We ordered a while ago and picked up last weekend. The ordering with Todd was easy and his assistance on options helped us get what we wanted without overspending. The deal was awesome and the new boat is stunning. Their relationship with lenders beat every other source I tried. The knowledgeable staff, Todd, Ross, Brent and Justin answered every question between order and pick up. Justin Jones is so knowledgeable about every switch, button, system and “watch-out”. We spent 2.5 hours just going over everything. They made sure we knew what we were leaving with and how to enjoy this boat. I completely trust this team to back up this sale and expect a long relationship. This is our second Seafox. Our last boat was a 2005 257CC and was a very good experience.We couldn’t be happier and can’t wait for warm weather. You can spend more money, but you can’t pay people to care. Spend some time with these guys and trust your gut. They really care and are true professionals in this industry.

I bought a Trade in boat from them in June.I cannot express how easy the purchase process was. Boat is great. Love every second of it. We use it regularly. Dealership was great.Very personable and patient sales staff.They communicated with the previous owner about questions I had. And things I didn’t even think about.We hymmed and hawed for a couple days about buying new or Used.They were basically saying. No pressure either way. Take your time. We are here for you.I would definitely go to Avalanche again. But. I think I found my last boat. Love it!!

Bought a 2019 Sea Fox avenger less then 100hours about 6 weeks ago. Got it delivered to NY in a timely manner but boat was not clean as described and was hard to rebuttal at 11pm when it was delivered. Prop had lots of nicks in it like it ran ground and confirmed when sand fell out engine when I removed fresh water wash down. Was also told this engine received its 100 he service, but had no paperwork lol. Nobody cared to even run this engine clean. Trailer was set up improperly and left damage on bow from the long ride. Nobody took the time to adjust before the long ride and now is in need of gel coat repair. The misters didn’t work, fuse was shot and system needed to be blown out. Other then that getting the boat was quite easy. Truth is, I’m not really a complainer so I didn’t write this earlier but, I was told by Brent it would take 2 weeks to get the title, I’ve written multiple emails recently and then called last week. Brent told me a bunch of titles were delivered and he was sure mine was in the pile and it would be on its way. Last 2 emails I wrote about the title have not even been responded to. Furthermore, Brent has denied any wrongdoing. Not gonna deny, I love my seafox it rides like a dream, gotta believe there are far better places to buy one from. Spend 80k on boat and get nothing but BS. Hope this review is informative.Matt Golden

The staff at Avalanche were awesome to work with. I had been looking for a specific boat in a specific price range since February of 2020. Each month they would follow up with me. Luckily the right boat that met my wants showed up in July of 2020. They immediately Called me and the deal was done. Love my new Bulls Bay! So, fast forward to now. I wanted to specialty customize my dash and some other things on my boat. I sat down with the service manager and we mapped it out. In October we got all of my wants worked out and they did a fantastic job of making it look exactly how I wanted it. Great store front to back. Thanks for great boat!

We were looking for boats since Jan 2019. We spent a lot of time at several local dealerships to say the least. I decided we should take a look at the Sea Fox and we drove over two hours to visit Avalanche Motorsports. Im so glad we did. First off, if your looking for a selection they had more boats than every dealership we went to combined. They have the prices clearly marked and the prices were lower than everything we had been looking at. Ross was the first one to greet us and he showed us around and was extremely knowledgeable about each model and was so patient and zero pressure. We spent a couple hours there and he would check on us and just let us be and it was by far the best experience at any of the dealerships. We left and made the trip back a few days later and decided on what we wanted and after doing a sea trial it was a wrap. The Sea Fox Commander is amazing. Just tried to trade my current boat in with them to upsize . And honestly the customer service is terrible . They low ball you and act like they don’t even care . Especially considering how hot the boat market is right now . Then I keep calling to talk to both Ross and Brent because I’m trying to make a deal so I can give them my business . But they just act like they don’t care if we do business or not. I mean Ross acted so confused, lost, and irritated . Then he just transferred me to Brent to get off the phone . Is this how you guys treat customers who are trying to upsize and give you more business ? Considering my father and myself both bought our boats from you in the past . I understand you are trying to run a business, but at least TRY to put in the effort to make a deal/ sell a boat .

Todd went Over and Above to ensure i had an awesome experience! It takes me quite a while, if ever, to like someone; however, I not only liked top from the first time we spoke, but i trusted him as well. He is honest, helpful and an all around great guy. He is always available in case I call regarding a any questions that i might have (good ones or stupid ones). I am located in Boston, MA., but it was certainly worthwhile purchasing the boat from Todd rather that the local dealer. It was a an outstanding experience and if i ever have the money to buy another boat then I plan on contacting Todd again. Purchased my first boat from them, it sunk in three days on the water. From the start I felt like all they did was play the blame game and it was my fault.Then they told me they would be by my side the entire way, they disappeared about as quick as the boat sank.Also to note Seafox isnt any better to work with, they are almost nowhere to be found like Avalanche. 6 months later and still dont have a boat fixed and havent heard one word from this dealership. Boat is still under year since I purchased it from them and doesnt even have more than 3 days on the water.They dont care about there customers here, they got what they wanted a nice commission check. The best ever! Just had the best experience ever buying our first boat. Dealt directly with Todd Myers, but everyone there was the best. The price was UNBELIEVABLE!!! Seriously about 12% cheaper then anyone else. They are even gonna bottom paint the boat, install everything and deliver it to my slip!

Just picked up my CS 238dvl. Ross and Todd were both great to work with throughout the process and even though I had an extended waiting time due to a backlog for the new Suzuki SS engine they kept the whole experience very pleasant and stress free. If you are in the market for a boat or an ATV I would definitely start here..You will not find a better group of people to work with. One last note..Josh the mechanic who took us out for our initial test run of the boat left no stone unturned on making sure we understood every little function of the vessel. Bought a 2020 226 Traveler from Avalanche and was a great experiance. When me and my wife arrived on the lot we were greated by Ross who then left us alone.No pressure at all, truth is we were just stopping in to kill some time on the way to a rental house for the weekend. Ross was great he answered our questions and talked us through the different models and again no pressure to buy or not throughout the process.Their pricing was fair and more impressivly clearly stated up front on every boat all in all a great experiance.Support from them after the purchase has been great as well, they are quick to answer emails and make sure to address your questions fully and in a timely manner.I was a little concerned about purchasing a boat from a dealer 3 hours away (i reside in Virginia Beach) however thus far Avalanche has been great i could not reccomned them any higher.

After researching center consoles, I decided upon a Sea Fox 266 Commander. The next thing was to find a dealer. Wisconsin had no Sea Fox dealers so I searched the internet to find the one with the best reviews. After my first phone call with Todd Myers, there was no doubt in my mind that he was the one to deal with. This would be my 13th boat purchase and Todd and his knowledgeable staff made the whole transition go smoothly. They went beyond my expectations in almost every detail. Interestingly, I never met any of them personally and the whole transaction occurred via phone calls, emails and they even sent me a video of the test run of my boat. I hired a transport service and met them half way in Ohio.After receiving the boat, I noted a few minor issues and Avalanche address all of my concerns in a timely manner. In particular, I noted some prop chatter at idle speed. After talking with William, he had a different set of props ordered for me and within 3 weeks they were shipped out. Yamaha SDS props solved the problem and I would highly recommend them. I had a cushion that had a slight cut in it, this was replaced within a week. Keep in mind, I am 1900 miles away and Avalanche treated me like I lived next door. If/when I ever want a new boat, I will absolutely be a returning customer. Thanks for the great price and great service. You guys ROCK!
