I moved here in August of 2020. Flex auto was recommended to me by family. Finding a car place can be very stressful. I have to say flex auto Is absolutely amazing!! They have taken care of all of our cars and I know they are honest and trustworthy. All the guys are great, and I feel confident with there work. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed!!

These guys rock. I made the mistake of not checking brakes while on vacation. They got all the part calipers, discs, and pads. Then they did a super job of fixing the car a day later. Really enjoyable service. My brother owns a mechanic shop that I ran for a year so I know mechanics. These guys are the best you got in Utah!

Their final price has, so far, been lower than the quotes. And repairs satisfactory.

I had a leaking steering box. I took my truck (2007 Chevy silverado 2500hd duramax) in and they gave me a quote. They never once tried to scare me into having to get it fixed immediately. They got me in quick and had it done within a day. Its been about a month or so since its been done and its been working like a charm. 12/10 highly recommend them.

Flex did a full removal and replacement of my daughter’s air conditioning system. These guys are great to work with and did the work quickly and with great quality. Honest, dependable and hard working makes Flex a business I will definitely be going back to.

Fast service and fair price. I lost a belt tensioner on a mini cooper just down the street from them and pulled in just as the car was about to overheat. They quickly diagnosed it, shopped around for the best prices on parts, then gave me the options for each. They had it completed much faster than I expected. Very happy with their service and speed. I was looking for a car repair shop close to my home. They did such a good job fixing the AC on my 25 year old truck that a week later I took my wife’s car in for an engine warning light diagnostics. Very pleased with timely service and convenience of having someone I can trust so close.

Just want to say thanks to Brandon and all the pros at Flex Auto. I brought my 1969 Plymouth GTX in for an alignment and couldnt be more pleased with how thorough a job he did. It had never been properly aligned due to an aftermarket coil-over suspension and several other modifications from stock. Brandon wasnt fazed at all and took the time to discuss what kind of driving I did so he could set it up correctly. What a change it made! Thanks again.

Great shop that will not try to up sale products or service. I recently have had A/C work, an oil change, small repairs to the door, and suspension work completed. This shop is really an honest crew that will take care of your car or truck. While working on my suspension I thought I needed some specific work done. They could have easily just done it and charged me for it. The informed me that it was not necessary at this time. Try them out and you will find that they are a fast and reliable shop.

I was on tight timeframe and asked these guys if they could squeeze me in. They were extremely helpful, transparent, and let me know what options I had. They fit me in the next day and installed my transmission cooler. I was extremely impressed. Flex Auto is amazing!!! You got me in and out the same day with a broken transfer case! I was in the middle of trying to rescue a dog that had been lost in Warner Valley and lost my 4 wheel drive yet I heard “Shay” barking. I was so sad. They did an awesome job! Our Honda Pilot is 10 years old and rides like new after Flex put on new shocks and struts. They were accurate in their bid and communicate well.

Flex Auto carefully did a wheel alignment on my fully restored 1968 Dodge Charger. Brandon has the knowledge and experience to work on these classic cars. Because all the parts are new and I installed them with my limited knowledge, I had some adjustments that needed to be re-looked at and they were willing to work me right in there schedule to check and readjust what was needed.I would trust them to work on any of my cars.

This shop is one that would be hard to beat anywhere. . The fellows that work there are honest and thorough. They do not just go about fixing something until they know for sure exactly whats broken. Theyre honest and reliable and I wouldnt recommend anyone else after having found them.

I have now utilized the services of Flex Auto Center to repair the suspension on my X5 and my 328 along with alignments. Typically I prefer to do my own repairs but when it comes to suspension I leave it to the pros. My experience with Flex Auto Center has been nothing short of excellent. They have shown to be very upfront, honest and fair. If you are looking for a these traits in a repair shop you should give them a chance. My guess is you will be very satisfied.

Brandon and his wife are such amazing, fun, great, and most of all HONEST.. Ive know him since I managed Summit Athletic Club 15 years ago.. I found out he was the head mechanic at S______ and started using him as my go to mechanic for everything... Not only has he saved me hundreds of dollars being able to fix and repair things on my vehicles that other mechanics couldnt do, but he does such great work, and is so thorough and quick at what he does...Now he owns his own shop (which he should have done a long time ago) and now is my only go to mechanic... If you want a rock solid mechanic, who knows what hes doing no matter what hes working on, and want true HONESTY, (which is so rare to find anymore) then Flex auto is your place... I am so glad I met Brandon when I did, and now know of a professional mechanic that I refer all my friends and family to, and know that he will take care of them... I had broken an axle on my lifted off-road truck and wasnt sure what caused the break. They were able to identify what caused it, replaced the axle and gave me several options to help it from happening again.
