This throws me for a loop, a car that was ready to get picked up all of a sudden has issues with the engine starting.So basically a car I drove into the shop can’t be driven out, how ridiculous is that. I’m still trying to wrap my mind around it weeks later. Now I didn’t believe them as some mechanics like to hustle you for more money.When I got there they were saying either I pay them the additional money to change the alternator or I can get my car towed elsewhere. Again I drove the car into the shop so it didn’t make sense that the car is having electrical issues when all I brought the car in for is to get the bumper and fender replaced. I wasn’t willing to pay anything additional but my insurance deductible and now that I think about it I shouldn’t have paid them that either for a damaged car. Anyways I helped them push my car out of the garage (cause it’s not drive able) and got my car towed to a shop I’m familiar with, and the alternator gets changed and the car still won’t start.Signature damaged my car, it’s kaput, out of commission and still parked at a garage waiting for Signature and Geico to take responsibility for the terrible job they did on my car and either fix my car, if they have the knowledge or pay to get the car fixed elsewhere.
