After experiencing some major car trouble on a road trip we were towed into a Chevy Dealership. We were given limited options, an expensive repair quote, and a 2 week wait, but Wolfdale Auto Parts found a way to fit us in between appointments AND with half the cost Chevy quoted us. They called around to find us all the parts we needed and accommodated a very difficult situation. We were overwhelmed with gratitude. Kurts (mechanic) performance was outstanding and thorough. He is a very gifted and explained everything that was going on in a way that easy to understand. Ray (owner of detailing shop) coordinated a big operation and executed as promised. Not happy that I learned the premium, high performance parts I purchased for installation were replaced with lower quality, lower cost products. I can never again trust this business to perform an honest service for me.
