Back and rear window were broken into. The thieves stole my stuck and left me with 2 broken car windows and a bunch of glass inside . This team did mobile glass repair and replaced my car windows for a good price. It was a same day service which is great

Great job replacing my auto glass last week. They charged me $220 and had a 2 hour wait time. They did a great job but wasnt very happy with the cleaning however

Not so fun car breakin infront of friend house. Left me with a 350 bill i paid to these guys to fix both windows. Why break both I dont get it?

WARNINGJust be advised before you make this call to acquire their service.The very first day they was suppose to show up they was late, I had to call them and then on top of it they didnt even know my address, I had to give it to them over the phone. My address was given to them when I requested service. They ordered the wrong window, took them 1.5 hour of trying to fix my window for them to realize this. makes matters worse, it started raining and they was just eager to leave. They told me they would be back the next day at 9 am with the window, I called about 5 times before they told me oh the window was never delivered they was still waiting, I would have it the following day. That day came and I called about 5 more times where each time I was told they would call me back with a ETA, like a fool that already been waiting I figured keep cool just let them come fix your window for you once, then they tell me oh we got the part in this morning and it was the wrong window once again. Then they told me maybe I should call another company, Mind you its a snow storm heading this way tomorrow. NEVER EVER AGAINPoor Customer service, Poor professionalism, POOR POOR POOR in every field dealing with servicing.SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE.Just so they cant say there was no record like some companies do, Ive attached a picture of them.

My realtor client needed his windshield repair in SE DC. He was parked in Anacostia during a showhouse and came back to find his car vandalized. He called a few companies for car window replacement but none if them could replace right away. I was lucky to find this one randomly and it seemed the owner was new in the business and was hungry for the work so he jumped on it right away. The whole thing took less than 3 hours from beginning to end and I was very happy to have helped my client. Defintely recommend them

Never showed up for their appointment never called to check either. I had to repeatedly call to ask if I’d be seen on a Sunday. They ensured i would but as time went on, i never got a call back. Eventually they said we can come tomorrow. No thanks. What a waste of time for a broken window.
