Tried to change an order and they told me they were going to adjust my bill and they never did. I had to literally tweet at the corporate store to get help. They are not responsive as well to issues. Once you get something you better hope its perfect or they will not want to help you. Definitely recommend skipping this store all together and avoiding the potential headache.

He listened to what I was looking for and must of let me try like 8 mattresses. They will help you find a mattress that fits your needs within your budget. I am very happy with my purchase. I purchased the Serta Sandburg firm mattress, which relieved a lot of my problems sleeping and staying asleep. Highly recommended!

Our salesman was very knowledgeable and was very cautious of COVID guidelines. He made this purchase easy. As for the inventory and pricing, beds are priced slightly higher than we wanted but there was a lot to choose from. We wish there were more mid-range prices. Not just high and low end. But the low end priced beds were still very good. Highly recommend.

Easiest mattress shopping experience i’ve ever had. I walked in and was greeted by Lorielle. I explained what I was looking for and my budget and she immediately recommended 2 mattresses (that both were actually in my budget after the deals they had going on for once!) Tried the first one and loved it. Purchase was easy and delivery is a lot faster than what I expected. HIGHLY recommend coming here — even over buying on their website. Mattress Firm deserves kudos but the 5 star rating was really made by Lorielle.

This was an enjoyable time . Gregory is an excellent salesman. He answered all of my questions, which were a lot. My plan was spend as little as possible but he changed my mind.

I was thinking throughout the week when I got paid to be in search of a mattress for my younger son I made it my business on Friday to inquire about a mattress no not a mattress but a base of some sorts for my son who is IKEA bed has expired and it’s lasted for the past 5 to 7 years the sales person man at the U St.Location was very helpful and informative and giving me different options but the one that he showed me on the sales floor model was the initial one that works for me so I very much appreciate Matthew for all of his efforts in informing me of different options I’ll give him five stars

I had a seamless experience buying two mattresses over the phone (and got a great recommendation when I didnt know which mattress brand/type would be best) and arranging for their delivery. At one point, I had to change the delivery date at the last minute, and Gregg handled the transaction with ease, which was extremely appreciated.

Gregory at Mattress Firm was an absolute delight. In the height of the pandemic, I had concerns about going in person but the facility was spotless with all the right precautious and Gregory still made it feel incredibly personable. He was knowledgeable and kind and I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a new mattress!

Extremely helpful. I had ordered a mattress along with a free bed frame from another location to be delivered to my apartment. Unfortunately the local warehouse was out of stock of bed frames so I had to pick it up at a nearby MF location. Once I explained the situation to the saleswoman at this location, I had no problem picking up my frame and being on my way. They made everything very easy, would easily recommend them to anyone looking to get set up with a new mattress.

Moved to DC yesterday and needed a new mattress quickly. We stopped by mattress firm Cardozo and were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Cemal was wonderful, asked about my current mattress and what I wanted in my new mattress. He gave me 4-5 mattresses to try out to see what feel I liked and made sure to stay in my price range. Even though the one I loved most was a bit high, he was able to help negotiate a price I was comfortable with. Best service Ive had at a mattress store! Definitely stop by their location!

Purchased a mattress on Black Friday, and the two associates were helping other guests.
